Installation instructions:
- HardSPL MUST be installed before installing this ROM!
- We recommend using Olipro 1.2 and Radio 1.56.70.11, just follow points 1-3 of the newbies guide
- Prior to upgrading copy "XDA_UC" folder from postinstall.zip to the root of your SD. Then remove the SD card from the slot.
- Put the device in bootloader mode by holding side CAMERA and POWER buttons together and reset with stylus. When you see the tricolor screen, check for SPL-Olipro. If you can't find it, don't continue flashing. Instead, read the newbies guide again.
- Then plug in the USB cable and run ROMUpdateUtility.exe.
- Before calibrating screen, insert your SD card. XDA_UC will then install the cabs automatically at first boot. Do not reboot until the XDA_UC Message tells you it's finished.
- Current postinstall includes: Google Maps, Youtube, HTC Calculator, Email Setup Wizard and Connection Setup.
- During postinstall, the phone will appear slow. Once XDA_UC is finished, a message will appear and you can safely reboot the phone then. Connection setup will launch preconfigured for your provider at second boot.
Tips:
- When you remove the PIN before flashing, the time will be set at first boot from your provider.
- If you decide to uninstall cabs from postinstall (connection setup or gmm) you have to manually delete the corresponding folders in \Application Data. The connection setup database is there and uses 2,5MB storage space.
- Volume control is mapped to the voicedial button (next to the power button)
- You can use Manila 2D Customizer to change M2D settings. I recommend to backup the current theme before you make any changes.
- If the city you live in is not in the weather database, you can add it with Manila2D WeatherCities Editor
- Use the softkeys on action screen to hibernate or stop Manila when you need more free RAM for some programs. And stop complaining that IGO8 doesn't run.
Troubleshooting:
- If you experience loss of WLAN passwords and email accounts, setup the passwords again, the turn the phone completely off by pushing+holding the power button. Passwords will then stay after power-on.
- For some people our rom is problematic because of bad blocks in the flash memory. In this case i recommend:
1. Hard reset by holding the two softkey buttons while pushing reset. Then erase the settings following the on-screen instructions by pushing the green talk button.
2. Then flash a stripped rom without IPL/SPL and radio. This should "clean" the flash.
3. Then boot, hard-reset again, and flash a custom rom again.

We strongly encourage everyone to give us some form of feedback on our ROM. I counted about 5000 downloads for the last version in total, with very limited response. So we are either very good, or nobody really likes it

We will be building a titanium ROM version and also cleaning up the kitchen for release. Don't ask for a date, it will be there when it's done.
UPDATE: Titanium version still in progress, seems we don't like it very much. Beta kitchen available for experienced cooks only, PM me for details.

nAr and I don't speak any languages except english, french and german. For now we have no intentions building a rom in a language we don't understand. Keyboard and T9 in all roms support english/french/german/italian/spanish, so the most basic things should work.

New 9 button action screen with:
- New appointment, contact, note, task
- Link to system setting & htc settings (Thanks to francarl)
- xdaShutdown to reboot or turn off phone

- Exit M2D and silent hibernate are now softkeys on action screen
Other changes:
- more sense applications work in landscape now
- disabled htc taskmanager autokill

Installation instructions: Simply unzip, copy to device and start the xdas file. Download in post #2 above.
Beware: If you use your own m2d skin, make shure to backup your HTCHomeSettings.xml before installing the update. If you need stk+ussd, you can re-enable them with fs_taskmgr.

I made this splash some time ago, i think it fits perfect to our black-style ROM. Both pictures will be shown at boot, the first one is from mega, the second from iolite.

Hints
- Restore Storage space once device is set
Connection_Setup and Email Setup Wizard were made uninstall easy.
Just go into Settings - System - Remove Programs to do so.
To complete the cleaning, this script can be added to your SD card root for convenience;
once executed, it will delete all the huge connection database thus gaining 2,5 Mo storage.

Yes, you have the original one from MS and the one from HTC installed as a cab at postinstall. HTC calc changes to scientific mode in landscape, so it's useful if you need it.
Just installed the new version and all looks very nice so far
I got one question on how to sort the TouchFLO tabs (like "home", "messages", "mail", etc.). It seems with Advanced Config --> Menu --> More Settings --> Touch Flo 3D I still get to the sorting page but two error messages pop up before and changing something in the touch flo 3d tabs settings seems not to work. Any hint is appretiated

I've just finish upgrading the .3des v2, using the guide from mrvanx; meaning to say, i have upgrade to HardSPL and radio v1.38... all with no problem...
Now, just reloading the page and say what??... In the few minutes... i'll be using the DOGPOOH IN BLACK!

What so special about this ROM?
Well, nothing special since I'm using the similar ROM (T-Mo 3.60 Beta) as my base ROM just like other cooks but ...
some programs are not cooked in. They are installed through Extended ROM autorun. So, if you feel that mine is bad or taking up spaces then you just can uninstall it/them and install yours. These includes HTCHome Today Plugin.
Also don't expect a large free storage like other ROMs around because I did not strip it to the max for stability purposes. Maybe one day I'll manage to make as big storage and stable as it can.

Method 1: You must've installed the Ollipro's SPL 2.10 and select the option no. 4 which is
" SPL-2.02/2.10 New Bootloader and check the last check box " Is it Hard-SPL?" and then carry on with the upgrade wizard.

If you already downloaded the file GM360.01b.exe then open it with Winrar and extract the files to any folder you like.
2. Download and execute the proper patcher in the same folder you extracted the NBH and RUUWrapper.exe files (Download below). If the patching success then ...
3. Run RUUWrapper.exe to install the ROM on your device as instructed in Section A.
**Attention: Never!, I mean 'never!' run my patch on other Cooks' .nbh files. It will brick your device!

Some simple tricks you can do to improve your device (Very simple but effective) And Some Hints:
1. Improve performance/response time:
- Start > Settings > Phone > Keypad = Off
- Start > Settings > Sounds & Notifications; Under Sound Tab => Disable/Untick Events (warings, system events)
2. Your Windows Mobile device is just like your Windows PC. So, soft reset it before going to sleep (or whenever appropriate) once a day to make it runs good at all time.
3. Make sure you install the today plugin apps such as Resco Today Plugin etc. on the internal/device memory. Some today plugin can be installed on the storage card but it'll slow down your system performance a bit.
4. Do not install too many apps on the internal/device memory. Leave as much free space as you can on it. Check whether it can be install on the storage card or not. Normally, don't let it become as low as 8MB free but 10MB is enough already.
5. Know what you're doing such as tampering your system registry. Make sure it can be done and you're doing it the right way. If not, then leave it as is.

My little daughter also like spiderman, and this rom is very clean, which I have been looking for.
But, settings->connection is extremely slower than any other roms.

Mine is based on T-Mo 3.60 Beta which is the latest ROM available whereas TNT 2 is based on Dopod 3.54 Official. I like Dopod too. So you can make a choice whether you want a customized ROM based on either one but try first and compare later. TNT is cooked by a very experienced cook. So I don't dare to compare mine to his.
I know this is a touchy one because of Licensing......... I am very inetrested in buying an Asus P750, unfortunately for me I will only be able to lay my hands on a German Version at the Moment, but would prefer to have an English Version, anybody have a Clue where I can get an english Rom for this Phone ??

Microsoft dropped honeycomb start menu. You can change your start menu by using showaco startmenu (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=481379)
How do I install this on my diamond?
Make sure you have installed OliNex Unsigned Hard-SPL (1.93.OliNex works fine).
Copy the .nbh (it should be diamimg.nbh, if not rename it) to the root of your internal storage, then hold volume down and the back key while you press the red reset button with ur stylus, keep it held till you enter bootloader mode. Hard reset after the install. More info on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=416211, and you should read it to make sure you know what you are doing.
Why slide to answer is not showing like in your picture?
The winmo 6.5 beta only shows slide to answer when locked. You can activate autolock feature with BsB AutoLockScreen.cab, that way you will get slide to answer in almost every call. Another options are using Chobit Company SmartLock to autolock or S2U2 for a complete slide to answer soft.
This ROM have Radio or not?
Not.
What Radio is best for this ROM?
Its up to you to test it. Radios can be better or worse depending on your location, so can’t really help you with my suggestion. Go http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=470306 and make a choice.

Go to http://www.accuweather.com, search your city and once you get to forecast page check the browser URL. Should have something like: locCode=…

Why can't i make a video call?
Winmo 6.5 beta doesn’t support video call yet. Meanwhile you can install HTC dialer or phone canvas to make video calls, but i dont recommend it since it will produce ring delays, too much ram usage etc...

Those are the version numbers. First you had A, then B, then C...
DIAMOND tf3d config.v0.6.7 is not working with your manila download.
It should work but if it doesn’t, it's because of the new manila version. Either use an older manila or ask the creator of the program to give support for this version.

Yes, you would lose them. If you want not to lose them just sync it with Microsoft Office Outlook on your PC and after re-flashing you can sync it again with your phone. If you do not use outlook, you should consider to save all your contacts into google contacts and sync them with google sync service. Or now you can use Microsoft My Phone wich works perfectly!

Ya, something is wrong with google maps. probably is just the .lnk cos i could start it from /windows folder.
Nodata works perfectly, it gave you an error because you dont have an internet connection configured so it gave you a nullreference exception.

Q: What is the difference between Deep and Lite versions?
A: LiteShining - Removed some aplicattions like YouTube, Facebook, Messenger, Microsoft Myphone, M6 Taskbar, MarketPlace, Voice Recorder, StreamingMedia, MP3Trimmer and TouchOFF. Apart from this, it has the same features as DeepShining.
Q: What are ServicePacks and how to install it?
A: ServicePacks are simple Cab files with fixes/Tweaks or improvements. Download to your Diamond and install it on your device but first uninstall previous servicepacks installed.
Q: Radio 1.09.25.23 is suggested by the chef, can I use I different Radio version?
A: Yes you can, but if you feel that the Rom is not working properly or BATTERY DRAINS FASTER change to the advised Rom and flash again.
Q: Does this Rom supports VideoCall?
A: Yes, finally.

A: Don´t rush the chef he may be busy. Also a new build does not mean that is better.

How to improve battery life
- If you do not use 3G, goto Start\Settings\Personnal\Phone click on the Band tab an change your network type to "GSM".
- If you do not use Bluetooth, goto Start\Settings\Connectionsl\Beam and disable "Receive all incoming beams".
- Make sure that on Wi-Fi Settings the Power Save Mode is set to "Best Battery"
How to recover some RAM
-Goto Start\Tools\cleanRAM Config choose Level 3 and hit "Clean Now"
IMPORTANT:
- Do a Hard reset after flash
- Use Radio 1.09.25.23

I like to have TF3D, but it seems not to be fit as of now with newer WM UI. New WM UI + TF3D 2.1 would be awesome..

Firstly thanks a lot for your great work. Just now saw new build 23047
Anyways, I am having following issues with 6.3 SE [23045]
Cannot see contacts in dialer
All the sliders are very small
WiFi is disabled
No scroll bars in word, excel, etc.
Performance is very nice.
It has 2 batterier icon on the dial board…………
This is what I've found so far.
1. Can't operate wit sliders;
2. Start -> Settings -> Personal - Only two settings-menus available. There's no menu where I can write my Personal information;
3. Alarm menu - No letters for the days of the week;
4. Some options like Power Settings are off the screen.
The positive thing is that the ROM is very finger friendly and very responsible when trying to open menus and items.
downloading now will test. Why no TF 3D?
Dear 2 problems:
1- garmin cannot read GPS com
2- Sometimes answer button dose not work while the phone is locked

Thanks dotcompt for your effort, issues i've found: same of above and you cannot change the sound for alarms, well you can change it but when the alarm fires up the sound is the original.
Microsoft Tag doesn't start! When I try to run it it hangs the ROM and I must do a Soft Reset.

Vithout touchflo i'm a little bit disoriented...sorry for my poor english.
Screen goes over right corner so right bar disappears ex. word, also in some programs that i tried checkboxes in right edge etc are not drawn because display goes over right corner (pBar dredsensor).

thanks for you rom. Some problems here:
- Opera 9.7 first didn't work (only strange symbols). I fixed this by copying tahoma.ttf and tahomabt.ttf to my \windows folder. Maybe you could include those fonts (another way would be to change the opera.ini to use included fonts).
- The title-bar is somewhat strange. If I tap on it, there is the "old" popup with Battery, "G", ... After tapping on an item, I get the new popup menu. I think it would suffice to show only one of them Would make interaction quicker and easier.
Why did you include JBlend-Java? For me it doesn't support tapping on the screen for operamini, I prefer JBed-java. But I'm not sure about other advantages/disadvantages of the two java engines...
