Extract to any place and run MMSC.EXE
Rename MMSC.kor to MMSC.DLL and edit it as usual DLL.
Use both them:

http://babelfish.yahoo.com/
I tried to translate, but when i saved DLL, then graphical resources became corrupted! So we need i think good unicode support resource editor.
May be luck will be with you

I was under the impression that the SK Telecom SMS app worked a little differently from the default WM6 app since if you are in Korea on SKT the normal SMS app doesn't work at all.

Just a quick add to this, Visual Studio can edit unicode resources just fine (just tried).

Uh Leddy really like the korean keyboard xperia, but one thing. When using the SKY II 한글 without the qwerty keyboard, you can't type english or korean, you can only use the symbls and numbers. Not a big issue, but somewhat inconvenient?
I'm using gtrab's WM 6.5 Barebone ROM v5.8

Is there any similar solution for SCH M715 English ROM ?
Thanks

Yes it is posible.
Registrysettings:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Services\WirelessMgr\LaunchApplet]
"AppletName"="CommManager.exe"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager]
"SupportedFunctions"=dword:7
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\WLAN]
"DeviceName"="{98C5250D-C29A-4985-AE5F-AFE5367E5006}\\TIACXWLN1"
@="\\Windows\\WLanMgr.exe"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\6]
@="AUTD"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\5]
@="ActiveSync"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\4]
@="Vibrate"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\3]
@="DataDisconnection"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\2]
@="WLAN"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\1]
@="Bluetooth"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\0]
@="Phone"
and copy this files to your Windows folder
Is there a line missing?
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\WLAN]
"DeviceName"="{98C5250D-C29A-4985-AE5F-AFE5367E5006}\\TIACXWLN1"
@="\\Windows\\WLanMgr.exe"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\CommManager\6]
@="AUTD"
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
I dont think so, "SupportedFunctions"=dword:7 and it begins with "CommManager\0" to "CommManager\6".
Had you any problems?
Can you explain what "@=" signifies in the registry. I am guessing that it is the 'Default' string value.
I am having difficulty getting the WLAN button to work.
Many thanks
you are right @ is 'Default' string value
Sorry I have no universal, I tried to us this on a Himalaya (No WLAN)
Could you check whether there is a WLanMgr.exe in the Windows folder
Ok i added WLanMgr.exe
please reload the CommManager.zip!!!!
There is already a WLanMgr.exe in the Windows directory. I cannot overwrite this.
Thnx bepe, gonna try this out. will let u guys now if it worked.

i'm using : BA WM5 AKU3.5 R4 - xplode
It is Ok!
Hi
I have made the installation and it works fine. Have you restart your device? You only have to put the "frog.tsk" in the My Documents folder.
I put in the folder My Documents on the device but when i try to use this theme it look's like on my first picture. a try also soft reset and hardreset but still not working ...
any other idea ?
Works fine to me too.
As you can seen on the picture from that website the bottom bar looks like the one from Windows Mobile 2003 so it is apparently a theme designed for WM 2003. And those themes usualy don't work on WM 5.0. Try extracting the picture from tsk file and use it separately. That's the only way.

Windows Phone 7.5 - Alphabet categorize on menu

I didnt find similar thread through search so im asking it here in new thread.
So i have installed so many apps that the metroui menu forces me to use that ugly (my opinion) alphabet categorization. Is there a way to disable this from registry or someway? Im using HTC 7 Trophy running DFT rom and fully unlocked.

Sorry for bad english and i hope that this can be disabled
Thanks.
just use Registry Editor.
follow: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Start.
change value of "GroupingThreshold" to anothers number greater than yours
example: 150 or 200.... (if your apps over this number, WP7 show off new menu categorize )
. Then restart your phone. done
Thanks dude!
I have HTC Titan with windows phone 7.5. can I remove the alphabet categorization.
after 150-200 apps you want it back thats for sure, because the scrolling is long
can we like remove this option completely by adding a huge number in the registry?

kanji fonts look wrong

Well, this isn't really a question pertaining to the Desire specifically, it seems more a general Android font issue, but I'll ask it here because I'm not sure where such questions go...
And so I just updated my HTC Desire from CyanogenMod 7.2 to a custom ICS ROM, and while for the most part I am more than happy with how ICS has been working, a small thing is niggling at me. I am studying Japanese and I use AnkiDroid as a flashcard app for reviewing Japanese kanji and Japanese vocabulary. After the updated, I noticed that just as with my ASUS Transformer (also running ICS) some of the kanji look rather strange. For example, the kanji 誤 looks like this on my desktop:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
while on my phone the same character looks like this:
They're almost completely different! I am sure that 誤 which is U+8aa4, is correct on my desktop as this is how the kanji appears in every Japanese dictionary I have. There are a few other kanji that look almost as wrong on my phone as well: it's just that 誤 is the one character that came up in today's review which bothered me. I remember this was the case as well with Cyanogenmod before 7.1, but 7.1 and onwards gave the correct character form.

the original (default) note 2 keyboard

Hi guys,
this is my first thread here @xda, I hope I don't break any rules by posting it here.
After the 4.4.2 (God bless it :/) I noticed that they upgrade "Samsung default Keyboard" which I use to write,
My problem is, they changed the "Arabic" layout.
They replaced characters, added/moved/deleted another, they (hide) the little transparent extra characters that we call by long-press and it is no longer QWERTY layout keyboard that I use to type on for almost a year since I bought my Note 2
Because the Arabic still not that wide used language, I have problem fixing that by myself, so I am here to ask you to try with me.
Well, It is so difficult for you to notice but here is the old vs the new layout
{

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
As you see, the old one is very close to the actual (mechanical) keyboard, but the new one is something like a box, WT-heck is that?
After few hours of googling, I read this: [MOD] Auto Correct and Uses System Font for Samsung Keyboard @xda-dev but I am not sure that this will bring back the default "Arabic" QWERTY layout keyboard
Any help?
Any help will be appreciated guys .
