the latest original rom for diamond is 6.1
you can download from [HTC] site as Badwolve1 said or from [here] check for WWE HTC

there is no official/original ROM with WM6.5, as far as HTC is concerned there will be none either!

I advise you to use the ROM Gen.Y is true that are under WM6.1 with Manila 2.1 or 2.5, But they are quite stable and fast. Throw a look.
