i wish to start translating roms for our community here, i would start with the tmob aku 3.3 german rom since some people would want it in english and dutch for my dutch board friends over here.
I have the darkforce rom in dutch and since for the universal never a dutch official rom was released i think there must be some guide or somebody who can give me a start on this
Anyone has some experience on this , i dll the lang v2.1 and reshacker and have lots of "hobbytime"
Also my girlfriends speaks german and would help me on a usable translation.

In a ROM you would need to change the *.mui files according the languages
Like "shellres.dll.0407.mui" (0407 for German) to "shellres.dll.0409" (0409 for English)

I have an HTC Touch Pro with ROM version 1.90.409.6NOR ROM date 08/23/08 Radio 1.02.25.19 CEOS 5.2.19965 Build 19965.1.2.3 As you can see the ROM language is in Norwegian and I was hoping to change it to English language. I tried the link provided by tupisdin but got a message saying not suitable for my machine. Can anyone tell me how I can change the ROM language from Norwegian to English please. My first attempt on your forum so please excuse any faults, I have searched for similar threads without success.

I haven't come acros too many polish roms on xda-developers, its mostly WWE. And BTW try using WWE, I'm polish my self and always been using WWE rom's, i've try few polish, but i founding WWE are more stable.
never was and never be official samsung i780 polish 6.1 ROM. Someone called to Samsung polish help line and got answer for your question.

Oh, I wish I read this before I installed a custom rom today.
But no it was not wwe, it only let me chose from a few asian locations with english, chinese, and it had vietnamese and thai keyboard installed. Don't think it had hebrew, but hopefully someone else can confirm what I seem to remember.
