Hi!
I was wondering whether anyone has got OpenVPN running properly on the s620 running WM6.
I can get the program installed, start it using a short cut, submit a password using telnet and establish a connection, but no data flows through. I have tried many registry settings etc, but nothing has worked for me so far.
Any feedback or help would be appreciated
p.s. I'm hoping to develop a proper smartphone client GUI, but need to get it working first.
Ok i might be late with this question, but does anyone know how to use Fring for SIP calling on Dash and have the audio come through the earpiece and not loudspeaker? i cant seem to get a fix for this problem.
no one does! try using a bluetooth or yet Iskoot instead of fring you will get your audio like a a regular call…
Yah or there might be a regestry tweak to fix that...

I have installed Skype 2.5 for WM on original Artemis O2 XDA.
Skype connects wia wifi, but there is only one way audio. My corespondent can excellent hear me, but I can't hear him, either nothing at all, or only very fragmented audio.
Tested with few different corespondents, and via few wifi hotspots, so problem must be in my Aremis Skype settings.
Fring works ok (audio both ways), so my Artemis hardware seems to be ok.
Anyone having similar problem ? Any hint ? Please help.

I have EXACTLY the same problem as you do. Although i have a different rom version then the original one that comes with O2 xda. I also have skype 2.5, and people can hear me perfectly , but i cant listen to people!

Not yet. And I don't know if this is a hardware or software problem.
Do you think upgrade to WM 6.1 would help ?

Has anyone resolved how to make work skype on artemis. I can't even pass a echo test? Help please!
Is anyone using Skype 2.5 for Mobile on Artemis (original or upgraded) ?
If YES, than this is a software problem, and perhaps can be resolved with software upgrade.
If NO, than this is a hardware problem, and cannot be resolved.

just incase anyone else is running around headless like i was, my touch pro2 was vodaphone branded running wm6.1 i changed the rom to the custom energy one and iskoot works perfectly now.
Did a few searches and nothing came up on the threads here. Is anyone experiencing bad feedback/echoing while using Skype on the A100? My wife and I both have one and we have to both use headsets to talk. I have had the same problem when I Skype my parents on their living room set up (tv + webcam) and my buddy on his iPhone.
Essentially, without headphones and mic, Skype is useless. I can't seem to figure out how to adjust the mic settings, which usually account for for such feedback/echo. Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can resolve this? Are you experiencing this? Skype was one of my main reasons for getting this tablet...
