Can it be done with Tasker? I want my phone at night to vibrate only on calls but silent for texts/notifications.
The only way to do it manually I found is to use Silent Mode Vibrate then changed Vibration Intensity of Notifications to 0 but Tasker doesn't have that option.

Is there a way so you can turn on the sound and vibration at the same time for incoming calls and/or alarms?
I noticed in the manual that you can only select between On, Vibrate or Off in the Volume control panel.

It seams that I don't know how to set up my HOX to vibrate for SMS only when I put it in vibration mode.
When vibrate is on in SMS options it vibrates even if the sound is on.
There is also vibration for calls and SMS in the general sound settings but it also seems that the phone vibrates only for calls.
I just need it to vibrate when I put it in vibration mod.
I would like my phone to lower all sound and turn off all vibration EXCEPT incoming call vibration at night. I've tried a few different apps and programming in Tasker but since setting silent mode overwrites the call volume setting I can't do it that way, and I can't manipulate the vibrate on notify setting. This stems from the fact that ringer and notification are both linked. I am rooted and really don't want to flash a ROM to unlink the two.
Phone does not vibrate for notifications when in vibrate mode. If you check "vibrate, Also vibrate when notified" box under sms setting, it vibrate both in sound and vibrate mode. Is there a way to vibrate for notifications when you are in vibrate mode?
Any way to set the light to notify even when in DND mode or Silent mode when a call or message comes in from anyone while DND mode is set to only notify when a Favorite contact calls or message ?
While I don't want the ring tone or message tone to audibly notify, I would like the LED light to remind while in DND mode.
