when i type an sms onscreen every 10 words or so the phone frezes for 4 secs! also when i'm opening the keyboard it takes him almost 10 secs to get the screen right...
sameone a sugestion or the same problem??
it is a pro 2 not branded (like vodafone) like he came out of the box.

I only experience this if i have "All background" enable from the tweak :>
okey but i do not have anything instaled after my hard reset and i never had the beckground tab

Can I check whether this same problem happen in Touch Pro 2 as I have same problem with my Xperia so not sure it is WM or phone problem?
Anyone can advise me before I change to Touch Pro 2.
I hope some one can help me out, if i send im back i do not have my pro2 for 3-4 weeks
problem fixed! (not realy...)
a regular reset didn't work, shut down the phone and wait a litle wile turn back on workd just fine.
so i think the reset is not realy a reset...
just once a week (day?!) phone off and on again
it is always a hate love affaire with htc!

I have this weird problem.
I have flashed Duttys 3.9 and whenever someone calls me I pick up and say hello, but the other side does not hear for 1 or 2 seconds...and then people complain: WTF? You have the best phone ever and still it is a shyt..and stuff like that...and that is really annoying! (jelaous people )
Is there any fix for this or is it just a regular issue?
Anyway, I plan to flash dutys 4 Turbo during the weekend...so I will see whether the problem remains or not...

Hi Mates, I have the same problem with L26_3.55, but i think this problem can't be avoid. I already get used to this, so I just say "Hello" 2 seconds after pick up the phone!
I have the same issue on shipped ROM 1.56 for Touch HD. It would be great if someone will find reason...
Same here... I'm pretty sure this issue is not ROM related... We'll just have to get used to it.
By the way: If you say hello a few seconds after picking up, no one complains! Works for me! They don't even realize the delay!
But that way you can go and compensate every flaw that shouldnt be there in the first place. Flaws are there to be fixed it shouldnt be so that you must fix your own behaviour in order to deal with a flaw.

and also when i push the End key, the conversation ends 2 seconds later ..

The End Key delay thing can be changed with Advanced Config 3.3. For some reason the default delay between pressing the key and ending the call is 3 seconds...no idea why!
1 or 2 seconds mute after picking up a call is a WinMo problem it has nothing to do with rom every winmo phone that i used has the same problem HP, Touch Crusie, omnia i dont know if there is a fix for that. Iam use to it i still love my hd.

change the value from 3000 to 0, the delay is than gone.

cant rom cookers cook such enhancements in their roms? Cause i think we all agree that 0 seconds is better then 3 seconds.

I've problem with NOTES aplication in my TP2.
Sometimes when i writing in notes my device doesn`t response.
I've made test. Open notes, new note, and in every single line i start writing digits from 1 till 9.
example:
As you can see, my device doesn`t response sometimes when red spot are. I used this same stylus pressure.
Please try your device, and let me know. Please please please...

Yep, mine does it too.
And with about the same "miss rate" of two and bit characters per page.
I don't think its too much to worry about, i think its probably the phone trying to process all the input for the notes program.
Edit: My old atom, instead of missing bits, produced garbage if u scribbled fast. I prefere it to miss out 1 character that stop registering stylus lifts for a whole line.

When i'm using software keyboard ( FULL QWERTY) sometimes i have to Tap this same letter or digit twice to showed up on the display, becouse my device doesnt respond every time i tap, even using this same stylus pressure while tapping. Tell me if your devices are this same.
same thing on my phone. it's a BLAST trying to click links in opera when the link takes up the entire page and you still cannot click it.
but! if you click and hold it will let you open in a new tab instead.
i'm tired of it. phones going back to the T-mobile store.
Yeah Opera sometimes has trouble clicking a link but it's not enough for my to send this baby back I love this device!

Please can someone else confirm that?? Do a test exactly this same i did.
I got this from HTC service:
"Dear Sir, HTC appreciate you may have an issue. Your device should recognize each and every screen tap. If you are not getting the performance you desire you may need to adapt the way you are using the handset. I would advise you start by calibrating your screen again. Thank you for contacting HTC Europe."
They are useless most times.
Only have this problem with Opera and I think it's Opear not the device since almost everyone saying yeah with Opera.
Did you do this same test as me in NOTES aplication, using Full QWERTY and stylus (not your finger)?
No problems whatsoever, opera Yea but in NOTES with stylus i can write as fast as i want and it registers everything

Sorry for posting late, but yea I did the test and everything response quick with no problems. Opera of course!
im running 2.2.1
the screen gets a little crazy ex in the browser sometimes it will only be in pinch to zoom when i only have one finger on the screen and it also the touch buttons stop working the only way to fix it is to lock and unlock any solution to this it is really annoying!
Mine also acts weird.. but not sure about browser. Have experienced it while playing games like Angry Birds. It keeps zooming in & out for whatever action u do while playing ABirds. Does not happen everytime...
I have the same problem begins two weeks ago but now the broblem there is at any operation of my phone, for example when i am writing a message the screen write characters, or automaticaly press the selections in the last line of the screen, i have eclair and cannot use my phone, i go to service on monday.
it is so annoying any fix?

I went to motorola service center yesterday and they change the touch screen and i get it back tommorow morning. Up to now all is ok!
ive heard it was a software issue
I have the same problem and it seems to get more and more annoying... The problem appears now and then and it disappears after I push the power button 2 times (turn screen off and on).
I'm waiting for an official Froyo to send the phone to service.
have you tried wiping cache, wiping data, and reflashing the sbf?
M having the same problem! TRied REstore 2 times din works i'm probably gonna un root n take it to moto!

Top of screen touch is not working in my one plus 3. After restarting touch works fine for some time,then it stops working.

Software issue. What setup are you running currently and what have you tried?

I have formatted the phone twice, removed the tamper glass but nothing happens. problem is still there.Downloaded Oreo 8.0 Ver 5.0.2 and installed the software but still problem is there.I think there's problem with Oreo update.some times I can't restart or switch off the mobile because of touch problem.

Same thing only it is with the bottom 1cm of my screen, it is intermitent except directly above home button where the screen more often doesn't work then it does...
I enabled touch tracking and when it goes wild the dots show up going left-right for about 2-5s and then it calms down, except for example when I get into E&A game when I click on a part directly beside home button I see two dots "spliting" my touch into 2 dots maybe 0,5cm left and right, then it usualy goes haywire.
I use US version of DASH charger with EU adapter but seriously doubt that can be the problem, I'm not the only one having it obviously and it seems most of us got it thru Oxygen OS (well I just bought mine, used and updated, about a week ago so...) and I'm really anoyed by this, a 300€ used phone having such a CRIPLING BUG!!!!

I am having a small problem in my IQOO 7 Legend , and it has happened 4 times till now, there is a bug with proximity sensor of the phone. Sometimes when I disconnect a call, the display turns up as I move the phone away from my ears but touch stops working the buttons work fine ,and when I reboot everything comes back to normal. Till now it has happened to me 4 times, ie. 4 times in past 25 days

Its a very new phone , it will get listed very soon , that is what I am hoping to see. No I haven't faced any such issues it's working good the only issue I faced is with camera and images are over saturated with red tone already reported issue to team gotta see what they gonna do
