[ROM XWJM5] SamSet 1.9f |A2SD FIXLAG| |THEMED| |OPTIMIZED| [27/08/10] - Galaxy S I9000 Android Development

Thanks to leshak, PaulOBrien, manup456, samdroid
BEWARE
don't use all sort of apps like autokiller, taskiller ......
The kernel is allready customized to preserve memory, if you use some of this apps you experienced a lot of lags and apps fc.
Stop using autokiller and all others it's not necessary
Install procedure :
- Upload file in root of your sdcard and rename it to "update.zip"
- connect phone to pc and "adb reboot recovery" or for pc less use shutdown your galaxy and "vol up + home + power" (Read here for instructions)
- Flash
How A2SD FIXLAG script work :
That's the same script that use on all roms like HTC, Motorola, i have only modified a bit to work on Samsung Galaxy S
All of this is made automatically :
- Create an mountpoint on /system/sd
- move /data/ - app,data,app-private,dalvik-cache to /system/sd
- Make a symlink to all folders to point on /system/sd
- works on ext3 and ext4
- init.d scripts activated
The only thing you have to make is partitioning your external sd :
- First patition Fat32
- Second partition ext3 or ext4 (512Mb or more)
Quadrant score 1211 with ext3 and with ext4 1760
SamSet Goodies :
- Install custom fonts - download Here / Mirror
- Install Default Android fonts - download Here / Mirror

Looks great. Good job!! Is there a way to only change the status bar and notification drop down vs applying the whole them? Thanks.

Looks pretty slick. Mind if I upload it to my mirror?
PS: We try to handle the following standard for ROM publications. For lack of a moderator, however, we don't have any stickies yet. Would be nice if you could stick with that =)
Thanks

No mirror please, the rom is not finished, i'm working on.

Let us know when you think this is ready for mirroring ;-)

Awesome rom!!
Very smooth, I installed this instead of the 2.1 JIT enabled rom and I am happy to say it's really good
I like the theme, keep up the good work!

Please add superuser!! I have no root access :l

Maybe a silly question, but does this solve lagging/stalling?

Since the ROM isn't rooted there can be no lag/stall fix in this ROM. In all other ROMs, the lagfix also needs root and needs to be separately executed in the ASE.
@Chef: Please reformat the title of the thread to match the standard (if you get a chance)

Would love this rom if it was rooted...and maybe explore with launcher theme? Transparent? My samsung widgets fail, is that just me or is it broken or removed? I restored using titanium.
Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S using the XDA App.

Beatifull rom, thank's.

Hey,
Not too much info in the OP
Does this have root?
Busybox?
Or do these things need to be put on afterwards?
Also is this a full ROM or do we need to start with a specific ROM
Thanks

Not bad, running DocRambone's JH1 at the moment, but want to try JM7 also. Will use this ROM.
Good stuff.
Thanks looks good, should the voodoo lag fix beta 1 work with this? Should I perform the lag flash after your update.zip?
Will try without response and let you know ;P

Seems voodoo lag fix compatible so far.
Maybe showing my noobiness, but the galaxy S intro animation played at 1.5x speed, actually looks a lot nicer. Is this an unintended side effect? Maybe the lag fix?
where can i download vodoo fix? Thanks in advance
i'm sure big apn list covers more population but i prefer default nexus one as it is the only one that lists fido apn's properly
Excellent work over here pal.
I was tunning JM7 myself to remove lots of garbage and include some stuff.
Incredibly, your feature list....
- Big APN file with provider specific info
- Circle Battery Mod Version E
- Fully Deodex (by me and one app from DocRam)
- Fully Zipaligned (by me)

Try OCLF ("One Click Lag Fix") from the Market, together with Eris Market Enabler.
My ROM went to 2200~2300 in Quadrant, so, i definitely recommend it
That dailer looks sexy.. coz its simple.. cant wait to try it, but i might wait for voodoo beta2, since your instructions require a fresh flash to M7

Should be able to use it on a none fresh version of JM7 just haven't tried it...
It doesn't touch any of your installed apps.
Only thing it removes are this: /system/app and /system/framework and then adds the deodexed files instead.

Working
Everything is working for me...
Installition and tips
Extract the Android folder (with all files in in) to root of your SD Card. THIS IS IMPORTANT.
- You canot keep your data.img from other roms... Do a clean install please..(You can try if you want but don't come here crying )
- If you already have an Android folder on your SD Card DELETE IT OR RENAME IT, because this version MAY BE INCOMPATIBILE with older releases !!!
- After copyng everything to your SD Card ensure you have at least 600 Mb free space for data store
- After you have done all steps go into Android folder and tap CLRCAD (for working sound), and after that just tap HaRET.
- If you get some strange errors, or Android does not work, try to reformat SD card and try everything from the start.
If that does not help, I suggest you to change your rom and radio with my personal ones(Check my siggy!!!)

do NOT use "USB Mass strg" option from magldr - if you don't have a card reader, use CWM function to mount your card.
recommended but not needed - format your sdcard with a sdcard formatter, here: http://panasonic.jp/support/global/cs/sd/download/index.html
1) If you're new to all of this read this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=893948
2) you need CWM (ClockWorkMod) 1.2 or higher - props to RaiderX303
Files and Tutorial here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=898913
2.1)Now follow the tutorial for CWM and use this partition layout zip http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=490084&stc=1&d=1295076949
3) The rom is here: http://www.multiupload.com/Q3JCP775XQ
MD5: 3ae11ab21c77f9729ddb0d2a73b1d846
(the md5 is here for a reason, so do a md5sum on the file you downloaded - google "md5sum" if you don't know what this is)
- included in latest beta - The gps-fix is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=10666991&highlight=gps+fix#post10666991 Credits to Gauner and Diem, and thanks Yom for the flashable zip
if you want your apps on the sdcard (app2sd) follow this tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=905089
use the signed zip here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=715116
copy your zip files to your sdcard root (with apps2sd.zip, if you're using it)
4) to boot on magldr let the power button pressed for 10s,
choose "Boot AD SD", CWM will start
it's recommended to CWM wipe data and cache
now choose install zip from sdcard next choose a zip from sdcard
and choose the jdms1.7-beta2.1.zip file
repeat the operation with the gpsfix zip file
and repeat again if you use the app2sd
then reboot, magldr will automatically boot on nand
you're done ! the boot long approximatively 1mn

I recommend using at least a 30mb cache partition, although i tested
with 20mb and Angry Birds (my test app) is downloaded and installs
all this cache talk resumes in: less cache, more user data (for leo512 users).
I repeat, i recommend at least 30mb
•improved build performance, it's even smoother now (or should be)
•changed default music app to miui-music player from 1.6.2
•included my kernel - r1.2
PS: you might experience a longer boot time, this is normal.
beta 2
•fixed market not downloading some apps
•implemented ram the way it should be done
credit to darkstone for the method
beta 1.1
•fix data
•crawlingcity kernel r1 - No OC, No UV, SMARTASS, gsensor patch and more
beta 1.0
•gps fixed
•new gapps (including new market)
•FC on some apps fixed.
Kernel Only r1.3 with OC and UV optional - read changelog - use CWM to flash - http://www.multiupload.com/WBFXMYJ5VW
Kernel Only r1.2 - use CWM to flash - http://www.multiupload.com/8UHYTHSJDI
Kernel Only EB - use CWM to flash - http://www.multiupload.com/Y5GTTXGPIC
this EB is hastarin's r8.6 with RMNET, several filesystems (yaffs2 - to boot from nand)
zip layout not compatible with previous build versions - made for ram
Kernel MiniChangelog:
Code:
r1.3
•added OC - default is 998
•added UV - optional - use hastarin's UV script for this - get it [URL="http://www.multiupload.com/CDQSTRZ3CT"]here[/URL]
(if you don't know how to tweak this, don't touch the files. just use the kernel without any tweaks)
r1.2
•minor tweaks to yaffs2 performance
r1.1
•some cleanups
r1.0
•fixed SMARTASS
TODO:
Code:
Code:
- arabic support
- option to data2sd
Recommendations and advices:
•Space available for EU_LEO 180mb - more than enough to me
•Don't choose reboot, choose shutdown. (some users will have high battery drain using reboot, i don't have it. the choice is yours)
•Robot voice - known issue - first call, turn speaker on, turn off speaker, end call. no more robot voice. if you do have robot voice again, repeat the process.
After a while you really need to do a backup, use the CWM backup fonction (it works well), to access it turn off you're phone and press the power button for 10s and you will boot on MAGLDR choose the "Boot AD SD"
CAUTION: when restoring with CWM do NOT restore system or boot, just restore data and/or cache. If you restore system and boot you're are reverting to the previous version (rom and kernel). Go into advance restore - pick your restore point - choose data. If you want to restore extra user Apps i recommend using mybackup or titanium backup
If you have app2sd backup it as well.

Is it really based on FRG33?
Just asking because the last picture show FRF99.
It is always nice to see new builders Keep up.

" It’s absolutely an innovative and new alternative to the usual ROMs that are being provided by the chefs.
So we’re really wondering what will happen with good old ROM chefs and the way we were used to download ROMs and test them – we guess this must be another symptom of ORD, we are almost having a nostalgic feeling about it.
We’ll see what the future brings."

..:: Bug Reports and install errors ::..
Reports: Link
Bug/issue status: Link (thanks to HSAgoo)
If you find some bugs, please provide as much details as possible:
ROM version, both before and after your flash.
Factory reset or not, before install or after
Lagfixes installed
Kernel used
Theme version
Advice
- I strongly advice you to disable any lagfixes when upgrade to new roms or install new kernels.
- Always flash rom with FULLY charged battery
- Make backup of efs-folder (with Root Explorer or ADB)
- Do NOT restore system data, if you upgrade from 2.1 (Eclair)
- Do not factory reset phone if you have removed any apps from the base rom.
If you want to factory reset, flash the base rom before again if you made any changes
- If you do a factory reset after install: lancher pro, sgs tools. gallery etc will be deleted.

..:: BIG FAT WARNING/WARRANTY ::..
pele78 said:
once again I state loud and clear, that the beta kitchen is not supported by the RomKitchen Team.
Using the Beta Kitchen is at your own risk and entirely your own responsibility.
Beta Kitchen is public to open new doors for the I9000 community as a whole to further improve and evolve the SGS.
Beta Kitchen is for those who understand what BETA means.
Beta has no language barrier so using this as a excuse is not accepted.
Novice users should are and as always advised not to use the beta kitchen.
If users wish to risk using Beta Kitchen for reasons, such as ignorance, or wanting to be selfishly clever and want to be on the fast of fast and best of best rom or along these lines, its up to you but Odin is not always the answer to recovery, and just bear in mind the terms and conditions of Samsung Repairs when it comes to SU, etc.
Users asked for a long time wanting access to beta and now they got it, but again we will not be supporting beta kitchen - only listen to feedback ONLY. Wanting everything and being selfish dont mix, i guess that comes down to age, maturity and responsibility
Beta has nothing to do with donations or any other ridiculous comments suggested by others however smart they try to be with there wording.
If people do not understand what "Donations" mean then Google is yor friend and wiki has a vast catelog of info on this subject and terminology.
RomKitchen is not in any form of competition with any other dev, rom maker etc. This has never been the case, not now and nor will ever be.
All this nonsense and crap stops now!! THE END!! If people wish to complain and what ever idiotic reason which in the end only shows what kind of person they are when they start back tracking on what they say - Plain and simple, go download another ROM, there are plenty to choose from and various tastes and same applies to themes, apps etc.
If this crap continues, ill start reporting people on the grounds of creating a negative environment with the I9000 community... which still is considered to be one of the worst communities in xda, and i can see why! And help clear it up (one of the reasons the post count was introduced to stop spam rubbish etc)
Do not attempt to cause issues within the IRC Chat either or you will simply be banned and no questions asked. If you start to cause invaild unrest in this thread, then you will be simple noted and ignored and left to your own devices and hope that you end up with a brick and unable to apply for warranty on ur device. SIMPLE.

..:: Instructions ::..
Attention all users! Regarding /system corruption.
What is this about?
Check here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=848471
Am I affected?
Yes, you are!
But the new ROM already has a fixed kernel! Can't I just upgrade straight away?
No! You still need to follow these steps! Here's why: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=9415545&postcount=9456
I already followed these instructions once. Do I need to follow them again when upgrading to newer ROMs?
No! If you've followed these instructions, you're good to go! Just follow the instructions for the regular upgrade method
How to fix?
01. Download K9 CWM file (from here), put it in your internal sdcard, also put Doc's ROM.
02. Boot into recovery.
03. Flash the K9 kernel, DO NOT REBOOT.
04. Go to Advanced ULK options -> reboot into recovery.
05. Now choose mounts and storage -> Format system
06. Now flash Doc's ROM, and immediately after, flash K9 CWM zip AGAIN! (Without a reboot in between)
07. Select reboot after flashing K9 CWM zip. Now if you had a lagfix applied before, you will get a prompt about change in config. Just select "remove new config" here.
08. DO NOT FLASH any bugged kernel after this, or you will have to repeat this process.
Attention all JPU users! Regarding titanium backup restore problem
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=9714885&postcount=14154
Pre-Requisites
01. Disable Voodoo if have it installed (create a folder named “disable lagfix” inside the “Voodoo” folder on your internal sdcard and reboot). If you’re coming from sztupy’s kernel, disable all lagfixes.
02. Make sure have the 2e recovery. If you don't have 2e recovery, see FAQ.
03. Make sure you have a backup of your /efs (not mandatory, but highly recommended).
04. Factory reset is NOT required, but is recommended. Wipe cache and dalvik cache if you’re not performing a factory reset.
05. DO NOT apply any outside theme/battery mods. See FAQ point 9 if you want a circle battery mod with this theme.
Installation Steps (Read this very carefully!)
01. Download the ROM (check above) and put it on your internal sdcard.
02. If you don't have a clockworkmod kernel, download clockworkmod recovery from here. You *need* Clockworkmod, this won’t work with stock recovery. Rename the clockworkmod recovery file to “update.zip” and put it on your internal sdcard.
03. If you had Voodoo installed prior to installing this ROM (Eclair or Froyo), make sure you still have the "disable lagfix" folder inside "/sdcard/Voodoo". If you’re coming from any other kernel, make sure you have disabled all Lagfixes.
04. Shutdown phone, wait for it to power down, then boot the phone into recovery mode (press volume up, keep it pressed, then press home button, keep it pressed, then press power button, keep it pressed until you see the Galaxy S screen. Release all three buttons when you see it).
04a. Do this step *ONLY* if you don't have clockworkmod already in your kernel. Select “apply sdcard:update.zip” (use volume rocker to move up and down, and home button to select). Clockworkmod recovery will boot now (you may have to do apply update.zip twice for Clockworkmod to show up).
05. Once in Clockworkmod, select “install zip from sdcard” (use volume rocker to move up and down and the back button to select).
06. Select “choose zip from sdcard” and then select the ROM zip package. Then choose yes.
07. The update will start (will take some 1-2 minutes) and during the flashing you will see some strange big characters on the screen, don’t worry, that’s normal. After the process finishes, you will be dropped back into Clockworkmod recovery. From there, choose go back, and then reboot phone.
08. The first boot will take some time as the ROM will deodex
Upgrade instructions (from previous versions of THIS ROM only!) (Thanks ragin!)
Always have a backup of your apps/data (Titanium Backup/MyBackup)
01. Download the updated ROM from post No. 2, and put it on your sdcard.
02. Boot into CWM recovery.
03. Choose install zip from sdcard in CWM, and browse to the downloaded zip file, and apply it.
04. Choose reboot phone.
05. If you had any lagfix applied previously, when the phone boots, you will be presented with a menu. Choose "remove new config" in that menu. The phone will reboot. If you didn't have any lagfix applied, the phone will boot straight!
EDIT: If you find the above difficult to follow, please have a look at this wonderful guide created by nitr8: http://nfye.com/toolkit/Doc-Froyo.pdf
..:: FAQ ::..
01. I don't have 2e recovery, how should I install this ROM? Disable Voodoo (if you have it), then install the corresponding CFRoot kernel to get 2e recovery, then flash this ROM as usual.
02. My apps are not retaining settings! Have a look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=9778957&postcount=15980
03. I am on XXXXXXX ROM/Firmware. Can I flash this ROM? Yes you can, as long as you have 2e recovery. If you don't, check FAQ point 1.
04. What ROM do I need to be on to flash this ROM? This is a complete ROM, does not need a base ROM. You can flash on any firmware!
05. I am getting force closes with Maps/Voice Search/Google Search Update the apps from the market (they require manual update).
06. I'm getting error while installation (line 79/80) Make sure all lagfixes are disabled before you install this ROM, then reboot to stock recovery, clear data/cache, then try again.
07. I'm getting force closes all over the place Have a look at this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=9006234&postcount=4097
08. My Market is not working This is not a ROM problem. To temporarily fix, Go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage -> All -> Market -> Force Stop -> Clear Data -> Uninstall Updates.
09. I want a circle battery mod! This is now very easy to do! Do the following:
- Download any theme template from post No. 2, and flash it via CWM.
- Extract the file "framework-res.apk" from the "system/framework" folder inside the theme template zip you downloaded.
- Go to http://circle.glx.nl/ and customize your circle battery mod, when it asks for framework-res.apk, upload the one you just extracted from the theme template zip.
- Wait for some time, and you will be provided with a zip file to download. Once downloaded, put the file on your sdcard, and flash via CWM.
If the above is difficult to understand, here are alternative instructions from Adevem: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=9028090&postcount=4512
10. What happened to the full ROM? This is now a light and modular ROM. Just install the upgrade packages or missing apps update.zip from the 1st post via CWM to get the full ROM.
11. OMG I LOVE THIS ROM! What can I do to help? We're glad you like it! Stick around here, and try and help fellow users, that would be a great help! If you wish to donate, please donate to Doc (he's the actual person behind this ROM), sztupy (for the ULF kernel), curio (for voodoo) and many more of the awesome devs around here! If you're still feeling generous, you may donate to me too!
12. I am using the slim ROM, and I don't get the puzzle on the Samsung lock screen on an SMS. The Slim ROM contains AOSP MMS (SMS) app, hence no support for Samsung puzzle lock screen. If you want the puzzle lock screen for SMS, either install the FULL ROM, or extract the Mms.apk from /system/app on the full ROM, and push it in the slim ROM.
13. I am using the ASOP lockscreen, and when I press the menu button, the phone unlocks. Install this FIX (ONLY FOR XXJPX) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=9921936&postcount=403
14. I am using the slim ROM, and KIES does not work. The slim ROM does not have the MTP apk, use the FULL ROM if you need KIES.
15. Some apps that use camera are force closing (barcode scanner, camera 360 etc) Try point #2 in this FAQ. If that doesn't work, do a factory reset.

Issue List :silly:
non-bugs
- Cow Panel fails -- eddie3495
---> Cow Panel does not reflect the zRAM / V-sync status. It stays where it is. The settings are applied anyway.
---> Thanks vtra.nugraha for the info.
- Flickering screen -- ertank07
---> Caused by COW KERNEL undervolting. Suggest applying Vsync + triple buffering through the Cow Panel.
- High power consumption -- ertank07
---> No apparent cause. Suggest using 1200 MHz + OndemandX for the CPU. That would help the battery without compromising performance much.
bugs
--- waiting for reports --- :fingers-crossed:
- WPS button fails
---> Will find ways to solve it
- Copy and paste leads to FC
--> need more info
Fixed
- ROM Updater FCs
---> Fixed in V1.1 Aurum
- German / Italian / Turkish not present -- AsmirGT, bjtmosfet, ertank07
---> Mulit-lang-ed since v1.2
- "sd card empty unmounted or not present" without Externel SD -- Warlord1981
---> sdcard swap customization in aroma since v1.2
- Video Camera crash -- stpdkid
---> reversed since v1.2

no problem, dude...
just a suggestion, if you want to include an app that similar to root explorer but the free one, maybe you could try with root browser

install using recovery clockwork or odin?

I think you should put a proper 'how to' on applying your ROM, cuz I think some ppl couldn't know what to do with the files once they done downloading it, we're not all android experts
honestly i had to google first before applying the files, not really familiar with cwm backup and recovery thingy
----
anyway, how do you switch the external_sd?
after applying the file, i had my mnt/sdcard switch with mnt/sdcard/external_sd how do I switch it back?

IceBread (V0.7)- A partitioned build for Blackstone!

Before starting trying to close this thread, remember that I have permission from Chef_Tony (Blackstone mod), fagyi (the ROM creator) and it's tested by me and more!
THIS ROM COMES FROM TIAD8 WEBSITE, AND THE MEMBER FAGYI DID IT!1. post = IceBread Info
2. post = IceBread Change log
3. post = IceBread Downloads
4. post = IceBread Tricks

ICEBREAD V0.7
IceBread is a custom Rom for Blackstone!
Based on XDAndroid, thanks again for this!
So this IceBread v0.7, android 2.3.7 Build and with EXT2 partitions. You will need to do partitions on your SD Card!
Ok, I'm working on it with this build lot of time merging lot of stuff, I learned a lot of tricks from another device and now it's here for you guys! And I think I found the Best build for blackstone!
I manage this build up to date with latest stuff all time.
MAIN FEATURES & BENEFITS OF USING ICEBREAD BUILD
- ICS Themed
- Better memory optimization
- Better dalvik cache
- Better Overall speed
- Very Smooth
- Overclockable
- Very good battery
- Good Configuration
- Bug Fixing

Important!
Doesn't work :
USB - you need dualmountsd or maybe other app for this. Dualmount is better than stock so for me this is important.
Youtube HQ
Front Camera
FM Radio
If you dont use maps please delete before installing from system/app and delete maps.apk & maps.odex. You have more speed w/o Maps.
I need few good report from this build.
Installing
Here is how you should use your SD (You can use Minitool partition wizard or EASEUS Partition master):
Remember you must do the partitions on this order!
A FAT32 partition with any name you like and with the rest of the space avaiable on the SD
A EXT2 partition named system with 250 MB
A EXT2 partition named data with 800 MB
Lastly, another EXT2 partition named cache with 100 MB
With versions before 0.6:
1- Put npkboot your sdcard root
2- put update-IceBread-v0.x-zip to your sdcard root
3- Run haret, press volume down when it asks you to do it ( once, not pushing! ) ( enter recovery ) /press vol:up,down,up /
4- Format : system, cache, data partition in mount & storage / Not formatting to SDcard /
5- Install this build ( you will see a message saying formatting to EXT3, no worries )
6- reboot and run haret again and wait(not pressing anything).
With version 0.6 or more:
0- Same steps as before (1,2,3,4,5 and 6)
7- reboot to recovery
8- flash latest gapps from cyanogenmod site, we need cm7 gapps ( google -> search -> latest gapps )
9- after updating, reboot and run haret again
10- setup everything, reboot
11- Have a nice day with IceBread!
_______________________________________________________________________________________
After 1. boot you don't touch the screen ~ 5min! after sign in gmail, press menu preferences, restore launcherpro backup yes -> reboot yes -> reboot ( I added for you my launcherpro settings )
After 2. boot open all apps -> reboot
After 3. boot you have max performance!
If you like this build, please hit thanks button.
Thank you very much!

Hi,
great job. Today I use a Desire S, but it will be cool to use my old Touch HD with Android.
I managed to install the NAND-Version 0.2.
The only bug I found so far is, the device doesn't shut down. The only way to reboot or shut down is the reset-button or remove the battery.
I want to change to 0.7, but how can I update from 0.2 NAND? I formated the SD-card as you said, but I cannot run "haret.exe" from Android (using TotalCommander for Android).
I tried to update via CWM, but then the device stuck during boot.
Any way to update from 0.2 NAND to this 0.7? Or maybe an NAND-Version of 0.7?
Hello!
V0.7 its that sd built which is needed Windows mobile 6.1 + my modded V6 SD kernel, if you want sound without shutter every 10 sec, + best speed on blackstone / posting soon on xda too /
Dualboot from android doesnt work/released/developed for this device.
Flash one wm6.1 and after ran the haret if sdcard ready!

Maybe a dumb question, but how can I flash back zu wm after I installed Android?
The BlackstoneAdvancedRUU.exe doesn't connect to the device, even in TriColor-Mode.....
Can I use fastboot to flash the nbh?
Solution:
rename the nbh-file to BLACIMG.NBH and put in on the sd-card and then boot into TriColor to flash it.

exactly
I downloaded the 0.7 build and followed the instructions up to getting into Recovery. Once in, I can move up/down but I cannot select any of the items. I found that I have to use the call buttons for that but they are not working. Ideas?
[Edit] Somehow, after pushing and pressing the power button several times, it went from switching the recovery screen on/off to working as a button. Continuing with the installation...
you must vol up, down, up after entering recovery to enable power button

Maybe you should add the "up-down-up"-part to the instructions.....
its there dude!
So, after playing around some while I can say: This ROM works realy good. It's fast an stable and I didn't find big flaws!
I didn't test the front-cam, but the back-cam works with pic and video.
Sometimes the wifi stops, but it starts again after a few seconds. Maybe I should update the radio?
I also managed to install a low-res version of Teeter, so the G-sensor is working well, too.
It would be great, if I can replace the wm completely and install 0.7 via NAND, but the SD-version is ok for now.
Thanks to all, who build this fine pice of work!

There are more bugs....
If I put files on the SD-card via USB, I cannot find them via TotalCommander or OI Filemanager. TotalCommander cannot remount the SD-Card (card is busy). And if I remove the card and plug it in again, the device will freeze as soon as I open another app.
The files are there when I restart the device.
Just install dualmount app and after its fine. Its better for sdbuild than native. If put out the sdcard than where running that Android?
