Alarm Clock Problem - T-Mobile Dash (S620) - HTC Excalibur

Okay, The Dash only has 1 Alarm you can set. So I set my alarm the other day for 7:30 AM and then one day 11:30 AM. Now, I have turned the alarm off but some how something happened and those two alarms go off EVERY day. They also go off even if I have the alarm on and set for a certain time.
I've checked my calander for any alarms and I've checked to make sure the actual alarm clock was off before I went to bed but no matter what those 2 alarms go off every day!
Does any know if there is a file I can edit that saves the alarm time or any other way to fix this?

I had the same problem, but I fixed it by using SK Tools lite to clean out the notifications queue.

T-Will From HowardForums posted this solution.
1. Load SKTools Smartphone Edition (Clean up and uninstaller utility) http://s-k-tools.com/index.html?sktools/m_feat.html#lite
2. Select View -> Maintenance -> Notifications Queue
3. Scroll to the bottom of the list and there should be multiple entries already checked for “Clock.exe”.
4. Select Action -> Delete marked
5. Do a soft reset (turn off then back on).

One final step I should have added is DO NOT USE THE BUILT-IN ALARM!!! I don't know why, but it seems like Microsoft has never been able to build a reliable alarm into their Windows Mobile OS.
Install a 3rd-party alarm app such as Gentimer (that's what I use but there are other alarm utilities out there that I've heard work fine).

Clock & Alarms. Alarm Odditiy.

Hello,
1. Is there a way to set the default for the snooze on the alarm.... For example to 10 min?
2. Recently I have noticed that even though I have not hit snooze....but disabled the alarm....it starts going off again for no reason... almost like the application is NOT accepting the DISABLE command...
3. I wish the buttons were larger.... Is there any type of registry setting?
4. Is there a better alarm application that others are using?
Thank you for your time

alerts while in silent mode

Ok, i put my phone on silent mode from 2230hrs until 0700hrs every day. But some weeks i start work at 0530hrs and my alarm still sounds.
Sometimes i need to do a shift swap and forget to set my alarm but it is on my google calender.
Is there a way to play calendar alarms / event tones / notifications even when phone is in silent mode?
I have looked through the phone settings but thought i may have missed something.
I also use an app called Timeriffic which i find quite useful
Thanks.
using ARHD7.2.2 intil tonight when i move to 8.0.0

Alarm turned on by unknown app

Started from last night, I found the Alarm ON icon shown on the notification bar. But I have not set any alarm. Then I try to wait for that alarm time to see which app is setting it. When the times come, the alarm does not pop-up anything or make any sound. The icon just disappeared and on again with a new time!!! (normally 30 mins later, sometimes lesser)
I also checked all the calendar, reminder, note, to do list apps. No any alarm setting at all.
I haven't install any new apps, just updated few existing apps which should be okay.
Are there any apps/tools/methods to let me check which app is setting those alarm?
Z5P with 6.0.1.

Alarm bug

Today 2 of my alarms didn't sound and showed as missed. The third one sounded 3 minutes later.
When I go to alarms menu most of the time it does not show any alarm and don't allow me to create a new one(I can choose the time but it doesn't save it). I have to try many times to make it work.
Am I the only one with this bug?
The only alarm related bug I've seen on Q beta 3 are that the next alarm shown in the notification shade is shown as the end of the current calendar event (if one is in progress) or the start of the next calendar event. The next alarm shown on the AOD is also the current time +5 minutes.
I haven't missed any alarms to my knowledge.

Question Alarm clock issue

I have been having a weird issue with my alarm clock widget, Google ambient mode and slide down notification panel. In all three places the alarm clock shows an incorrect value. It displays as it will ring always 40 minutes past the current hour despite I have only one alarm clock set in the morning.
I have had the Global ROM which I have just flashed with European ROM but the issue is still there.
Are you using stock Clock app or a third party alarm app? Make sure battery optimization is set to "don't optimize" and that it has permission to use background data.

I am using a stock one. Perhaps I should add that along with the alarm clock issue I have had another weird issue that the Ebay app had been firing up every hour exactly 40 minutes past the hour - that issue has gone since I reinstalled the firmware.
Ok I figured that out. It turned out the issue was caused by a few tasker profiles. One profile was set to run every hour and the other was set to run every night 23.40. I have temporarily switched the profiles off and now the alarm clock shows the correct values. I am still not sure whether this is an OxygenOS Launcher or Tasker bug?
