Did anyone knows about a Caller ID app that's able to show more contacts field?
I have many contacts in my contact list. I use to add everybody that calls me at least once, to have his/her name displayed when they calls.
Well, but when this call is much later than the moment I've written the info, I can't remember at all (in some cases) who this John Doe is.
In this moment it'll be veeeery useful that I can see on the caller ID screen info, besides the phone number, the company name, job... Things that will help a lot remembering who is the calling person.
So is there somebody knowing something like this?
I use Inesoft Phone 4. The caller ID picture is much bigger than the standard picture and it has additional info under the pic as well. You might also check Photo Contacts Pro, it to displays the additional info.

Ok, that would be great, but whats app developers doesn't want create a version for bada, for this reason we are trying of gather as much people as possible to send a colective email to the customer support, maybe if much people send a email they will take us in account.
The day of this mail will be since (CHANGED)1st to 3rd of march, for more people we are it will be better.

[INICIATIVA] ¿Quieres tener What's app en tu wave?
Ok, eso estaría muy bien, pero los desarrolladores de What's app de momento no van a portarla a Bada, por esta razón estamos intentando reunir el mayor número de gente posible para enviar un email colectivo a atención al cliente, quizás si somos muchos nos tendrán en cuenta.
Los días programados para enviar este email son del 1 al 3 de marzo, cuanta más gente seamos, mejor.
EDITO: Un usuario de otro foro recibió esta respuesta hace dos días:
"Lo sentimos.
No apoyamos los teléfonos BadaOS en este momento. Estamos considerando Bada para el 2011, pero no han tomado una decisión. Gracias por sus comentarios sobre este asunto, ya que nos ayuda a tomar la decisión."
Es posible! Estamos reuniendo a usuarios de todos los foros sobre Bada.
What's app es una aplicación tipo msn que permite chatear desde el móvil, además de ofrecer otras funciones muy interesantes, se encuentra disponible para Android, Symbian, iOS y WP7.
Juntos lo conseguiremos =)

Honestly this is fairly stupid in any language. Are you going to tell us which app you enquired about or do we have to guess? This whole thread if would have been more useful if you just posted it in your native language.

Guess? the aplicattion is What's app (or what's up app), it's written very clearly, and I don't force you to send a email, you are free to colaborate.
This aplication is very known and it's about a instant chat like msn, but in smartphones, and it has got more interesting funtions.
If you don't know what is it, just ask me.
I'll rewrite it again in my language, but is a waste of time (I think)

Indeed the lastest responses we received have been exactly the same, however, soon be held on MWC where Samsung will attend to present Bada 2.0, and also will attend WhatsApp developers, with a little luck we will see if they get convinced, greetings

It's a weird OS I don't know why samsung take out something that seems to have not good support as android...
Is an old thread but I was looking for some good news about "whatsapp" for BADA and seems to be the same...is there any that can actually be used with android and BADA? I've heard about CHATON! its on android I will check if can be use on BADA too, maybe is a momentainous APP...
YAK messenger is already there for bada (currently for wave 3) we dont need whatsapp or other
Hello, I wanna use the function Quick glance in my S3, I searched a lot and I can not find how to make it go. The only application that comes close is hovering controls, but the icons are pixelated and ugly. It occurred to me to emulate whit a custom lockscreen (widget locker for example) but I can not emulate the "live wallpaper" of S4 (light that comes from above), but what most interests to me, and I can not emulate, is to make the display will go on and off slowly, like a fade, a breathing.
Someone could help me?

Hola, quiero utilizar la función Quick glance en el S3, he buscado mucho y no puedo encontrar como hacerla andar. La única aplicación que se acerca es hovering controls, pero los iconos que tiene son pixelados y feos. Se me ocurrió emularlo con un lockscreen personalizado (widget locker por ejemplo) pero no puedo emular el "live wallpaper" del S4 (esa luz que sale de arriba), pero lo que mas me interesa, que no puedo emular, es hacer que la pantalla se prenda y se apague lento, como un esfumado, como un "breath".
Alguien podria ayudarme?

I had it working, but I don't have those files anymore. android_policy.jar needs to be changed and services.jar, somewhere you had to add line for use proximity sensor. Will look into it
In the rom quick glance if I go to the option of aair gesture and selected test works fine and look like the s4 :laugh: , but when activate the option and lock my phone is dont work....

If you want to learn designing part for android you should learn about XML and its attribute ex: weight property, linear layout, relative layout for more enhanced view. Use neat and clean XML programming otherwise it will slow doing your app.

With my new Mate 20 X, in "smart aid" "voice control" have the "voice-activated" activated. Works perfectly both "search phone" and "make calls" with the command OK Emy, being off screen. However I also activated the "respond by CONTROL of voice" where supposedly saying "answer call" or "call rejected" when you get an incoming call, should respond or hang. BUT WHAT MAKES. Even when the call comes out above written "say answer call to respond...", but nothing. WHAT DO BAD BOYS? /
