i want to upgrade my samsung i750,
its windows mobile 2003SE ppc .which is the best rom for this device,one more thing can i upgrade it by cab file bcoz i m facing the problem when i connect my windows mobile2003SE to Pc via sync it shows error
''can not exute repllog.exe''
even i hard reset many times but i m still facing the same problem

New here so please be kind,
I have an O2 IRL XDA II and wish to update this to the new win version above, I did manage this but lost all conenction settings for MMS, WAP and gprs when done.
Is there some file(Cab?) that can be installed after the fresh install to give me these settings again and if so how is it run?

You must take the file from any one from your friend have a PPC phone edition that runs on win 2003 se
you need the program that opens extended rom and I think you have it , so open your extended rom by clicking on start - programs - extrom tools - unhide and unlock , after that restart your device and open your file explorer and you will see there's extended rom direcory revealed , open it and you will see extended rom installation program file there , copy it to your friend device ,install the extended rom program on his device and open his extended rom like what you did on your device ( don't click on unlock , it will show error on his device ) and you will see his files and the file setting for mobile telecommunications
companies copy the file you want on your extended rom and open your config file that inside the exteded rom directory and add list as list above ( cab ://my device/extended_rom/ (your file name.cab ) )
it will be installed after hard reset automatically

I am a new imate JAM user... I had 1.03 version rom and I upgraded to 1.06 from imate site.. my imate is working fine..
But as I gone thru this forum... I heard of WM2005 beta version is released... I have downloaded the software with Active sync 4.0 but I am hesitant to try with my new imate JAM.. is it trust worthy and can I upgrade my wM2003 SE to this new one..

I am not really good at this, after i clicked the link u posted up there were so many results n i didn't kno what exactly to click..could you please give an exact software download link for my 8125..Also i have tried running software upgrades such as Schapps WM6 and everytime i try to install it it gives me an error 260..which means the device can recognize the connection btw my cellphone and laptop...i am also using a vista 32-bit computer...Thank you

ERROR 270 image file is corrupted
Dear seniors please give me the instruction to upgrade my p3400 wm5 to wm6.1 because i run the gene_wm6.1 ruu but it will show error 270 image file is corrupted please check your upgrade utility..after 2% succefull complete,(cid unlocked already done,splash1 splash2 also copied to windows & installed the mda3_boot image).. please help me please please please.........

After upgrading to wm 6.1 my device just stay in a white screen showing onbl: 1.07.0000, spl:1.07.oref, gsm:02.79.90, os: 1.7.0.0 ,is this upgraded? And if upgraded then please say me why the white screen remain ? And how i recover my mobile gene 100

I was trying to upgrade my P3400 to 6.1 but I have a few problems
-the device doesn't start now...
but it does start when I press & hold camera and start it ... a screen with 3colors(red,green,blue) and every time I run the romUPDATEutility I get all kind of errors mainly I get [ERROR [300]: INVALID UPDATE TOOL]
I don't know much about wb system
but any one can help me with this problem

hey thnx a lot dude.. i'm downloading the newer version!! i hope i get it all right and if i dnt then can i restore the factory setting.. as in if i do something wrong, then i can make it right myself i'm a lil afraid..
and one more thing please.. i didnt get the htc software cd which comes with a brand new phone.. u got any idea where can i download these files with which u connect ur phone to the pc..

No need to get that CD, just download Active Sync if you have Windows XP, or Windows Mobile Device Center for Vista or Win 7 and that´s it!
If you follow instructions all should be ok with your upgrade.
i was running wm6.1 on htc s620 , then i flash to wm6.5 , the phone freeze on htc start up screen , and i can't flash any rom again , and the phone don't open , can anyone help ?

You should only follow a tutorial unbricking Excalibur by ookba, to be able to get the device back to normal and also perform upgrade..
