Any one have an idea of why when im playing a video on windows media player when i hit full screen the vid plays upside down?`Im using the non cingy one now.. any help would be great..
If not present, add the following Key "Rotation" under HKLM\System\GDI\
e.g. [HKLM\System\GDI\Rotation]
Then Add this dword.
"LandscapeMode"=0
But...
For me the key was already present and set to 0-
Change dword value to-
"LandscapeMode"=4
It solved my problem with Orb and other Videos with WMP in full screen mode... worked for me...

i'm really disappointed! Today i got the HTC W100 Remote Control. I tought, now i can take my Orbit in my bag and control my MP3 Player with the shortcuts of the W100!
BUT
The W100 has a big disadvantage!
it seems just to be compatible with the WMP! But this player isn't really comfortable if you take your Orbit in a bag, because the Touchscreen is alway on!
Mortplayer (a really good MP3-Player) doesn't recognize the shortcuts of the W100. So you can't use the shortcuts of the W100 for any funktion for the Mortplayer. If you push any button of the W100, the WMP starts automaticly.
Is there any solution:
- to lock the screen of the WMP very easy
or
- to use thr W100 for the MortPlayer or any other Musikplayer, that has a simple Sceen-Lock funktion!?

Can good guy find a solution (reg edit ??) for change that...
i just got the HTC W100 Remote Control and i can use wmp and htc audio player fine....when i press play on the remote it opens htc player then i just press play again to start music. the thing is i want it to open wmp not htc one, does anyone have any clues how to make wmp the default player not htc one.

Goto WMP - Options - Buttons - define a key for toggle screen
allows you to switch of the screen but keep WMP working
I've no idea how this works with ur W100
I couldn't find anything in the registry that allowed you to change the default player. I suspect the references are hard coded into the dll. Sent mine back after two days of screwing with it to no avail.

I want to use WMP for listing to music with the W100 remote control. Pressing the play button just starts AudioManager and I can't find a way to set WMP as default player.
Any ideas?

Hey Guys, i have two excaliburs one with the Rogers Rom and one with the Spanish Htc rom, when i play the same video which is 320X240 pixels on windows media player, the Spanish Rom Phone Rotates the video and i can not see it on full screen.... But i don't have that problem with the rogers excalibur...

download the oldSAP Lanscape cab to fix the rotated screen.
Worked wonderfully for me when I was using Tmo software, as I didnt want to get into reg hacks
You fix this with one registry key!
I think that this Landscape cab would do the work ... if not, i'll send it to you the registry key.

Try Core Media Player. (TCPMP) With that program you can manually rotate the screen in 90 degree intervals anyway you like it

last week I saw a program which can associate any button with another program you can choose. But I cant find it anymore.
Is it possible to assign to the Music tab the Slide 2 Play player?
I mean, when I click the Music tab, S2P will start instead of the TF3D Music Player.
Is it feasible???

I have Coreplayer and when i wanted to link the volumebuttons i always got #E5 for the upper en the lower one..
Then i found out when i installed fingerkeyboard 2 and disabled the Touch hd keyboard in the registry than the hotkey funtion works every time..

then under IsSIPInputMethod\Default set it to 0
to disable it.
