i have bought an htc diamond which is sfr blocked.
I have read everything about unlocking an flashing baut i still have a problem.
i would like to know which rom ( in FRENCH) is the bes one for the moment and which radio version also.
i know there are plenty of them, but i 'd rather have the expert choice.

Can anyone tell me how to upgrade the ROM for O2 MINI XDA S.
I have downloaded the ftp file from ftp. Presently i have German OS installed in my xda. I want to chage it to English.
Pleasse tell me the procedure of how to upgrade the ROM. I tried to search in wiki, but it is still not available.
Your help will be freatly appreciated !!

Firstly let me say welcome to the forum, however there are a lot of new ROM's out there in french.
I am afraid there is a lot of reading to do, firstly I would have a look at this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=299462....an excellent guide on how to flash etc.

That is for installing Hard spl, it's not a rom, it's the boot loader. And it is better than stock, and helps in recovery, if something bad were to happen when you flash.
I suggest that you read quite a bit more before you just go randomly flashing, or looking for the highest build number. Newest isn't always best, and there are tons of custom built roms around here.
Check the wiki, there is tons of information there, and here in the forums already.
yes do readup. you dont want to go ahead flashing recklessly or youll end up with a bricked phone.... which is quite a useless thing to have.
i just got my diamond 2 days ago but i dont know where to start with roms, spls, radios to have the latest software

I would recommend you read the stickies at the beginning of this forum. You'll find there everything you need to know.

guys, I have been reading and searching using search tool here in the forum. I don't mean to flood this forum as there are more people around need help. Please try as much as you can to start reading.

Try to read the wiki-pages and the sticky threads on top of this sub-forum to learn how to upgrade your ROM.
Make sure you understand the steps clearly otherwise you may brick you phone.
People should look and search for the answers by themselves first (because most of the questions had been asked before many times), that's the reason nobody bother to answer you ...

All members of the forum will bring you to a little assistance as you progress a little by yourself. There is everything on the XDA to flash the KS20 without much difficulty. Takes the time to read the tutorial, use the existing post before opening again ...
The French ROM is available here. This is the only one I created most of my ROMs are WWE.
