Step by step guide using the official O2 DSUU
1. Install the O2 XDA Stealth Upgrade Tool on my computer.
2. Navigate to the DSUU folder.
3. Rename the WM6*.nb0 file to "gbcall.nb0" (If there is not WM6*.nb0.just keep the gbcall.nb0),change it to "read-only" and copy to the DSUU folder.
4. Start the DSUU update which will take about 5-10 Minutes.
5. Then your device will auto reset.
• The device doesn't boot, I see only O2 logo. Hard reset doesn't help and the Firmware update process stops with the first message?
1. turn off the device;
2. enter engeneering mode;
3. in Main menu choose Boot Config;
4. in Configuration menu choose EBOOT-Launch Image;
5. turn off the device;
6. now hard reset or upgrade firmware.
Sometimes helps another method: leave the device without the battery for about 30 minutes, then turn your O2 XDA Stealth on.
• How to enter engeneering mode?
1. turn off your O2 XDA Stealth ;
2. hold Flag, OK and Camera + press and hold Power button;
3. use navigation buttons to select the settings.

I am a foreign student studying in Moscow, so I don`t have a lot of time to test the beta ROM. Each of the improvement will spend a lot of time to test.I am sorry that temporarily unable to complete the Final ROM.
The internet cost is very expensive with slow speed. I can`t upload the ROM with normal speed to other Servers.

Thanks for the instructions yuc. I was looking at a way to do this before you posted and it should also work if you use the previous official Device Software Update Utility from O2 them selves.
All you need to do is install the DSUU on you computer and replace the "GCALL.NB0" file with the WM6 ROM and then click start. I will verify when I get home.
Step by step guide using the official O2 DSUU
1. Install the official O2 ROM update on my computer.
2. Navigate to the DSUU folder.
3. Delete "gcall.nb0".
4. Rename the WM6 .nb0 file to "gcall.nb0 and copy to the DSUU folder.
5. Start the DSUU update which will take about 5-10 Minutes.
6. After the DSUU says to begin the update reset your device.
7. If "Image Utility" doesn't appear on the screen then allow your device to start up normally. If it does appear then allow it to proceed, this should take around 20 minutes. Follow the on screen prompts to finish setup of WM6.
8. Once the device has restarted open up File Explorer (or a similar program) and navigate to the root of the device.
9. Tap on "UpdateROM.exe" which will restart the device and start the "Image Utility"
Please give a downloadable link.
Try the download link above. Just use google or babel fish to translate the page and it will be easy. I dont speak russian, but doing it this way I was able to download the file rather easily.
There is no download link on the initial page because you need to click a link on that page which will take you to an advertisement page and after you have clicked on a link on that page a 30 second timer will appear and will then give you a unique link to download the file after you have entered the password which is:- yuc.

So far so good. I have updated my ROM to WM6 and it is running better than it ever did on WM5. There is still a small part of the ROM that is not in English but nothing that would stop someone from using their device. Hopefully yuc will have the ROM completely in English for the final version. There are also some minor apps that were a part of the Stealths WM5 ROM that are not included in this one, which I hope to have a list of soon. The only thing so far that I am not liking is that the Keyboard SIP does not allow options to be set and I am used to using the small key style.
I will be posting some screen shots either later or tomorrow and I will write up a complete "review" of this ROM in the next few days.

The Notes and the SRS Control Panel don`t work well right now, I will fix it in the final edition.

How to upgrade Firmaware?
- extract files from archive;
- put *.nb0 file and CUSTFILE folder onto SD Card;
- turn off your Stealth;
- don't forget to charge the battery and connect AC adaptor;
- hold Call and End + press and hold Power button;
- You'll see Flash Utility (now you can release buttons), the process of Firmware upgrade begins: you'll see lue squares appearing on the screen, the blue light will flash (reading from SD card to the memory), then yellow light (writing from memory to flash), wait until squares stop to appear (there will be no blue light), the process takes about 20 minutes;
- the device should restart itself, if not do a soft reset, first run always takes some time, so be patient.
After the system has loaded, enter the calibration screen, use the stylus and follow the direction;
- Enter time zone, select Next;
- Stylus introduction, press Skip or Next;
- then you can enter your password or skip this action.
Firmware upgrade complete.

Mini Review
I have been toying around with this ROM for the past 24 hours and have put it through a rather intensive daily routine. After just one day I have noticed enough of an increase in speed that I am prepared to continue to use this as my default ROM. While the ROM works well, there is still some work that needs to be done however.
There are a few apps that don't work, while others are only half translated. There is nothing, though, that prevents any functions of the device being used and in fact I feel there is more of a gain than a loss. The most improvement I noticed was that the UI seems to be more responsive and faster loading than WM5.

Instructions for new style kitchen
Step 1. Extract “Kitchen_Ervius+Bepe_Trinity.rar” to a clean folder
Step 2. Extract “21222-ROM+SYS.rar” and copy all folders in the step1 folder you will have tree as this : ROM ; SYS ; OEM ; EXT ; RELEASE_Trinity ; Tools and Erviuskitchen.exe
Step3. Double click on “Erviuskitchen.exe , new page .
Step4. On first line , choose “DEVICE” = TRINITY ; “Language” = 0409 (WWE) or 040C ‘FRA) ; EXT Build = Version .
Step5. 5 versions are created by me :
6IEFootTit = IE6-Titanium + Footprint components
6IEManTit = IE6_Titanium + Manila from Jade
6IEUlite = IE6 + Lockscreen ( without interface)
8IEManTit = IE8-Titanium

A folder named : Widgets to add in SYS-21222-SHARED-COMMON has all Widgets components inside to copy in SYS-21222-SHARED-COMMON , Widgets work only with IE8 versions .
Step6. Click on "Create" , you can choose also "LZX Compression" and you will have 9 or 10 MB free of space memory .
Step7. Wait until the Update utility page open and flash .
You can modify or create your own version by remove or copy-paste from these 5 versions folder , these folders are in : EXT-TRINITY ; all folders in COMMON are for all versions , i put inside all necessary tools but you can remove someone .
VERY IMPORTANT : In SYS folder don’t remove anything except : Windows Live , Entertainment ( Games) .

After install in your PC , download attach file , unzip it in the root of C: , choose your .BIN file in C:\Program Files\Windows Mobile 6 SDK\PocketPC\DeviceemulationV650 and copy in the GN folder , then rename it to OS.BIN . Double click on GN.exe , you will obtain an SYS folder and xip.bin .
And this is the kitchen of this Emulator build : XIP 21278 ; SYS 21234
I add only some HTC soft like CommManager, HTC-TskMgr etc...

These 5 versions are only in kitchen by cooking yourself , i have only made 2 versions for test .
Havn't test yet with 2-way recording .
As i said , i shared my kitchen because i am tired to provide 16 or 20 versions by build in 2 language and 2 devices .

Thanks for the Kitchen and the packages.
I tried the 8IEMANTIT package and it work ok but I am having issues with the TouchFlo 3D. In the Advance configuration tool you can get in to the TouchFLO setting but when I select I get a error saying "An error occurred while loading TouchFLO 3D configuration.
What I am trying to do is take some of the tabs out. Can I do that?

Great work Chanvi + Oggi. Thank you for keeping the Trinity forum so alive.
I've just flashed your "ROM_WWE_21222_IE6_UltraLite+Lockscreen" and all seems well so far. I have to admit, the responsivity speed of Spb Mobile Shell 3.0 is slightly slower than that of a 6.1 light ROM (e.g. moving from screen to screen, icons appearing) but the stability seems fine.
Spb Colour Theme
You may all know this by now, but for those who don't...
If you choose to install Spb Mobile Shell (I recommend version 3.0.1 Beta 1), and want to use the Spb colour themes , you will need to find and copy one of the old "black.tsk" or "pure_black.tsk" onto your device and then activate it within Settings / Today. For some reason, the .tsk's cooked into 6.5 ROMS do not allow Spb Theme to change colour.

So far, I have been able to transfer files via Bluetooth, but only if I choose "My Device / My Documents" as the save location. When I go into connection settings and alter the save location to anywhere else, e.g. on the storage card, it doesn't seem to save there. Eventually, my device becomes unrecognised and I have to switch BT back off and reasign the default save location. I may be wrong, so do let me know if anyone does manage to successfully save a file sent via BT to the SD.

Copy original files from \windows directory: zylonite_keyboard_us.dll and small file begins from sym0...txt from current swedish firmware that are you using and post here. Il make cab.

Not sure if PIMS still work fine for new WM 6.5.3. its designed for wm5-6.1. I have attached cab for you. It plces link to Utils in Start Menu.. So please check if its working specially for mails.
But I recommend you to use MyPhone. Download it from Marketplace in start menu.

Actually I already downloaded the PIMBAckup application cab and installed it and just added the shortcuts manually. It works.

To go back to your original ROM (10B,C...,Kiss 20..), Right after first start, use "Windiag.cab" to enable windiag. Then soft reset the phone. Now you can use the engineer menu 2676625720# and flash in normal mode if necessary.

1. Detach the battery
2. While it is off, holding Browser+Send Button, connect the USB cable to your PC. You should see the green light at the top right.

4. I used a 10B Chinese DZ file to flash the phone again. I guess any other file set will also do

I flashed the 0c0A version, but it seems like it's a Spanish version. I searched and found out that the Traditional Chinese is either 0404(Taiwan), or 0c04(Hong Kong).
Could you make a version under either one? I am using the Eng Version(0409).

I think the build 250xx work a little better but I do not have Rollup-All-Pkgs to the ROM Multi_lang.

I propose that my work DIALER (PHONE PAD) FOR HD MINI (PHOTON).

Introduction:
The ROM that I use, was cooked by me.
MY ROM (GHOST)_OG69_1.0_ITA – DR_3D
VERS. LAST SYS - 29020
I think it still works on other roms.
This cab OG69_ITA_hdmini_land_dialer allows 360 ° rotation of the dialer pad.
In addition to other applications.
The fluidity of the rotation depends on another program-G-ROTATOR--and its calibration
Vers.1.0 extract the Council as.
I have already tested both vers. 1.4 and 1.3 but should crash.
The 1.0 works very well calibrated.
I recommend this calibration: sentivity 7 - timer duration 500.
MEMORY USAGE: Vers 1.0 occupies about 800KB of memory resident. But I repeat, is very stable!
The vers. 1.3 is immediately after the 1.0 the best. But every now and then go to system crash. The vers.1.3 instead occupies only 230kb of memory resident.
The 1.4 (latest relase) should immediately crash. Very bad.

Well balanced, with only the G-Rotator (without dialer cab) I have noticed that already does the first screen dialer pad (screenshot3),but then crashes. but the screen on call and receiving call, do not work.)

Point out that I tested only the vers. ita, the vers. eng. I can not because the language on my phone is ITA ROM .
Then accept any bugs.
INSTALLATION:
BACKUP SYSTEM : Board (SPB BACKUP) works very well, never lost any data. Recognizes and upgrade if the ROM version is different.
INSTALL IN MEMORY PHONE: OG69_ITA_hdmini_land_dialer o ENG
soft reset
INSTALL -G-ROTATOR- (COPY OR EVEN SDCARD)
COPY THE LINK (AS ABOVE).
CALIBRATE. SAVE.

I have just flashed back to my original HTC HD Mini WWE 1.36.707.3 rom and it already has landscape mode for dialer by default.
Could it be that your rom does have the latest cprog which doesn't have landscape mode?
If you read my thread above, I already wrote that with only G-.rotator, does the dialer pad, but from my tests, not running, receiving and transmitting calls. You can see that on the HTC site these are the versions for Europe rom:

your rom (1.36.707.3 WWE rom), I think both WWE stock ROM ASIA (not for the European market.) As above, I think it is different to the one I used.
I tested it also NSOURM ROM (plus package from ASIA WWE) and the same result as my ROM ITA.
Hmmm .... I did a testing on my current nsourm WWE 3.0 rom and cprog was able to receive and make call while in landscape mode, maybe it was due to the program used for rotation ..... I'll try it again using g-rotator tonight.

I have them talked about the dialer cab!
Keep in mind that if you install my file (OG69 hdmini_land_dialer.cab ITA) and then remove the cab, the application is actually installed. . To take the test you have to give a hard reset first!
p.s. cprog file is always the same ........
In post 6 I did mention about cprog working in landscape mode and at that time I thought it was due to nsourm rom and I was simply suggesting alternative app for rotation in post 10.
So in order to test this dialer pad(cprog), I did a hard reset on my phone and then flash back to my original HTC HD Mini WWE 1.36.707.3 to test out this dialer pad with G-rotator 1.3 and to my surprise, original HTC rom dialer pad also support landscape which I assumed not based on your discussion in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1058967.
Currently I flashed to nsourm WWE 3.30 rom and tried to recreate the issue you mention above which is unable to receive and make a call during landscape mode but mine does not encounter this problem.
p.s: I've never install OG69_HDMINI_Eng_Land_dialer.cab as of yet because I'm trying to recreate the issue of unable to make and receive call during landscape.

because my rom does not work in landscape without my cab!!

You do not need my cab! Simple!
I am happy that at least you used (as indicated by me) G-ROTATOR
