no, I think that there is no driver for the camera so an app would do nothing.

Yes it's a nightmare for video recording and shooting at low light with long shutter speed I hope OnePlus solve it with first official beta

Please update Camera Service too on Google Drive. On Your XDA Attachment, after we download, this file can't be installed, why?
Nince the manual update to 2.5.4 i have no video stabilization (1080p). Has someone the same problem?
Please follow the below steps.
Open Honor Club App.
You will see a button with a "Rocket Icon", press it.
Then tap the Apply button against the Public Beta Test.
Click on the button below Magic4 in the next screen.
Tap the Participate in public beta test on the screen.
Accept the terms and tap download the description button.
Tap download on the popup. It will install the profile and starts the update.
Enjoy MagicOS 7 beta.
