[Q]G2 won't power up

Okay so last night my phone died because of low battery. I plugged into my car charger and a blinking orange light appeared and it booted into recovery and shut down 5 seconds later, so I thought nothing of it.
I get home and I plug into my wall charger, same thing blinking light boot into recovery 5 second later bam shuts off.
It's like it's refusing to charge, but another weird thing is when I plugged it into my car charger the little light on the charger turned off.
I'm currently on Virtuous 9.0 with no other features.
Happened again!
Time to call t-mobile!

[Q] Phone entirely dead, what gives?

This morning the alarm went off on my phone and woke me up. I walked over and silenced it, everything seemed normal: it had been plugged it all night and the battery seemed full.I didn't unplug it, but simply dismissed the alarm and went off to shower, have breakfast etc. Half an hour later, I come back, the phone is completely dead. Still plugged in but LED is not lit. Holding down the power button does nothing, holding down power+volume does nothing. No screen activity, no vibrate, no LED. I tried replacing the battery, used both a spare Anker I had lying around and the original HTC battery. I tried plugging it into 2 different chargers as well as to my PC, nothing at all - I don't even get a charging LED.
Considering the phone had been plugged in all night and was working this morning, I don't think this is either a dead battery or a faulty USB port issue. Can't be sure of course. Can anyone advise me on how to diagnose the problem?
Just wanted to update to say that after a full day of it charging the phone is still completely dead and makes no response when I attempt to switch it on. I've ordered yet another spare battery with an external battery charger just to make sure that's not the issue, although, as I said in the OP, I very much doubt that's the case since the phone had been charging all night and was working and fully charged 1 hour before I notice it had died.
Any advice appreciated!
OK, another update, a brand new Anker battery with an external charger arrived today. After charging it for an hour and inserting it into the phone, trying to switch it on once again did nothing. No LED activity, nothing on the screen. Power+voldown also did nothing. So whatever's wrong with it is not a power issue: it died out of the blue, an hour after waking me up in the morning, while it was just sitting on my desk plugged in!
I've already bought a Moto X to replace it with, but if anyone has any ideas to help me fix it (or at least find out why it died) I'd really appreciate you sharing them! I love this phone and I would dearly love to keep it around as a backup!

[Q] Galaxy s3 won't turn on

I was charging my phone on my computer and I was using an app until suddenly my phone just shut off. I tried to turn it back on but it would only vibrate and stay on the black screen. I tried the battery out for like 5 minutes and put it back in. I put it back in my computer and then it vibrated a few times. It turned on for a good three minutes and then it shut off again. I remembered usually when I charge my phone it would vibrate until I hold the power button and the Samsung symbol would pop up, but now it keeps vibrating and it won't turn on even if I hold the power button. It would only work for a good two minutes if I take out the battery, put it back in my phone, and charge it in my computer. Help?
Its not supposed to turn on if its plugged in. You have to unplug it, then turn it on and plug back in.
If you plug into a regular wall charger when off, does the battery pic come on for a few seconds?
How old is the battery? They dont last forever and yours sounds like it may be at eol.
Try letting it charge off the wall charger while off for an hour. Then see if itll run longer.

My moto 360's battery was left drained for 1 day, and now it won't charge or boot

I left my moto 360's charger while I went out for a trip and I was only able to charge it when I got back home. I left it to charge for about 3 hours and the screen never turned on.
I've tried charging it for a good 8 hours before trying to boot it, but still nothing.
I also tried hard restart through holding the button down for 25-30 seconds, and my moto 360 never vibrated, nor did the screen light up.
I then hooked it up to my wall adaptor charger with an indicator light and it seems that the white led light at the button of the charging cradle lit up, but when I checked the wall adaptor's indicator light, it did not light to to signal that nothing was charging or plugged at all.
I live in the Philippines and I had it shipped from the USA, that's why having it replace is not possible
Any ideas? Thanks in advance

plz help with phone charging issue.

k so my htc one m8x was in my wet pants pocket on the bathroom floor over night, the next day when I found the phone it was off and wouldn't turn on, I figured it was flat so pluged in to charger and nothing happened, no charging light came on. so I read a heap of stuff on the net about letting the phoine dry out and so on.
today its been sitting on my computer desk for about a week I decided to plug it in to the laptop and see if it would charge... and to my surprise a little orange light came on and was blinking... phone wouldn't turn on, after about 20 mins on charge I felt that the phone was getting slightly warm I decided to pull it off the charger for a bit then I put it on the wall charger nothing happened for a sec then the orange light appeared then the screen came on with a battery symbol then the screen turned off after a second and the orange light seemed to be blinking faster then it was blinking before on the laptop, I thought maybe it needs time to charge up because it is completely flat.
well its been on the charge for about an hour now still blinking and not turning on, also when I put my ear on the back of the phone and listen I can hear a quite little clicking sound don't know what this means..
can anyone help with this problem, it would be most helpful, I loved this phone I really hope it can come back to life
