Hey does anyone have an extra galaxy s2 that they got from Tmobile retentions that they want to sell?
Desperately want this phone. It's so sexy! Finally made up my mind on getting the GS2 after debating between the HTC Amaze. Now i can't find one.

why don't you just get it from Telus on Friday
it's the same phone
and you can unlock it easily on any of those malls phone stands that does unlocking. (expecting darn telus like bell not releasing the unlock code for 3 months)
if you buy it from the US $529.99 + shipping + Canadian custom fees = the same price you buy it locally at $599.99 + tax
with the added benefit of easy exchange (and un-branded) in case we find any of those screen pixel errors people have reported, or worse case scenario this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1318972

well in a way it's a fair idea to get a good phone for less than retail value
but i very doubt any one would be willing to forgo their free upgrade/retention for less than $500

My sister is eligible for an upgrade, she loves my ET4G so I was looking to get her one. Wirefly/Amazon both show $79 for new contract or $150 for upgrades. Anyone know anything better than $150? Damn I paid $100 when it first came out! Thanks.

Go to target.com and find it on there website. Its 99 bucks go to best buy they are price matching till January 20 th. Boom epic 4g for 99. Its 79 on amazon but you have to wait bestbuy you get it that day. I got two epic last week from best buy for 99 each

You guys know that at target its $99.99 with new line but $150 with an upgrade right? And amazon is $79.99 with a new line, but $150 with an upgrade. Its pretty much $150 everywhere for upgrades.

Look for Wirefly 10% online coupon code just used it 5 days ago.
If you trade in ANY working phone (not just smart phones) to radio shack you can get it for 100 bucks.

Thanks for all the replies, but I already know abt the $79 amazon deal. I need to UPGRADE an existing sprint line that is eligible for discounted upgrade - i dont need to sign up a new phone number or line. So the amazon price/wirefly price is $150 for upgrades. Regarding radio shack, do you know if that $100 price is for upgrades as well?
I believe the $79.99 deal at Amazon is only for new customers, not upgrading. If you are upgrading then it is $149.99

I got mine on the 26th from Sprint.
They were having a deal (25th-31st) if your upgrade was near that they would upgrade you sooner and I got my et4g for $126.00 with the trade in of my evo.
By far this phone is immaculate but I think I just got my first problem with it.
The vibrate is making a super weird noise that it really shouldn't be making.

Unfortunately I already traded it in and got my ET4G. :/
My Target has the upgrade for $99 as well (I'm near Seattle). Don't know if it's like that everywhere, but it is here. They've also been out of stock since Christmas so I went to Best Buy and although they're supposed to call and verify availability, they didn't! Also, Best Buy has better insurance than Sprint, 10 bucks a month and no deductible! Also, if you can get it at Target, they have a better trade in program. Best Buy was only going to give me $30 for a brand new Vibrant, Radio Shack was $65, but Target was $90! Still going to sell it elsewhere, but it's good info to have!

What about motorola web site. I m international user and i could not buy it on best buy. Anybody help me to buy it from ebay But not $300.

I tried. No such luck. It was already "on the truck" for return when they looked for the returned one..
I settled for stone when it became available last thursday. UPS said "out for delivery" as of this morning.
Just checked ... they are unfortunately showing "sold out online" for both versions :'(
I bought mine for $250 on craigslist from someone who got it from Google I/O, I talked to Motorola and they said all you need for the warranty is the serial number and they registered it to my name for the one year :good:

It wouldn't hurt to go in the store and actually have someone check. I called my local best buy and they didn't have any but suggested to try calling 2 other ones near me as it showed they may have had it. So, I called one of the 2 and they told me they didn't have it. However, since that one was right by my work i figured I'd go in and ask anyways. Turns out they did have 1 left so I went ahead and picked it up.

I was lucky to snag one on lunch at my local Best Buy. Interestingly enough, I prefer the new "stone" color. Pics online made me irritated they changed it, but I think it's very classy.

I've noticed all the BB's I would check out had them locked in the glass cabinet with the other smartwatches, rather than on the actual display. I went to one that had three left one day. Didn't pull the trigger that day. Went a couple of days later to finally get it and they only had one left. Luckily it was Black. The guy that opened of the case didn't just hand it over to me either, he had to escort me to a register and hand it off to a cashier.
Keep being persistent and check around. But know that they do go fast if you don't act on it.
I wish my local Best Buys had one. I hate waiting for shipments. I called about 5 stores and none have stock. I almost settled for a gear live or g watch. If anyone comes across one in L.A. PM me

Sorry for the dummy question but I would like to know if there is a place we can currently see and test it in New York at the moment?
I moved in the US few months ago, so I'm not sure how this works.
Over the past week, I tried to check few places (carriers, electronic shops, ...) but I guess it is still being shipped, carriers allow pre-orders and will need a bit more time to have it in stores? I know AT&T will not have it in stores but I thought Verizon would have it by now... checked one 2 days ago and the guy said they should have it soon but doesn't when know when exactly.

I've been to like 20 stores in NJ..nada...no floor demo model or any in person/stock.... HTC might want to get these physically in stores. There chances to sell incrrease dramatically that way...lol
Granted I know I'll love it but I need to see/hold it first before I purchase.
Hopefully the Ice View case is better constructed than the M9 dot view case....that was an epic fail by them. I had it replaced every 2 months 6 times from the flip cover ripping off.
Verizon on RT22 has it in display and in stock
I've seen and used them at the Verizon stores in Queens Center Mall and on Wall Street. Not sure if they actually have any in stock for purchase since I'm with T-Mobile. I just wanted to get to a store that had them before I bought online from HTC since it's $100 cheaper with the discount code.

For those who didn't pre-order; Is it impossible to buy one without the ridiculous 3rd party mark up price?
I got mine from bestbuy without a preorder at regular price.
I got mine at an AT&T store without a preorder.
I forgot to mention, I am from Canada.
From what I recall, there were quite limited numbers even in the US.
Do any of you guys know what avenues I can go through to aquire one?
None of the Best Buy stores in Austin will be carrying it per instore Samsung rep. Trying to find one around Austin/San Antonio area.

Basically... yes. Go to ebay, and find somebody selling it with the proof of purchase. As long as you have that you get the concierge + one time $150 screen replacement. I paid 2200 for mine.
I bought mine on a EE (UK) contract for £50 up front (took about a week to come). Shame it's costing me £119 a month, but I do get 2 years of Amazon Video, plus 6 months of Apple Music and few other extras. I worked it out that it's only slightly more than getting an iPhone 11 Pro Max, but you are getting something far more unique with the Fold.
The Fold isn't sold in the Netherlands, so I ordered one from Samsung Germany. This had the bonus of scoring me the 5G model (F907B), too.
Got mine from the Samsung Store in the UK, they had 2 in stock at the time (9 days ago)

i just waited for the reveal of the motorola razr, and what a shame, the leaks from months ago were all accurate.
now i'm really considering the fold.
The Razr is nice and all that, but those specs and that battery don't cut the mustard at that price IMHO
