I have a white screen problem on my phone
I recently tryed installing a new rom on my phone and the phone just froze up
After i did a hard reset of the phone and all i have after the touch pro 2 logo comes up is a white screen
Can anyone help?
did you install a cdma rom on a gsm device or vice versa

I have tried both of the the roms (artemis touch and black and blue)but faced a major problem when went into advance configuration and try to enable animated menus to yes..after doing that when went to start --program..it went black and phone got stuck..nothing happened even after doing a soft reset and switching off the phone.phone literally froze ..pls.help..
i bought a tilt 2 (used) in ebay. and it comes with the "sleep of death" problem. it comes with the hard spl installed. i tried fix it flashing with the oem rom of at&t and others cooked rom. and I have not succeeded. however when i install froyo from sd card the power buttom works fine.
the problem exactly is : when the phone screen turns stanby if you want turn on again the screen lcd and touch screen works but the backlight not turn on. i need a soft reset.
if anyone know how help me i will be happy
Hello, my Note 2 has been randomly restarting on and off for the last few weeks. Sometimes wit would also get stuck at the logo. Tonight I took the battery out after reading this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2009017
Now when I power up my Note 2 the screen becomes scrambled up with a white screen and black lines, almost like an old TV that has got no signal.
What happened? How can I fix this?

Guys i just got problem with my Mobile i have changed the touch screen few times from repairing shop but every time it comes with a new proble. i just bought a new touch screen from the hardware shop and replaced it by myself. now touch is working fine but there is another problem it just starts in safe mod. i have restarted it many times but the problem remains the same. i checked it with the old touch panel and mobile starts in normal mod with that. can you guys help me out with this? I will be thankful to you guys. Sorry for my English.
I think you have bought an incompatible screen. try connecting older ones or buy a new one
While rebooting the phone keep tapping the left most button (what ever that is called). There is a Youtube video too.
I too faced a similar issue after replacing the screen and happens when you fiddle with the buttons when the phone is booting up.

I've got a problem with my Htc One M8: When I insert the sim drawer (even without sim inside), the screen goes black and does not respond anymore. If I pull out the drawer, everything works fine.
I tried to re-install my rom (CM 12.1), to change rom, to go back to stock rom. Nothing changed the problem.
When I boot with the sim inserted, the "HTC powered by android" screen shows, and when the rom bootanimation shows up, screen goes black again.
Note that I changed my screen a month ago, but everything were good until yesterday.
Any idea? I can't understand what can cause this bug, but a phone without sim isn't really useful
