Can anyone send me link for PDAVIET ROM to y Qtek 9090?? or any other rom you know.. i had WM6 but there were a lot of problems with it.. For example: if sms incoming, Qtek ring when I turn it on.. ir harware keyboard does'nt work good.. thanks for help

No.
No one can give you a link to the ROMs, at least not one that is 100% reliable and accessible by anyone.
All the links one might find are hosted, elsewhere, and are subject to change at any given time. The site owners/admins can not keep them on the site FTP server due to a request from microsoft some time ago.
Since the links are liable to change, you will need to go check the threads that discuss the ROM
Go to the Blue Angel Mobile 6 forum and read a few threads. Any current links are going to be posted in the threads dealing with a given ROM.

Can someone please shed some light and tell me if its possible to load microsoft pocket pc 5 or anything above 4.20.0(build 14053) . not very good with computers and rather confused.
ALso does any one know why google maps doesnt work and yahoo mail when i try to reply to compose and email the links/buttons dont work.

Use the search function of this forum, it'll probably give you all the info you need. Or at least the correct threads to ask for it.
After that, use the search again to find all the info you need about flashing your device... You don't want to have a nice shiny brick to show off to your friends
Hi guys I know this is a blast from the past bit just got a xda 2i (htc alpine) to play with. I'm after downloading a stock O2 uk rom. I can't find any anywhere all the links in the old forum are dead. Could some kind soul point me in the right direction please thanks

anyone got any software lurking on there hard drive
If you make a Google search on "htc alpine stock rom", a few torrentz sites appear with what you might be after.
"htc Alpine rom Unbranded 68.79MB"
I can't verify whether it is of any use or not, as the sites are on our company's internet proxy server's black list.
