Instructions :
Extract the 7z archive
Flash using FLASH.BIN
Extract files from the start menu archive
async yr phone and just copy-paste these files in /Windows of your P320
Reboot.
I recommend to use asus themes and disable the asus phone skin as per the reg settings mentioned below.
Then the phone works fantastic.So far no issues with call, SMS, Internet

Procedure :
Unrar flash.rar
copy flash.bin to sd card(1 gb preferred)
volume down + reset.Keep pressing volume down till u see instructions on the screen of p320
Wait for reboot.
After flash, unrar SMS fix and copy all the files in Windows folder of p320,reboot.
Am not a great cooker, so not much decorations in this ROM, but I found it stable and very fast.
I once again thanks all who have helped/guided me.

Install resco explorer
In resco explorer, go to file>options>browse>SHow hidden files
Then copy all files and send them to Windows Folder of P320.
If asked to overwrte?, select YES

i have two chinese rom kitchen for asus p527, wm6.5 21189 nd 21193.. to make it english, i replaced the language folders 0804 to 0409 from wm6.5 wwe sys folders.. nd it worked but had the same small bug of creating or viewing any messages... i cant solve tht for my p527...
need help here too..

I have managed to work all, SMS still a problem but One can use O2 SMS plus..office removed, lots of OEM aaps removed, ROM is working fine so far, battery is excellent.If someone wants I can upload to rapidshare
PS I used my Own kitchen.If some one needs I can upload that too.I thank Juggler ,Mun,cmoex, startkwong for their excellent guidance.
Please upload the ROM. I'd love to try WM 6.5 on my P320.
Btw, what is the free memory available after boot when using this rom?

Wow! Thats close to the stock asus rom, and it uses 6.1!
You sir, must've done some good optimization to get 6.5 working so nicely on the P320!

hdubli, according to screenshots, your mxipinit_startmenu_001.provxml does not work, or corrupted, or you had deleted it on purpose. Or you are missing png resources from Base_DPI_96.
No new pretty icons - only old default stuff from shellres.... Looks not good.
I will think about your SMS problem and will give some tips later.

I like the ROM clean and with basic stuff.Phones to b used as a Phone first, later as an entertainment stuff.This is my personal opinion.
Am not a very great cooker, just PPC lover so trying to do best I can.Let's hope, may be you can make it better on behalf of this community

cant write, read sms.. pls help!! i extracted 17 files from smsfix.rar to windows by resco explorer. had to overwrite all as asked by the app. rebooted it. BUT cant write or view any message. pls help..

So I only have two questions :
- Can you include a MMS client (important for some people)
- Can you made another version for SPV M650 with appropriate GPS drivers (AGPS) [I've the OEM package of it if you want PM me ]

I'm afraid I can also confirm that RUU_signed.nbh is corrupted. I used winrar to extract..
And below is what it said with Winzip:

so, I expected a little more, but nice rom really. the only thing that dissapoint me is that ugly dialer, there are much nicer dialer , but maybe they eat more memory so that's the reason of having this one

I needed a ROM for every day use i class all the apps above as essential no Rom's i found had all the stuff i need so here comes JLAs Dynamics the ROM will be updated often. Stay tuned give your comments and suggestions and requests. Do you all need 1 more ROM as there are loads out there? I will update the thread as I'm updating.
OK guys this is how the ROM works in the download there is usual files and a sdconfig.txt if the sdconfig is not used the ROM will be almost the same as dvha. the reason I'm doing this is most of my custom stuff is in the ext ROM and with the sdconfig you can then remove or comment out or add what you guys need hence the DYNAMIC.

OK to flash via usb on Windows download the attached RUUWrapper.zip extract it to the same Dir as the ROM rename hermimg.nbh to RUU_Signed.nbh copy sdconfig.txt to storage card before flashing then start RUUWrapper.exe on your PC and follow on screen info.
OK the ROM seems to be getting some good responses so this is how versions will work main releases will be v1 v2 etc and small updates will be v1.1 v1.2 etc and some small update releases will be just extrom updates.

ok for now there will just be a NON-RBSN 3g its not full rom nor a lite rom its some were in the middle but if it gets plenty of interest i can do all flavores im trying to make it as official as possable but with i tiny bit more.

firts hours with your rom, no problems, now I am writing you from my device (wifi ok, you know), i have to try more apps, but I think this rom has all that I want for my daily tasks.
Very stable, very fast, no problems. Good work, man, I will continue reporting you.
well mate, I have been putting your rom to the test big style today, heavy use for 10 hours, playing games, texting, browsing opera mini and when i finished work, gave it a full workout using wifi......
and guess what.......
WELL BLOODY DONE!!!!! Very consistent, Speedy, Kept up with everything, One of, Infact, At the moment THE BEST rom around (my views anyway) Since 8am (and its 9.18pm now), battery still on 69% so battery life is great.
Really looking forward to any future roms by you!!!

oooppps!, problems with my bluetooth headphones
pairing my dell headphones without problems, but when I hear music there is a little interruption every five seconds, very annoying you know. I use s2p, the last version peharps (v 0.55)
I've previously installed the sleuth patch, but it doesn't work
Another thing that doesn't work is WOW HD settings, when i try to use it, it shows a message about "there is no wow hd drive load", and the app closes.
That's all, I will continue testing mate,

A few small changes with the possibility to have 3 more tables and put what you like on your own programs.
The table "Programs" can to be customize only by registry
The table "Programs2" in Chome Config parameter by the name of "CLinks"
The table "Personal" in Chome Config parameter by the name of "Settings" , this table can have icon and you can change the name in "Collapsed".

I have already put the cabs in "PostInstall-ShowacoTitaniumWeather_QVGA", Weather and Titanium can function without modification after installation is already done.
So 2 tables for the programs (without icons).
When you are in the Chome Configurator, "CLinks" is for the "Programs2" (you can name it what you want by "Collapsed" once in the page setting . No need to cut "Chome" in Today.
To activate-unactivate-down-up tables is that by Ipaso Config tool .
For customize the "Programs" table it's only through Registry or mxip .......... provxml that can change, a subject is open for that
If you want Titanium Weather, use only the cab in PostInstall, otherwise you will lose the 2 new tables.
And a table for Favorites contact by AppStar with a tool, the cab is available in the postinstall file, you must install it after the last Titanium Weather.

PIMBackup is what you want... it backs up everything into one file... then when you reflash, you can restore using that file and it inserts everything back

I cooked a rom (sys/xip build 23017) but the most important problem is the wifi what i cant solve. It doesnt work and no wifi icon in wrlsmgr.exe. I think the driver doesnt load on startup. Can someone help me?

I tried to copy the whole registry from another rom and tried another oem and a lot of things but the wifi doesnt work
I've made a custom Connection Manager, but i think its not a problem, because i also dont see the wifi icon in the wrlsmgr.exe.

-full oem, without my changes
-full sys without my changes
-copy the whole registry from another rom
-overwrite old sys files with the new ones
-searh rgu problems - i found nothing
-and a lot of other things

you can always just turn M2D off
it will still have the program files obviously, but it wont be activated so it will free up some RAM.
Just go to settings -> Today -> Items and deactivate TouchFlo and enable Windows Default

yes but if u remove it u get to install more cabs and if it stays on board even if it is swithed off it runs in background eating ram

Now I made to a 23017-21928 hybrid, with my own customizations (i just cook for myself, because i think the other people doesnt like what i do for example: i delete Internet Explorer, i dont need m2d and these stuffs like this (i use ibrythill's WM7 with music, phone, clock, test, windows live and weather widgets)) If you think, i'll upload my beta version (with some bug, because ive got some problems with my oem and i extended it, so i started it from 0). I'll try to make it faster with more free memory.
I think I upload it tomorrow, now i go to sleep.
If someone will be intrested in my rom, i can upload that in some other localization, but i dont have much time.

i have 23016 nbh with m2d
i use hypercore to dump rom
after ddumping which files should be rmoved or tell me ur way of editing this nbh file
I think you cannot edit the dumped rom, because its protected, so it doesnt make packages what you can remove. These nbhs doesnt include the dsm files, because the storage (and program???) memory. You can make packages only by dsm files.
I never remake others' rom because these inculde what i dont need and it doesnt include what i need. - So with lot of learn you can make your own customized, ported rom. (ervius visual kitchen can help you). I learnt everything by myself, over google, just need some time (maybe some sleepless day ).
In one word: don't dump the nbh files, because you cannot You have to port a xip/sys and if you want, modify rgus, provxmls, muis, initflashfiles and others to make it comfortable.

Copy original files from \windows directory: zylonite_keyboard_us.dll and small file begins from sym0...txt from current swedish firmware that are you using and post here. Il make cab.

Not sure if PIMS still work fine for new WM 6.5.3. its designed for wm5-6.1. I have attached cab for you. It plces link to Utils in Start Menu.. So please check if its working specially for mails.
But I recommend you to use MyPhone. Download it from Marketplace in start menu.

1.I'm noobie about flashing ROM. Can you tell me how to do this with a guide ( or a link to her )?
2.Is possible install your ROM on a PAIHI4 version?

Actually I already downloaded the PIMBAckup application cab and installed it and just added the shortcuts manually. It works.

Plese use google search for now, there are tons of manuals also on this site. Sorry, dont have time now looking for that. Later, I will post all guides. they are different to xp /vista (win7).
little bug
ok after a few hours I found a little bug:
In lock mode if the screen is on, the volume keys are not locked.
