After a long time of releasing the success previous TNT rom (TNT2), many ask me to release this again with new features, i have fixed all previous issues and build it on a new build never used in Hermes. I will not call this TNT 3, i will call it TNT.1921 because of the new build, any new builds will called like that.

This Rom has been extensively tested however I cannot be responsible for any damage this may cause to your device.

A Hard Reset is recommended after flashing for better performance.
Flashing can be done either via USB using CustomRUU or using the internal storage method.

My Roms are not designed with lots of storage space in mind. They are designed to be full roms with all the apps in the standard release that you would generally need. They come with considerably more storage space than the original diamond roms however I do not tweak them to get the most space out of them as that is not the point to me (we have 4gb storage anyway).
Please do not request superlight versions as I do not plan to make one. The light version is designed to be a base for other UI's than diamond manila, not a stripped down build.
If you have any questions or bugs, please do not PM me, post in the thread instead so the community can help you fix them. I do not respond to bug reports or requests via PM unless it is something you are working with me on.

This rom should fix issues with random hard resets & soft resets. If you still have these issues then please flash a stock rom then reflash with this rom to see if the issue goes away.

no vibration feedback on keyboard
(cosmetic) The notification for comm manager that confirms which operator to use is slightly cut off but fully readable.
This issue only occurs on this one notification as far as I can tell so not an issue. This notification also only comes once. All other notifications properly sized.
Users of CE-Star (Chinese) need to install cab for Chinese text in menus to work properly - available on download link - thanks lucasjohny

Cfc patched manila for faster manila (space saving minimal when cooked in on diamond)

Removed CleanRAM as it is constantly being updated (as per a very reasonable request)

Notification manager has a minor issue: Clicking on new text message notification doesn't autoclose the notification manager. Click close manually. All other notifications are OK. Notification manager is easily disabled using the Enhanced Settings App I provide.
Lite Version with topaz keyboard only has an issue with displaying the correct font in volume control & Connect to PC screens. Cabfix at the top of this post.

Differences between Full & Lite Builds
Lite builds are identical to full in customisation and cooked in apps except of the following changes:
Removed Manila
Removed Opera (just install your preferred version)
Removed Album 2.5 as this is available with Manila2
Removed Google Maps
Removed Topaz Email Setup (included with manila2 packages)
No other apps removed
This is not designed to be a very lite build, just a good base to install manila2 or other ui's on.
What is the Standard version about?
The standard version is basically my full rom with alot of the customisations & extra programs removed. E.g all programs in System Tools are removed file explorer ext is removed, The battery icons have been reverted to default diamond, SMS Sent notification/Wake on SMS is set to default & Data connections are set to the default option of staying connected rather than disconnecting after 5 minutes. The Topaz Icons are included along with the updates from topaz e.g. menuenhancement & notification manager. Think of it as a tweaked stock rom with updates from topaz. Rom still contains smsinboxthreading & gb-soft gprs setting app but all other extra apps including facebook are removed. Standard Oem/Sys apps still remain.
What is the StdLite version about?
This is the same as the standard version however Manila, Opera, Google Maps, Email Setup Wizard, Album & GB-Soft GPRS tweak are removed. Again not a superlite build but a good base for using other UI's. This does not contain any system tools or many customisations. (same tweaks/setup as standard)

I'll remove this info. It's just something that has previously been discussed for this and other htc deviced and i have found charging to 100% before a hard reset appears to work better.

hi mate, nice rom. The only problem I have come across so far is that when there is an incoming call, you cannot answer it by using the touch function. None of the touch buttons will respond.
Any fix for this?

no probs. there are further settings to customise this in the registry at
HKCU\Software\DRvDijk\AnswerkeysDisabler
You could set it so the screen is only disabled on incoming calls if the power is off

It was not an effort at all so I decided to make four versions of the ROM: Full and Stock with Digital and Analogue Manila 2D.
The Stock versions are pretty much like the stock JADE ROM and will be shot in the dark because I don't have the time to test them. I will gladly receive feedback for them.
The RAM consumption is quite high, but this is because Task Facade and FTouchFlo are running while taking the screenshots. They can be turned of easily.
By default FTouchFlo is not included in the StartUp folder. It can be activate in [Start Menu]->[Settings]->[Settings]-[FTouchFlo].
If you want to disable Task Facade just go to the Windows\StartUp folder and delete the shortcut.
Any comments and recommendations are welcome.

Issue: TaskFacade is causing serious memory leaks after a certain amount of time
Solution: Soft reset as a temporary fix. Remove the TaskFacade.lnk shortcut from Windows/StartUp folder and the button mapping from [Start]->[Settings]->[Personal]->[Buttons] for a permanent solution.
Issue: WiFi settings are not working
Solution: None. Unfortunately this cannot be repaired

I thought of making vanilla ROM ... but I couldn't decide what packages to include.
I can make it barebone ... I don't know ... including HTC Home would require changing all the Jade styled packages ... let me think about it.

I've built in the ROM a feature that sets the time and the location automatically from the operator network settings. Persistant location change after soft reset cannot be caused by any other thing.
I'll upload a patch in POST#3 disabling this feature.
Mass storage wont work fully using WM5torage. CAB files can't be transferred, only few types of files being able to. It say's the disk is write-protected, any idea?
I don't use wm5torage although it should be working.
There is nothing write protected in the ROM. Maybe you should try disabling "Enable advanced network functionality" from [Settings]->[Settings]->[USB to PC]. Maybe this will help.

QuickGPS not working!

I must say that this is really a fantastic ROM! For me, one of the best (or maybe the best) for our Trinitys!
But for me there's an important issue... QuickGPS doesn't work
(I have used this on other ROM's; This is the REAL Working QuickGPS posted in XDA)
Get 2 types of errors:
Opening ERROR: The file 'QuickGPS cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or none of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file.
Notification ERROR: Cannot execute \Windows\QuickGPS.exe
Can someone help?

General question: Why has nobody suggested collaborative ROM development yet?
Somebody sets up an SVN/CVS and every member of the team can contribute registry fixes, new packages or new translations.
That´s a graet idea. But how can we do this?
It works like this:
we sign up for a free SVN provider like the ones listed here:

For those who do not know what SVN is: it is usually used for software projects with many people. You set up a central repository where every file and its history is stored.
Developers can then check out the entire project (or parts) to their PC and modify stuff locally. When they have done something useful, they can "commit"(upload) their changes to the repository for all to see/review/improve.
One person would have to be in charge of actually building the "official" ROM.
The benefits are:
- multiple people can work on one ROM
- knowledge and ROM sources are shared and public so even if someone leaves, other can pick it up
- we can track changes to files by looking at their history. important for newly introduced bugs ("we know it worked in revision 5 so what did we change between revision 5 and now")
- we have distribute backups (everyone has a working copy) in case of HDD failure, provider deleting the SVN and so on
I'm willing to write a short tutorial and set up the SVN if someone can send the "source code" (kitchen) for a preferably German ROM.
Do you think a 500MB limit would be too restrictive?

Thank you for your efforts to get a german rom startet. I have installed it and using it for several days.
Problems I have:
- imap outlook connection is broken when not connected at usb. cannot syncronize with mobile data connection
- iexplorer on mobile data connection not working (htc home plug and opera browser and openvpn connection working)
- bluetooth sim access module not working with vw passat (was not with wm5 before, too).
- screen calibration wizard starts every reboot
Perhaps you have a hint for the first two issues.

You can get rid of the calibration by deleting Welcome from Windows/Autostart.
It should still be fixed in the ROM.

Lock screen is not activated when Power button is pressed , so if you have solution to this problem that does not include installation of another app please share it - This problem is fixed with SmartLock app that can be enabled in Settings - See 1.1 ROM change log.

ROM is for Trinity HTC P3600 and it looks like those pictures but in normal Trinity P3600 resolution.
Those pictures are just illustration of how ROM looks like on Trinity P3600.
Please you can translate the rom in Italian?
Unfortunately no I can't, but I'm uploading Kitchen that made this ROM, so if you are interested in porting it to Italian (or any other language) you, or someone else, will be able to do it.

Thanks for sharing this rom but it contains the same problem with wi-fi ip, subnet mask and gateway configuration as Supersport's rom so i cant set up internet connection . I attached a screenshot with problem, i can only enter 2 digits in fields. I hope someone can solve this.

It looks like this problem has something to do with default WM6.5 theme since you can change IP/SubNet/Gateway from registry.
The same goes for arrows on drop-down-list boxes that are elongated, but I don't know how to change these settings.

None of that software takes up memory only some space in storage, but if you insists, I guess I could make one "naked" ROM.
Also, You can download Kitchen and create ROM that suites you and your needs. Just follow video tutorial from first post:

In my Kitchen only PHM_Editor is located in OEM so you cant exclude it from ROM strait away. You can move its folder (located in OEM\Trinity\0409) to EXT\Trinity\COMMON so you can exclude even that from ROM. Exit Kitchen before moving folder and start it again when folder is moved.

Thanks for answer. Do you know where in registry i can change IP/SubNet/Gateway??
Edit: i found and changed it, i can connect to internet now thanks for the tip
