Need to un root my phone to do an exchange. I did a search but when click on links for unrooting it tells me "Invalid thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator." Please help thanks in advance

I realize now where I my error is; It's with me. I have a better understanding of how this works. I am an idiot. Shouldla researched more before posting.
Ive one this once before and it took a few minutes but worked fine. my device is not rooted. what is going on? is there anyway around it?
