From English to Italian i-mate pda2k

Hello, is it possible to change the language from English to Italian to an i-mate, this version?

Any suggestion is very appreciated as I have to help a friend that first buy abroad and then discover to know only three words of english...

I read, but I'm not sure what rom I have to use to change language. If I had to make experiments on my pda no problem, but when I work on a friend device I must be sure.

Ciao, nice to meet another italian (I'd like to write you in italian, but policies of the forum suggest strongly to use english)
In everycase: I have a friend that bought his i-mate by internet (I have also my qtek9090, from dangaard and I love it), but his device use only english and no italian (he supposed that his i-mate was like a "normal" cellular phone with several languages pack in). Usually I'd like to "mod" my devices (cellular phones) and I'm still learnig how to do, but my friend is a person that wants all and immediatly, so I have to help him (he's a good fellow ) as soon as possible.
So, I found this forum, read a lot, but I'm still confused about the right procedure to let this i-mate speaking italian.
In 2 words...what italian rom have I to use to prepare the right new rom to upgrade this holy i-mate?

Rom update Qtek S100 phone

can anybody tell me where i can find an official rom update for my Qtek S100 phone. I bought it in the netherlands and at the moment the sound is very bad, thanks for your help in advance

In ftp of this site. I suppose that the latest version is 1.11 and radio also 1.11.

HOI Willem, ben je al wat verder gekomen inmiddels? Ik zit met de zelfde vraag maar dan voor de spv m500.......zelfde apparaat maar dan van orange. Wat is trouwens FTP zoals deze maestro dat hieronder noemt?

I presently own a Qtek 1640 (SFR branded (french vodaphone business partner) equivalent to Qtek9000 and Orange's Spv M5000, in France and would like to flash to another french romset as the one supplied with the machine is full of bugs. Would someone be kind enough to post a link enabling the downlaod of any available french Rom set, either Qtek9000 or Orange SPV M5000?

i have a Qteck 9000 not branded to any operator (real qtek rom) if it can help, just need to know how to dump the rom or ext rom

Moi j'ai aussi le SFR (499 avec abo ...). Leur rom ne comporte même pas la dernière mise à jour de WM5 (14402)
Je compte déjà le desimlocker, et après (?) jouer avec les rom ...

Do you really mean people have to LEARN english ? And BTW, which one ? American English, Britain English, Whatever English ?
I never bothered to, instead, I focused on some more challenging languages like Russian, ancient Greek or German. (next step will be chinese, I start holding my breathe )
Still, even if you don't learn it, I admit it may be of some use, if you want to be partially (mis)understood by an international audience ;-)

here it is... one of the most popular and advanced.
but in our 9000 isn´t a complet wm6 soft, so haven´t video call or windows live working correctly (and some ninor bugs)... and is in english.
i think is obligated to try it, is a vice.
then you ever can go back to the spanish rom in wm5...

I'm searching an backup rom (an orginal HTC rom) for the HTC P3470 Pharos.
My phone operator have locked the gps ... and it sells the gps use : 1.5 € / travel + GPRS data download.

i`m searching too... for a rom in english or romanian version.

You can use the GPS software of your choice, you just have to bought it!

I found a solution : hardreset. And now I have acces to the chip.

i' really interrested by this rom because i received this phone in return RMA, because he lost my 9100. But the problems, the WM6 is in dutch, someone can give me a link to download an english or french rom of WM6.
