[Q] Desire went dead after flashing recovery image

I have a very serious problem and i don't know if anyone of you here have encountered before.
My problem is, i tried to flash clockwork recovery 3.05 with unrevoked, it stopped at the stage with a message " wait for 5 second while rebooting" it went for a few minutes but i though it still running and don't want to disturb it. I left my phone at home and went out for lunch and after half of minutes i came back my phone still sitting at that screen by i noticed that my battery drained fast and by the time i want to unplug my phone from USB, it went dead!!! I tried to recharge my phone for 1 hour and still couldn't get it to turn on.
Did i bricked my phone?? Any advice to overcome this?? Need your help urgent!!
Thanks in advance.
No you did not brick it. I think your batterie is dead. Try charging it again (not true your pc and usb).
If that does not work, you will need to buy a new batterie.

[Q] Bootloop, recovery won't load and restore mod turns off

Trying to fix my daughters SGIII Sprint phone.
This morning it started going into a bootloop.
What I've tried:
1) Attempted CWM recovery by pressing (VOLUP+HOME+POWER). The screen flashing "SAMSUNG" with in small blue font in upper left "Reocery Starting..." And then the phone shuts off right away.
2) Attempted ODIN recovery by pressing (VOLDOWN+HOME+POWER). Once in download screen in ODIN I try and flash KIES_HOME_L710VPBLJ7_L710SPRBLJ7_329968_REV03_user_low_ship.tar.md5 but after a few seconds the phone just shuts off.
All in all I think if I can just get the phone to stop shutting down while in download mode I can at least flash something and this thing back up.

Okay, so I had this problem and at the end of the day I had to turn it in to Samsung for warranty purposes because the phone would automatically turn off when on and then restart the boot process and turn off again. However, I found a temporary fix, if you pull out the battery wait for a while (like an hour) and put it back in, the phone should stay on longer so you can flash through Odin. The phone will no longer turn on normally because once you start the flash with Odin the boot.img has been flashed but it's a broken flash due to the fact that the phone turned off in the process.
Here are simple steps:
Take out the battery and leave it out for an hour or so (longer won't hurt)
Get the USB plug and make sure it's in the computer and Odin is started with the correct tar file already selected so that you can flash it quicker
Put the battery back in and start the phone in download mode
Connect the phone and just let it sit for a couple second to make sure it stays on
If it does stay on for more than 15-20 seconds then you can begin the flashing process
If it turns off while in download mode you can take out the battery and put it back in (you don't need to wait)
It's really all just a matter of patience because eventually, the phone should turn on for long enough
Once flashed, the phone should work for a while
So after following that process, I got the phone to work for about 2 months but the issue reoccurred. I was eventually able to flash the stock rom but the problem persisted. So I called in to Samsung to turn it in for the warranty. So far, they have "Replaced a component" in my phone. I SHOULD have it back by Monday. :fingers-crossed:
Thanks, for the response. Battery is out now so I'll try later this evening after it sits for awhile.
I hope it works for you. Just as an update, Samsung has fixed the problem and my phone has shipped as of today! So I guess it's an error on their part.
No luck yet.. Going to leave battery out overnight and try again in morning.

[Q] Help Please

I have a samsung galaxy s3 through rogers it was rooted then factory reset and some apps were takin off that were not supposed to it worked fine right before i reset it now when i turn it on it stops at the welcome screen where you choose english or french when you choose english it says setup wizard has stopped working please tell me how to totally reset and reprogram to basic os, also when i try to download the driver to use kies for my computer it wont download...
Easiest thing to do is to reboot into download mode and install your stock ROM through Odin.
Stock Firmware can be found here.
After flashing, expect to have to boot into stock recovery to wipe data and cache. A bootloop often follows flashing stock. Don't be alarmed.
HELP!!!
S3 att stoped working all together. Won't even charge! Any suggestions?
sounds like a hard-brick. did you do anything else after the reset or did it just stop booting?
try pulling the battery for 30 minutes, plugging it into the charger for a few hours, pulling the battery again for 30 minutes and then try to start it.

Problem I think I'm having is I can't turn on debugging. So how do I get around that?

Stuck in a reboot loop

It's in a loop of starting up, loading to the home screen and then shutting down a few seconds later. While booting, in red text, the words "Kernel is not seandroid enforcing" is in the upper left corner. I tried to root it and it didn't work. I've tried a factory reset and still nothing. Now it takes me to the setup screen, yet still looping. I don't know what else to do and I need help. I've later found out that the text is normal, but since it's appeared, it is in constant rebooting.
Currently, I have a G928T firmware downloading from Sammobile which I hope I can use Odin to recover my phone. That's still got an hour left and I don't know if it will even work.
If there's anything else I can do, please say so, and if the firmware downloading is the only option, could you describe the process? I'd prefer that I not mess that up somehow.
After posting this (in the correct forum this time), I've calmed down enough to realize that there is another thread about this incident. I'll try the solution posted there for now.
That solution worked. I guess there's really not much need for this thread anymore, but if someone else were to have the same issue and find this thread, click here to go to the thread that fixed it.
As I read through your post I was getting ready to go and retrieve the copies of the files that I have and post them for you but I see that you've corrected your issues one thing I'd like to say to everyone if you do get into a situation where the phone is stuck since we don't have the battery pool anymore if you press the volume up/down home and power button the phone will briefly restart and then you can decide if you want to go into download mode from there or recovery or just let it try to boot up. Put that helps glad you got your issue fixed brother

Probably bricked? I'm a noob with this

Hi.
I've installed an app to flashify to install something cant even remember what, I believe it to be TWRP or something. But then it asked me to reboot and now it's rebooting like every 10 seconds and only appearing the logo of MEIZU for 5-7 seconds and then it disappears.
It's an Meizu MX3. I've looked at the guide, to go in to recovery mode but unfortunately it does not let me because the only thing showing then is the logo of a battery being dead but it's been on charger like a few hours already.
Please note, i'm a noob with this so I need clear explanation with this, i want my phone back..
No-one can help me?
anyone?
Reload the battery in another phone, and try again.
