It's not as simple as a theme.
TouchFLO is a two part item. The cube and the BioTouch.
Check here. It's the HTC Gene forum. I believe that's what the P3400 is. I could be wrong, though.

Need your help. I just upgrade myself from Diamond to HD and now wondering if i could reuse the themes from my previous Diamond.
