I've a Excalibur t mobile. the problem is, my phone attends call it slef without pressing any button. i tired hard reset but no luck can anyone plz help me.

Okay this is your problem possibly, go to settings --> phone --> auto answer --> and make sure its on never. Then reboot the phone and make sure the settings is saved by checking to make sure its on never.

there is not any auto answer option availabel in the setting>phone. there is another option in Setting>phone>any key answer but that is also uncheck. plz tell me what to do. problem is still there.

Settings/Phone/Auto Answer should be option 1 change to Never.
u maybe right but i've no option in phone auto answer. 1st option is call barring. and i've checked all the options. i'm not a beginner. device has OS 5.1.342(build 15097.3.0.1).

No offence meant, what about flashing to WM6.1?
I would then recommend you update to the new 6.1 rom... you will love this rom in no time...

im with Rogers and i used some WM6 roms from this site i try like 3 of them alredy and ran in to a problem with my called id and name display
for some reson it won't show me names of the callers this worked with WM5 that came with my phone
and also video calling won't work some thing about 3G not available
please help a noob i alway flash my phone's then read later

Since install Aztor rom i cant stop activesync running on my phone. It happened with another couple of roms i tried aswell. There has to be a way tos stop this plz can someone explain. I only want it to run when i need it.

It's caused by the 70255 Build. Mentioned this in other threads already. There is no solution to the AS as far as I know of. offtopic: This is a software question, not ROM Development related

I need your help , I I installed the arabizer and rebooted ... and never reach home again! phone is jamming at BT LOGO and doesnt go any further.

check the sticky for the unbricking your phone thread and also the hard reset bootloader thread. they should allow you to unbrick and reflash your phone. upgrade to ookba's 6.5 and you'll encounter less problems. im guessing your phone wasn't unlocked to apps since you're just hitting WM6 standard. you might wanna do that next time and prevent this problem again

Was your BT not already WM6 as they have been dispatched for over a year with WM6.
B.T.W if you after a nicer looking better functioning device update to 6.1 or 6.5, the BT official ROM is posted in sticky too just incase you have to return phone ever "not that i thnk BT would even turn the phone on to check lol they pretty useless @ everything they do" yep i'm an ex BT subscriber

Sure I want, what do you recommend??? I will eventually need to have some Arabic support thought!
I bought it over Ebay with WM5, but got it upgraded to WM6 (still BT, and yes it looks stupid )
one your phone is properly unlocked for apps and you are settled in with a rom that works well for you, installing arabic support shouldn't be a problem. just make sure the Arabic support program you install will work with the rom you choose. search the forums and find all the info on the roms and find one that will suit you best. don't be scared to ask questions.. but diving head first without all the research can be sketchy. really really sketchy

okay i'm still working on no sleep but you seem pretty desperate and i think i know how you feel. A bricked phone sucks. So here's the threads and i'll explain as i give em to you. If you absolutly can't getting it working messages us back and one of the makers of these roms will help you because im going to sleep. good luck

Hi then try flash a custom rom hard spl your device first read the styki thread then flash agent firestorm rom 2.1 2.5 manila or ngrz sergio any custom rom is always better then stock official more speed no freez ups more memory
ps if your cdma device check that section

yup! Hard reset doesn't help. do you have any solution?
