correction: there are already two other threads about the O2 ROM... The first is here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=317827 the other threads already has a link to the other one. The first one was there before it was really avaible at O2.

HTC seems to have released a new Windows Mobile 6 Upgrade for Excalibur. At least on their homepage they mention 2008-08-04 as a release Date.
As I got the o2 XDA Cosmo and am not allowed to download an original HTC ROM I would really appreciate it, if someone could download it for me.
It's the German ROM.

It is not a new version of WM 6.0
It just states August 4th because that was when they revamped their Software download site, and moved the links out from the e-Club login page.

So 2.07 is the newest? What does WWE mean? Also that ROM says RUU, what's RUU? My Diamond is from Rogers (Canada), and HTC Canada's website doesn't allow ROM downloads...
WWE is English verion. RUU is a tool to flash your phone from PC.
wwe is worldwide english and ruu is rom update utility just a suggestion read a few threads to get info on rom flashing, because you can brick your device if flashing is done incorrectly
