XenonHD is a custom firmware aka ROM for various Android devices. It is based on CyanogenMod 14.1 with additional features, performance and battery life improvements.
The idea behind XenonHD is to give users a ROM that is "blazing fast, rock stable and buttery smooth".

Flashing Instructions:
To install this ROM you will need to have a latest custom Recovery such as TWRP or PhilZ installed.

Yes, support.
Really good feel to this ROM. As far as performance goes, I'd put it on par with CM14 and Mokee. Level of customization doesn't really set it apart from other custom ROMs at the moment. A lot of potential though.

It depends by the usage: I can get 7 hours of SoT because I never play games and you can get only 2 hours because you play all the time.

It depends in wich apps you use in your phone. For example I don't have any FB related apps (includes instagram) and I'm able to make more than 6h SOT with stock kernel
Did clean install (wipe system, data, cache, dalvik), flash gapps (nano or micro, whatever) and i can't finish first setup. Stuck after i put my wifi. Tried also with mobile data only and nothing happens.

If you try setting up as a new device (not restoring from cloud backup), it will be fine (hopefully)

Cyanide is a continuation of VRToxin project!
Cyanide M is the brainchild of XDA member @rogersb11. Based on CyanogenMod, and packed full of features from the wonderful customROM teams we have all come to know and love. This ROM is just getting started and I will update frequently as things progress along into the beast we know this will be.
I will hold no responsibility if you didn't flashed the ROM properly and are facing bugs due to your modifications to the system files.Want to help me with something? You're welcome for helping out with bugs and issues - - but make sure you have that logcat with you before posting in this thread.Post all your questions/requests/screenshots in the Q/A thread.I won't tolerate any OT posts in this development thread.

I hate being crass, but after dealing with so many repeat moronic questions, I felt like I should go ahead and state this now.

Lol man I'm not at all an angry person...that reply on RR thread was because I was having a really bad day..I'm sorry for that
There is no theme engine.....You can colour any part of the system from the ROM itself and also layers work (partially)
it depends on how you define better...this ROM has more features than RR for sure and can say that its stable as I'm using it since 2 days

Absolutely loved VRToxin but the Wifi drop once in deepsleep killed it for me,charging was slow aswell.Flashing Cyanide now to see if it is fixed (one can hope,eh?),thank you for your work

Hey I did a fresh install of this on a H811 and I had an issue when I was going through the setup. When I was trying to restore from my account using the last google apps backup/Log I would hit next and it would send me back to choose a backup device/date. I ended up getting through by hitting skip at the bottom and the apps restored anyways but just wondered if it was just me.
PS. So far it runs very smooth.

Only have a minor issue, same has on oecke ROM.
When installing something from play store it only downloads the app.
Then I have to kill play store and open it again to the app be installed.

This is very weird.
I've tried an old build with clean flash and got the same.
Removed all tweaking builds and xposed also...
Maybe a play store issue don't know...

I just installed this room, so far it seems very smooth, if there is any problem I notice. The supersu was not working right after installing the room, but it works after installing supersu with TWRP. I would like to change the width of the navigation bar, unfortunately it seems to be not possible.

If you installed supersu remove it
extract boot.img into ROM zip

go to recovery flash boot.img into boot partition
flash magisk
reboot to system
go to play store, download and install Magisk Manager and phh superuser
in settings change selinux to permissive
go to magisk manager, in settings enable busybox and systemless hosts (to use ad block programs)
restart to recovery and flash dolby or arise and enjoy ;]
Im using this method for all roms and all works fine and this preserve OTA updates working
If the ROM dont have selinux option to change, install selinux mode changer app

This is Cypher. An extension to pure Android. Cypher tries to maintain the purity of Android while offering useful features for users. The goal is to give the highest level of performance whilst achieving Simplicity.
· Statusbar - Quick pulldown, Smart pulldown, Network traffic indicators, Statusbar icon customization, Carrier Labels, Clock and Date custimization.
Quick Settings - QS rows and columns, Wi-Fi easy toggle, Data easy toggle
System - Screenshot types (Fullscreen and Partial area select) and PowerMenu customization
Notifications - Force expanded notifications, Show notification count, Heads up customization, Ticker, and Notification LED control.

Installation
- Make a (Nandroid) Backup of your current ROM
- Full WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition + wipe dalvik cache)
- Select ROM from sdcard
- Install ROM
- After flashing, reboot device (First reboot will take a while)
- Enjoy CypherOS on your device!

What about deep sleep mode? I Tried remix and lineage but battery drain was pretty bad. Still keep up the good work!!
Which gapps are you supposed to run? I've flashed the ROM successfully. Got a nice seandroid not enforcing on boot BTW. But gapps for arm 7.1 or 7.0 will not flash successful even after a reboot and wiping cache.
Edit: videos don't play and capacitive buttons come on randomly. ROM as a whole seems really smooth and snappy though. Web pages have a bit of delay in them and typing sometimes is a pain in the ass because of it. Hopefully this serves as a little critique to improve this great ROM as it starts out on the platform. Also dynamic gapps works however you will get force closes constantly till reboot

08/01/17 build of Resurrection battery and deep sleep seem pretty perfect 89% before I went to sleep and woke up and checked and same 89% this was after a good 8 - 9 hrs

Thanks for the ROM! What are some expected bugs other than the standard oreo bugs (Camera issues, gestures, etc).
I'd also like to know what features are currently baked into the ROM, as the nougat release was plentiful in features that could have broken in current oreo builds.

Nice and stable Rom can't find any bugs other than some lineage specific bugs

i encounter fc of system UI and background apps couple of time unable to get a log
i will try to get it next time

Also if the camera and Flashlight works without a 3th party app??

For some reason the flashlight shake gesture seems to be an issue with Athene oreo builds. Only thing not working on aicp oreo ROM I'm using currently. Third party app allows me to use shake to trigger most things but for some reason not the torch. Prolly will be the same with this ROM for now.
Anyway, I loved xenon on mm I'm excited to try this rom out after its developed a little more.

I do have that downloaded to my phones SD card but haven't flashed it yet. I'm super stoked off this aicp oreo ROM right now but I might try flashing that on one of my multiboot slots.

WiFi has bugs
The WiFi seems to get connected and then disconnect frequently. It's quite annoying.
Yeah, I have this issue with most of the Oreo-based rom, whether 32 or 64bit.
The rest are just hanging in bootloop.The one that has actually booted and shown a working WiFi connection was Nitrogen OS.
Unfortunately the rom wasn't stable enough as daily driver.I had a bunch of fc's and other bugs.
For now I am going with Invicta OS and wait for are more stable version.
