tmobiel splash screen - Touch Pro2, Tilt 2 Windows Mobile General

any way to get rid of the us tmobile splash screen on start up and shut down?

I'm sure there is a way. You might try searching the forums for startup and shutdown screens.
Isn't it ugly? I don't know what they were thinking with this phone. A "mocha" and bronze/gold case with a black screen and then the start and shut down screens are pink and white, with winmo6.1 lime green and to top it all off, the theme is navy blue... and it's next to impossible to change the clock... blech.
I modded my theme to nearly all black... looks a lot better now. Now to get rid of those annoying Tmo SU and SD screens!

Going from Schaps to Black Majic first issue ever! Stuck with Purple Boot Screen

This is the first time I have had any issues changing from 1 release to another, flashed Black Majic over Schaps newest release and the purple boot screen stayed but the secondary boot screen for Black Majic works fine, I am wondering how I can get rid of that purple screen, with all the other releases I have used once I upgrade and or changed releases it changed the boot screen but this Schaps has taken over and I am stuck with this purple screen on initial reboot. Any1 know a quick fix for this ? I still get the Black Majic screen with the vista blue orb, but the screen before that has remained the purple HTC one.
a flash back to custel 2.5 removed the purple screen and got me the htc one back and now I will go back to black majic and make sure it keeps
You can create your own bootscreens too.
Have a look at MrVanx guides.

What is the best Home Screen & Colour for bright sunlight

I have been using Rick's V21 ROM with the RED Sliding Panels home screen layout for a few weeks now.
I love the functionality, and the look of it. However, as the days have gotten sunnier here (Ireland doesn't get that much sun ) I have found it increasingly more difficult to read the screen when out and about.
What home screen/colour combinations have people found to be the most outdoor friendly ?
Im not saying this is the gospel, but i think it would be very dark backgrounds with light colored fonts. It should make it the text stand out more and not get washed out with the sunlight, since you are using dark backgrounds/ and dark menu bars

Why isn't the notification bar black to? wouldn't that help also?
yeah. thanks going to work on it now
It is my understanding that with a LCD screen that is back-light (such as your phone, and any LCD screen that I am aware of) black is harder on the battery because it has to block the most light from passing through the film. Therefore, you are having the opposite effect you desire, white would be the most efficient (or some other bright color) as it has to use less energy to darken the screen and can allow more of the back light to shine through. But I don't know everything...
i see...... i will create an all white theme for you guys than
But black looks better! My phone is decked out in black and blue, white would be god-awful to look at (even the stock grey is obnoxious). So, I say, continue on your quest for a black based theme, but instead of calling it energy efficient, just call it black.
Check this article out for some details to the power usage differences between CRT's and LCD's.
its funny... i have an all black background some apps and i turn my brightness all the way down to have it as dark as possible... mind you i have a white g1... haha
i see.. i will change the post's name if i can.... i create custom themes if you want me to create a theme just for tell me maybe we can work out a deal

2nd of 3 splash screens still there

I have a US Tmobile branded TP2. The first splash screen is a pink square on white background with white lettering in the square and says "Stick Together". This is now replaced
The 3rd splash screen is WM6.1 and is now replaced
However, the 2nd screen is animated and shows a bunch of pink words scrambling around and they all come together to form a pink square on white background with white lettering in the square and says "Stick Together".
How can I replace the 2nd screen? Also, on my first screen (custom), how can I get rid of the red lettering on the bottom?
Thanks in advance,
Chris
I used the Official HTC Splash screen posted below, and it replaced all the TMob stuff.

Posted where?
I saw your post in that thread....Mine was replaced with a HTC animation, maybe it came from NRGs ROM. I made both of those changes about the same time.
Mine has the .png files for the first and third screens, but I can't seem to find a .gif file to replace the gay pink words floating around on the second screen.
Try this one.

[Q] Color of the dialer in the new Lollipop Update

I know this may be not that important, but is there a way to change colors for that dialer? I hate the new color and was wondering if there was a way to change it.
Not that I have found, and Samsung is really annoying me with making my dialer, settings, and everything else white. My note 2 had everything black and it was awesome. My note 3 I had a choice with the settings until they did an update and it was stuck on white. I rooted the note 3 and had everything black and it was awesome. Now I have the note 4 and there is no root, all white = ugly and blinding at night unless you turn the brightness down to where you almost can't read it.
They're going to need to find a way to root the phones then somebody will have to either theme it or come up with a theming engine in a custom rom. I don't like it either. I'm still on KK and the system backgrounds are white on it too.

I totally agree! I love the black and white look (black background with white fonts). I wouldn't mind not having root if I could move stuff to SD card and change themes.
