Need a back cover for HTC 8125.

One of my users lost his back, battery cover. Anyone know where I can get one? I've tried everywhere, even HTC and cant seem to get a replacement.
Give HTC a call, they were very helpful, however you may have to pay for the cover. I also made a complain regarding my TYTN 2 cover, saying that it was of poor quality and HTC should provide replacments at a cheaper cost, rather than the £15.00 that they are asking.

Thanks, I actually found some on ebay for 99 cents a piece. Go figure.

where can I buy genuine HTC T5 G2 screws?

where can I buy genuine HTC T5 screws for T-mobile G2/Desire Z ?
I recently picked up a G2 in nice shape but it is missing its T5 screws
I would like to buy the real HTC screws, no copied junk screws
a quick search on ebay did not produce any good results
who are the best sources? - thanks!!
Contact HTC directly http://www.htc.com/us/about/contact-by-email
HTC was completely worthless - "I do apologize for the inconvenience, however HTC does not sell the components, pieces or parts to our devices to perform any form of maintenance on the device by the end user. "
surely someone out there knows where to get correct T5 screws for this phone, what the heck?
this is the same thing that happened when I tried to find the service manual!
imagine if you bought a car and no one would sell you the service manual or any parts for it! - am I on Mars?
This may be helpful.

I'd go to a hobby store with one of the screws, personally.

Bingo! Any hobby shop or big chain home improvement store worth a crap will have them. And there's no such thing as genuine "G2" screws lol! They are all the same pretty much. Just don't get those crappy nickel plated ones. They strip out too easily... Also, a Sprint store might give you some. Ask the tech (since they are the ONLY carrier that actually repair/replace their own phones) and he/she could give you a few from the back.
Here's a disassembly guide

FYI: Monoprice is gearing up for GS3 Accesories

I was talking to a rep on monoprice (which I'm sure many of you know carry some nice cell accesories for extremely good prices) inquiring about htc one x accesories and he told me they were gearing up for a bunch of new GS3 stuff. Just a little FYI for you guys looking for cases, docks and screen protecters and such in the near future.

I love Monoprice... but they havent actually ever carried lots of cell phone accessories, so I am lost as to why you think their stock will be extensive. All I have ever seen are cheap chargers and screen protectors, not anything more than that.
I didn't mean to have it read that they were getting a huge selection. But a big group of droidx users (when it first came out) hit them with a bunch of requests for cases and stuff and they came back with about 10 different cases, a few screen protecters and two docks. I have them right here.
I'm not saying they're super high end, just if anyones looking for a cheap case or screen protecter and doesn't want to spend $15 on it then you'll be in luck

Difference between the Anker batteries?

What's the difference between these two:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Anker-Color...ain_0&var=&hash=item7916fc4476#ht_6727wt_1219
and

The second one is way more expensive but it seems to be the exact same thing

From what i can tell they appear to be the same thing, HOWEVER!
Beware of people selling cheap batteries on ebay. Quite often even for moderately priced batteries they have OEM like stickers on them but if you peel em off you see its cheap generic batteries underneath with much lower MAH than whats advertised. The resellers dont care they just say "thats what my supplier gave me", some offer a refund or a replacement, its all the same garbage.
Consider to yourself, how much do these usually sell for, minus the profit margins, that is about what you should spend on ebay for a legit battery. Now if you want something that works similarly well go for the cheaper one. 90% chance its got a cheap knockoff battery inside and it wont be as powerfull as the more expensive one but it will still function.
On the other hand, its ebay, and people will buy anything regardless of the price if they think its worth it. Maybe its the same person or company putting up two different adds for the same thing, one to get people who want quality, one to get people who are cheap, and its the same item regardless. only way to know for sure is buy one
EDIT
Additionally, why would you go this route and have something hanging off the bottom of your phone when you can get batteries and a wall charger for about the same price and just swap em out as one dies?
Practical Use?
Quite frankly, unless you are for a place where you can't get any energy source, I really don't understand the utility of such a product, when there are so many "USB Chargers" - stand-alone (house outlet, car lighter, etc.) or combined-type (car-home, etc.) options available!
Warm regards,
Androidio

I guess the only thing I'm missing is a wall charger. I do have an extra battery and I find it annoying how I have to keep plugging the phone in to charge it. Any recommendations for a wall charger and an extra battery?

I always think it's better to have something portable than not

HTC Car Dock

I know you can't sell phones on XDA, you go to Swappa now, but what about accessories?
There isn't a spot on Swappa for accessories.
If this is not allowed please delete it and I apologize in advance.
I won an HTC One Car Dock, that I have absolutely zero use for.
It is the "HTC One Car Kit - Car D160"
It would be brand new in the box, I am not going to even open it.
(I don't have it yet, but it's on it's way)
The buyer will pay for shipping.
The dock goes for around $70-$90 new: Make me a reasonable offer if you are interested.
