To restore the sounds scheme of wm6 (clicking sounds on menus) just install the cab on this thread:

I have LSVW WM6 on my MDA Vario II and I was looking for T-Mobile tsk theme. I've installed some customization cab from T-Mobile's ExtROM, which set up a bunch of custom applications, but NO theme. :/ Also, it screwed up the dialer - it looks like **** now (there are little pink backgrounds around each dialer button).
Is there any chance to restore original WM6 dialer, or do I need to install a new one from scratch?

Installing new skin (T-Mobile's) made things even worse, as PIN-pad became completely blank. Fortunately I was able to uninstall that skin.
However, I've found a solution. Registry key: HKLM\Security\Phone\Skin has two subkeys: DIALER and PROGRESS. I've renamed both of them, reset device and... voila. Original WM6 video-call-enabled skin is back!

I lost the original dialer-background while testing some other.... now it's back
1) How can I bring back the system sounds (i.e. start menu click, etc) to this rom ?
2) Only 3 ringtones are available although in the original WM5 the ringtones were pretty nice. Are the original ringtones stored somewhere? (packed in a cab maby?)

I finally got all of the sounds on my Kaiser set just the way I want, now I understand that the sound package definition is a registry key that's somewhat convoluted. What I'd like to do is learn how to create a cab containing my custom sounds and installs the sounds and configures them for the user. I went through a lot of crap to get my sound scheme working. Mostly it was overwriting the system files(unlocked flash with Dutty's TouchFlo 6). I'm certain there's a better way.
Any advice? I did briefly search the wiki and on here.

try to use theme manager
I have a strange problem. I have Ervius Kitchen 9.6 with WM6.5 SYS/XIP 21234 and I don't know what to do to have standard WM6.5 system icons like everyone on this forum have in their WM6.5 ROM's. I have in my kitchen EXT package with Topaz shourtcat's icons and MPI_ProgramIcons.dll but when I disable it then I have no icons at all
