starting a new thread about this problem.
i rooted a S3 and installed PAc rom 5.02 lollipop on it. everything is fine except the camera isin't working.. i've tried a few third party software like Open camera and Camera Fx but neither work...is there one that will ???

I'm trying to port PA 4.6 and use cm11 as base, the rom is booted up but the camera is missing in homescreen or in app drawer and checking to setting>apps>all the camera is present . Try to install 3rd party camera app, can't open it.
any ideas guys? thanks
Does anyone have the file for this in apk format? I was on an AOSP ROM and installed the lenovo super camera. However now I've gone back to stock and my camera app is crashing. It looks like its trying to boot the lenovo camera, but this only works in aosp. An apk for the camera or any knowledge in how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!
I am guessing you did not clean flash the new ROM and that is why you are having issues with the camera.
And to answer your question such an apk does not exist yet.
I'm unsatisfied with CM12.1 stock camera app and want to install LG G3's stock camera app. I found the G4's apks at ibtimes but it won't install.
Anyone find out how to install stock lg camera app on CM12.1

None of these 3rd party apps utilize the laser auto focus.
I tried some custom roms on my OG. I installed Xenon Hd 5.1 rom , and i noticed that the flashlight doesnt work in camera app. I tried lots of camera apps. But the result was same. I returned back to stock 4.4.2 using lg flashtool, but problem was still there. I CAN USE FLASHLIGHT WITH TORCH APPS BUT I CANT USE WITH CAMERA !!!!!!:banghead: It makes me crazy. Now, i m using sling kahroba edition with unlocked bootloader and Cwm. How can i fix it or can i fix it ? :what:

I've noticed a new camera version in APKMirror for the Lenovo camera and stupidly installed this, resulting in the camera app now crashing on the go.
Could someone be so kind to upload the Camera APK shipped with the Android 7.0 update of the Lenovo P2?
Trying an older APK gives me "INSTALL_FAILED_VERSION_DOWNGRADE"
