Yes - PLEASE that would be great
I have a german XDA Cosmo running the original XDA Cosmo ROM.
And I also managed to make a backup with bkondisk
BUT what I have not been able to find out so far:
how to make an installable package out of that?
something like nbhgen
would be needed AND I think you'll have to sign the resulting .nbh (or maybe it would work with the engineering SPL 1.11???)
So if I find out I'll upload - but I also would be very happy if someone already having this XDA Cosmo ROM would upload
I want to have a backup before flashing other ROMs - and believe me I want flashing the Dash ROM (or the german MDA Mail ROM) sooo bad since I've heard that TomTom 6 runs perfectly on it (unlike on Cosmo ROM where it's nearly unusable )

as to the rom i sit tight and wait
as to the tomtom issue i have read some threads that it is running perfectly on dash. at the moment i managed to get tt5 working on my device , not tt6. i tried to instal the version i am suing on my ppc with no luck. the installation ill not succeed.
what tomtom u using and what ROM is ur device running ?
one more question ?? since i flashed new HTC ROM i am experiencing one issue..eg ill open IE or any other application even go to my contacts and the device will automaticly with 5 seconds or so go back to today screen. any solution please !

TT 6.00.2279 (if I remember right) installed and worked but no chance to get to the settings - menus are ok.
Update 6.03.???? did not install - says something like wrong device
what tomtom u using and what ROM is ur device running ?

have a look at Start-Settings-Homescreen-timeout (sorry if not correctly translated) - It sounds like it is set to "10 seconds" - it's the time where the phone switches back to homescreen when not in use

hi, are u using genuine tomtom or cracked version ?
as to the time out i figured it out yesterday..you are right with ur solution .

Just wondering if there is anyone cooking ROM for Asus P750?

Yah, i am also waiting for it from our excellent ROM Chefs. It will be double good if its a WM 6.1.

Well, i couldn't control the curiosity. i extracted the nbo file put in the root of my microSD card, pressed camera button and pressed reset button together but i couldn't get the update start. is there any other thing i need to do?

How to flashed
Press button of voice command, press joystick downwards and move power button upwards. Keeping these buttons, press quickly and let off reset. continue to keep buttons, until the screen bootblocks will appear.
The procedure flashed should begin. .
After the termination flashing, if it has passed successfully, the device itself will be rebooted.

Thank you very much for your help alex. With your help i managed to update my asus p750. will update here after i test most of the stuffs.

Upgraded. Memory management seems better even with the Asus "X" task closer app. Need to test further as well. Noticed the SIP app is Russian. No big deal though.

Question how do we revert back as I noticed this ROM doesn't have an extended ROM

I noticed the following problem:
Threaded SMS works but if you do a soft reset you lose all your messages. Has anyone experienced this ?

is the rom WWE or in russian ?

Well i tried WM 6.1 for a couple of days. Here is my findings.
Threaded SMS is nice, but its very slow to load an conversation even with a few messages in it.
i don't know its me or always like that. memory leak is more than WM6.
i am a heavy sms user so couldn't stand the slowness in loading. so i had revert back to Sorg custom ROM based on WM6 itself. Even though threre is no threaded sms i think i can live with the smart search facility in sms message.
My heartly thanks for Alex in helping me in upgrade procedure.

You can do it back by use the official rom update method
-download the official rom from asus website.
-format your micro SD with FAT
-copy the download file to Micro SD
- Do the Force boot mode or hard reset
The official Rom will replace the one you have installed.
So you will have the ASUS rom now on.

Is there a WM6 or WM6.1 Professional ROM available for the i-mate JAMA, as I am thinking of buying one from expansys while they have got them for the baraing price of £89.95?

now i am struggling to get the printer info from j2me mobile application.. also how to send the data please guide me... how to do that .. please guide me... give tips or useful links ...also what are the basic information i have read for this project.i know some basic about the bluetooth.. it has three method to transfer the data: (1)OBEX (2) L2CAP & (3) RFCON.. which one i can use... my jama is showing error code 9 process after trying this version and now it is not working whenever i start the device every time it stucks on errorcode 9 process. after showing imate logo. i m very much confused wat to do now ?????????????

jama orginal rom(wm5) is only available at imate service centers.i've upgrated my jama.now l could'nt find any orginal rom for this device to return to wm5.

i tested the rom but in my openion, i thank that the update 27/1/09 is better than 28/1/09

I am facing some issues with the Notepad, When i try to open txt file, i get a error message " file not found. and when I try to open from the software it does't list the file.
Apart from this above issue, This ROM is really good and works Very fine.

I don't have any problem with this release, just "usual" Internet explorer error when i am connected to the computer. This rom is fast,stable .Another great job!!

Is there any difference in the customized applications installed?? Dear please tell as installing and trying the two ROMs just for checking the difference is very difficult. u kknow that... please help

5221109 is the most latest WM6.1 rom (as i know) it also gets rid of the slow scrolling with directional keypad... there are a lot of changes in this rom, you can search around for a official M$'s what's new documentation about this version of WM6.1 build...
It is just a matter of time that there was a time when people were dying to flash their PDAL devices with even WM6 but now they have a lot of choices between different OSs with different versions... lol isn't that amazing?

Gr8 dear!!! its working perfectly fine on my new ROM. But one more thing, i m not able to bring wireless options on my home screen. Everytime i need to activate wifi or bluetooth i need to go to connections>wireless manager to enable them. Please advice

Install the attached file and restart your device, Wireless will be on your today screen...

could you make the wm65 chinese ver.

when i dial the number ,the number can not show on the top bar .how can i do.

Use Advanced config to disable phone skin, then you will see the dialing number.

Can this work on my P565?

I cannot get the upgrade to work, unfortunately. When I run the EXE and hit "upgrade" button, the phone reboots. Upon rebooting, WinXP shows an error near the system tray that the device has malfunctioned. The phone then boots right back into Windows Mobile.. I tried it many times but get the same thing
I have turned off firewall and AV.. any suggestions on how to get it to work?

Hey Thanks a lot for the ROM now my Asus is running quite fast and very nice to look at , however when i switch on the device I get shdesk error and also I am unable to use the camera as it wont launch the camera when I press the camera button, Please help me with this and also as a feedback I found that's Internet Explorer is not stable and battery is draining very fast than the official 6.1 ROM.
Please help me with Shdesk and Cammera , I realy eed to use my cammera. Sad
