Since there is a French ROM you could extract it and create your own custom ROM. If you are not very familiar with this stuff you will need someone to help you, unfortunately I don't know how to do that yet but I know it's possible.

I think that the future wm6 ROM for x51v will be only in English or russian.
My answer is: How can I traslate a ROM?
I have a lot of experience with PDA and ROM and I don't think it is difficoult.
For example, How the WM6 ROM for HTC tornado was traslated in italian? Is there a general guide? Can I use the italian file of (for example) WM6 rom for HTC universal for traslate the rom for x51v?

If you have wm6 eng rom, simply replace p526.pim or other files in rom update. else create a mui pack

AFAIK there are no eng roms for 526 available. so you`ll have to create a mui. dunno in details how to, but in some other sections like hermes there were tutorials

Hi there,
has anybody the german WM6 Rom from the HTC Website?
I think HTC removed it because of the phonepad bug and i was to late to download it. The english rom would be also fine if nobody has the german version.
