i just Bought a FSC LOOX T830 before two days, i Regret buying it ,i couldn't find any support from their website , i searched too much to find how to upgrade the ROM and how to roll back if not satisfied with wm6.
they are saying also in the specifications of it , VOIP over WLAN....i can find nothing to do to let VOIP working...!!!!!!!! maybe with WM6 , i wish...
please friends if anyone can tell me how to upgrade from wm5 to wm6, and how to roll back if i'm not satisified with the new WM6, and does it support VOIP (SIP)?
i found a thread here also...but with many versions (Betas) which is the best? and how to upgrade my T830?

i don think you will be happy to upgrade yur mda3 into wm5 cuz i bought a mda3 and it wa swm5 installed(upgraded) and the problem was camera was not working so, today i have downgraded into wm2003se by the help of this forum jjust b4. and now camera is working and the other function aswell. actually i have no idea if the camera can be workable on wm5. if not then dont upgrade, if yes then upgrade and tell me how i will upgrade into wm5 again

Hi. I have read that it is not so easy, maybe people have just changed their device and bought one with WM6 already.
I have a G500 myself and would like to have an upgrade, so I will keep looking and let you know if I found anything.
By the way, do you happen to have the SDHC patch file so that I can read a 4gb SDHC card? I cannot find it, but I read it works.

I have Samsung SGH-i750 wtih WM2003. I would like to upgrade this mobile to either WM5 of WM6. I have searched a lot but did not find any thing.
I am unable to use Wifi on this mobile.

Hey guys. Just been talking to a mate of mine who I sold an old JAQ3 to a while back.
Turns out he wants to upgrade it to WM6 from WM5. I've had look about and it appears i-mate announced the release of an update sometime ago but have never released the actual ROM.
Now I understand the MWG Ubiquio 501 is practically the same phone just under a different name and MWG have released a WM6 update for it.
Was just wondering if anybody had any ideas of how to perhaps Hard-SPL or U-SPL the JAQ3 to allow it to be flashed with the 501 ROM. Alternatively, are all WM bootloaders the same (or at least similar) and if so, is it maybe possible to SD-Flash the JAQ3 with the 501 ROM file?
