Hey guys, what roms can I look for if I want to have an rom that is close to the official 2.2 stock rom? Meaning to say that, is oki that I do not have those extra features implemented in some roms, I just want a rom that is close to froyo. And also I'm based in singapore, so is the rom out there oki for my usage?

Try this one.
I really like it, pretty fast and beautiful.
Launcher is a bit laggy when placing widgets, but then its ok.
There's a video review of this rom, so check it out, see if you like it and install it

I recently bought this phone and looking for a most stable battery-friendly rom. Hope you can suggest a few.
I suppose custom roms based on stock are better than cm-based ones?
Stock rom is the most battery-friendly ROM, but you can alway try the latest CM7.2 based roms, wich are not far from stock roms in battery life aspect, if you don't abuse the overclocking and various cpu governors options.
Im using the myth rom and it have good battery life

At the moment I'm using Aurora Rom v2 (Was too lazy to update to v3 ).
It's fast, the battery life is good and v3 looks even better than v2!
currently I'm using DebianDroid LENNY 5.0. It looks pretty stable.

if so,why dont you try to make your own rom??
or at least port a rom from another device,so you can have the rom that you wanted the most..

Try last version of aurora rom.It changes a lot of things to your ui.
Otherwise,try miui GB.Its a great rom by Frankin96.

Just switched RC1 to the first release. Stable and fully functioning as far as I know. I'll swap to CM10 when it's out of beta.

Hi everyone!
I've been searching for MIUI gingerbread for our phone but I can't find it
There is one in the Chinese site but everything is in Chinese, and i'm somehow managed to change the language from settings but still there are applications like the calendar for example that is in not in English.
I've searched for the rom in English and found this http://forums.miui.us/threads/624-ROM-HTC-Desire-Z-G-1-6-17-English?highlight=vision but the links aren't working.
Can anyone please provide a link with it or upload it somewhere?

Miui is cm based, the miui.us is the latest official for the vision, but there are other newer gingerbread builds that you may find better, check out strwametals version, I believe that's the latest GB one

This has been personally tested on
- sense 5.5 android 4.4
- GPE android 4.4/4.4.2
It is meant to work on all phones but don't try it without backing up first. I'm not the developer I'm just a user, that highly recommends this mod!

Both. It's one of the best mods ever to come out of xda. It's a pity the author succumbed to delusional paranoia. He was quite talented and loved.
I dont know what this scrypt is doing but i flash it on ARHD 40.3 with Bulletproof and my ONE is extremely faster in everything like 2times or 3times faster lol

No just flash it. Make sure to download the cross breeder remover in case of any problems. You shouldn't get problems but be on the safe side of things.
