Flashing problem - JASJAR, XDA Exec, MDA Pro Software Upgrading

Had a bit of a nightmare yesterday flashing beasty's latest rom.
Soft resetted instead of hard and was stuck on splash screen. I got out of it using MTTY and reflashing the Official Orange WM5 rom. Problem now is that despite having unlocked the phone again I can't seem to reflash. Any attempt to reflash fails, despite everything appearing to go well. After a hard reset I am greeted with Orange WM5. Suppose I should just be thankful that I haven't bricked my pride and joy!
Any thoughts would be welcome.
Cheers guys.

Sorry guys.
Should also say that depsite the rom not flashing. The radio has??

Screen fades to black when trying to flash ROMs

Hello everyone.
Apologies if this has been addressed somewhere already, but if this is the case, I was unable to find it.
I have a French Orange Diamond, which I was able to flash w/o problems with Hrad-SPL 1.30 by Olinext, and then with the RUU_Diamond_HTC_Europe_1.37.401.3_Radio_Signed_Dia mond_52.26a.25.09_1.00.25.03_Ship Rom. This worked flawlessly, and I have been a very happy camper since!
Tonight, I tried to upgrade the radio ROM to 1.00.25.05. To do so, I first installed the developer version of Hard-SPL 1.40 by Olinext, which went very well. Then, I tried flashing the radio, and instead of getting the bootloader, I got the colorwheel, and almost immediately afterwards the phone screen faded to complete black. After a little while, the ActiveSync (4.5) window disappeared from my XP SP3 PC screen, and the phone waited there until the flash process timeed out and it entered recovery mode. This happens every time now, and I am always able to recover perfectly.
Thinking it might be related to the Hard-SPL, I flashed back to version 1.30 by Olinext, and then even reverted back to the stock 1.37. Whenever flashing an SPL, the screen still fades to black, but the process completes ok, whereas whenever I try to flash the radio, it will always time out with an Error 262, apparently comms-related.
Has anyone encountered this in the past? Anyone know what/how to fix?
Thanks!
P.S. I forgot to mention that if I copy the EnterBootloader.exe onto the phone and run it from there, the screen will also fade to black in exactly the same way.

[Q] Panic, semi bricked my O2 Desire

I have messed up and locked myself out of my phone whilst trying to root it. I was following the guide how-to-root-the-htc-desire-unrevoked-method/ on the theunlockr, I got to the final stage to gain S off and now when my phone boots it loads the O2 screen and then locks up.
I can open up the bootloader no problem and I have tried a factory reset but no luck.
I am rather new to this and I have searched the forums but cannot find any threads helping the same situation. Any ideas are more than welcome.
Thanks in advance

You can't S-Off a Desire using unrEVOked?
Can you get into HBOOT? If so, try flashing a stock RUU.
Hope this helps?
boot into recovery and flash a rom of your choice.
If you can boot into recovery you're not bricked.
Try clearing your cache and rebooting.
Thanks everyone, crisis over, I over paniced a little when it went wrong. I have just successfully installed oxygen V2.0.3 and so far so good.
Hopefully everything will be smooth sailing from now on.

please help OZONE KEEPS REBOOTING

hello all,
i have a wierd situation. i followed all the proper procedures to flash my CEDAR xv6175 OZONE. i unlocked the apps and did hard spl etc. well i was poking around in the memory with QMAT and then the next time i turned it on it would just goto the boot screen then before windows would start it would reboot.
so i tried reflashing with custom rom and it would freeze at 0% so then i reflashed it with the stock verizon rom with no problems. but it still does the same thing. i have reflashed the oem rom 100 times and it does not make any difference. now the spl says .44. so am i screwed? any help greatly appreciated

Bricked: Un-writable memory??

Hi, I have a very strange problem on my DHD. I started to have a lot of FC, making the phone unusable. I tried to make a factory reset from settings but the phone got stucked at HTC logo, and nothing was wiped. I made a factory reset from bootloader, but the phone vibrated three times and also got stucked at logo. I made a factory reset from recovery and the process was completed, but with some errors. Then I rebooted and nothing was wipe, and the FC's were still there.
So I decided to flash an RUU, the process was completed and now I have exactly the same! Same ROM, same data, nothing wiped, nothing flashed.
So it seems like the memory is corrupted and not writable at all or something like that?
The phone is completely stock, never rooted or debranded (it's from Vodafone Spain)
Yes, it's problem with eMMC.

This is not my thread but I have lot of post in it.
Explaining about exactly the same problem.
In link is final page in which you can see what i have done for now.
I'm trying to repair it without changeing eMMC.
I recomend reading the whole thread.
Woah, seems complicated... Thank you very much, I'll try and report!
