Increasing ring + vibrate? - P3600 ROM Development

Hello, I'd like to have, for normal calls, vibration + ring, but an increasing ring, and not the normal one. By default, is not selectable the option of the increasing ring + vibration, it doesn't exist on the menu, either the increasing ring, or the vibration, not both. Is it possible to add this choice?
Thanks.

Ok, I've seen some script code to change in the editor.... but for what I've seen and tried, two issues:
1) I cannot have the vibration for the second time increasing ring, vibration lasts only the first ringtone time,and stop;
2) the ring doesn't increase untill it lasted for the whole ringtone, and it's very annoying when your favourite ringtone is a long .midi one.
Solutions?

I can't help you with the vibration feature but I can tell you that if you want a louder ring you can use mp3directcut to increase the sound of the ringtones, there's a gain option.
I don't know if this is what you mean,if so send me a PM.
Bye.

Volume regulation

Hi,
We've got two volume regulations in BA: one for ringtone, other for system (mda clicks etc..). The problem here is, that though i don't want to have any clicking and other sounds or have their volume low, I want to keep my message incoming sound high.
Is there a way to solve it? - Incoming message sound volume depending on Incoming call volume?
Robert
Hi Belcik,
You can turn off all this click etc. from windows in:
Start -> Settings -> Personal Tab -> Sounds & Notification
if this is what u meant
Unfortunatelly not....
This is what I mean: I cannot set all volumes in BA to minimum, except incoming calls and messages.
For calls is separate slider, for overall BA volume is another. When i set ringing to max, other phone sounds to minimum, the sound of incoming message will be set to minimum as well, and the only way to have it louder is to move slider of overall BA loudness (with all other BA sounds) to max...
That's the problem
Or maybe it's just the ROM ver??? This one sometimes behaves strange...
R.
Hi Belcik,
My way of solving this will be to remove all not needed sounds (as in my earlier post) and leave only those one You need - like incomming message. I do not know any other way to do it.

ring volume help

have problems hearing the phone ring the normal tones i my bag then it rings i cant hear it i have tryed a few downloads tone and they are not much better is there a way of incresing the ring volume
i have gone in to settings and changed the ring vol to full on the slider
any help i give thanks angel
Strange, my native ring tones files are very audble.
Anyway, have you tried increasing the volume of the file of the ring tone, and saving it?
U can even use native system tool
(start/programs/accessories/entertainment/sound record) - donĀ“t know if these are exact names as my windows is in Portuguese. Save the file with, say, 200% volume increase and transfer to ppc. Now it must be very audible.

Incoming call Vibration + incremental Ring

What I'm missing on my trinty is the Incoming call "Vibration + incremental Ring" togeather that I had on my NOKIA 6630.
Anybody know if there is a way to activate it?
Unless you had an incremental ring sound I can only suggest go to;
SETTINGS - Sounds and Notifications - Notifications - Event - select Phone: Incoming call.
The options that appear Ring Type: Where you select the Vibrate and ring
Ring Tone; where you could have any (incremental) sound.
Hope this helps
when I select "Vibrate and ring" the ring tone in not incremental...
I should select "Vibrate and ring" and "incremental Ring" togeather

May be must last reply mislead you.
the phone does not support incremental ring tone unless you provide one yourself and select that from the list once added.
It is supported
Hello,
It is supported by WM6 itself, but the configuration panel doest not give this option easily. There is a tweaking tool (forgive me, I forgot which one, it was included on the Udk or Axl rom) that allows to modify that option. It was done using letter combinations, where each letter was doing something such as increase volume, vibrate, wait some time, flash light etc. I was able to make increasing ring and vibration, but... as soon as you change ring-tone or change the ringing mode (for example using HTC home) it got lost...
Anybopdy got better (easier) results?

I know Ax3ls rom included a tweak which removed the Ringtone's 3-seconds delay.

Ringtones Volume Increase When Calling

Hi all,
I've a SGH-I780 and when someone try to call me, the volume of the ringtone increase from the first to the last ring. Consequences are that I can't hear the 2 first ring and I lose a lot of call. I've checked the sound option and the correct mode is selected (normal ring not increased ring).
Is there a registry hack with which I can enable high ring volume on the first an other ring or is this an hardware bug?
Thanking you in advance

Question Separate Volume level for Ringer, and for Texts

I don't remember where in the Android progression Google removed the ability to set different volume levels for Ring Tone (I find the ring tone too loud if set loud enough to hear the Text Tones), and for Text Tone (I find they are never loud enough).
I remember some roms gave back that ability, as well as certain exploits could be flashed to set different volume levels for ring tones and text tones.
I am not a big fan of some of the apps on the google play store that add that ability along with a lot of other stuff that doesn't interest me.
Anyone have an apk or simple mod that they use?
Just edit your ringtone file to lower the volume a bit. Seems like the easiest solution to me.
Audacity should do the trick
I'm not sure I understand. My OP9pro with C.48 has separate volume controls for ringer versus notifications. Nothing special required to get them here. ??
EDIT: in the attached photo, the second column from left is ringer volume, and sms/texts use the third column for their volume.
