Gang, does anyone know if we can port this lock screen of the "Puzzle Piece" over from the Fascinate? It might also be on the Vibrant and Captivate but I'm not sure....I want to use the "No LED" application off the market but my Epic is rooted using Launcher Pro and the "No LED" developer says I need the "Puzzle Piece" lock screen to get it to work properly....help?!
Thats not true at all. I have "no led" running on my epic thats rooted and even on my nexus one rooted. And i dont have a problem with the app no matter which launcher i use.

I got this app up and running just fine, however, I do have a slight concern that I need help on.
My regular lockscreen is coming up after I slide to unlock using WidgetLocker....so I have to slide twice...I've searched Google, XDA and looked at all the WidgetLocker settings but cannot find anything. I have also tried two different lockscreen suppressors but no go.
Help, anyone? Sorry if its a repost and I couldn't find the exact thread that dealt with this, if any.

Can I use the Android 2.2 PIN/Password lock?
Yes, but on non-Sense devices it will not be as seamless as the pattern lock. After unlocking WidgetLocker you will see the stock unlock screen, and after unlocking that you will see the PIN/Password entry. On HTC Sense devices the middle step is bypassed, but I have not yet found a way of doing this on other devices. I am looking into the manner.
Question answered..I think, but if anyone else can post if they have disabled the Android lock, I would appreciate it.

Have you tried looking in "advanced" and unchecking "retain system keyguard" in widget locker? I believe having this option checked would induce the behaviour you are experiencing. I would test it myself on my phone, but my lockscreen settings are completely bastardized. I manually removed the sense lockscreen so things behave not as planned but exactly how I like.
Disable the lock completely,app called no lock.

Because I just have WidgetLocker running, and downloaded 'NoLock', enabled it, locked screen, unlocked and saw the same 2nd lockscreen after WidgetLocker's...
Nope no order,i was on a sense rom tho and the no lock did the trick for me.

Well, I just heard back from the main developer - it is a known issue.
So my friend was raving about this lock screen she saw once and it was a puzzle, I believe it came from a Samsung Galaxy, anyone have any ideas on how to obtain said lock screen?

No its literally like a puzzle. Like pieces you move around. Not the Dot lock screen

+1 I have been using my backup Captivate due to power button issues (anyone know of an app to bring up the power menu for proper shutdowns?) and I do like the puzzle lock too... Anything I can provide for someone who knows what to do?
I am having a problem with this app when i lock my screen. the back/home touch button still shows up on it. how do i get rid of it on widgetlocker? im new to this forum. so please don't bash me for a wrong post. running jellybean if that helps at all.

I downloaded it using Mobogenie and the custom lockscreen does work, but the bottom bar pop ups and then after you unlock or use one of the options it brings up your Amazon lock screen
So you can have a fairly nice lock screen, then have the navigation bar popup, then unlock it, then have to unlock again. This is all I've found so far
I used Next Lock Screen by Microsoft. It's in the play store. It's perfect because it let's me use the auto hibernate (non root) feature without leaving my phone totally insecure. It's also kind of cool with all its features. I can't speak on how it affects battery life. I don't use my fire phone at all. I just installed my apps and wait patiently for someone much smarter than me to get root on 3.6.8
Does ANYONE here know of any lock screens or methods to use custom Lock Screens that can draw(display over) The stock Samsung one? A few phones ago I used Floatify and the AVA lock screen. Made my notification at a glance life better! the newest notifications arrived. on. top! WOW. not at the bottom like some do now..................
So! Is there anyone who knows of one that can do this? Without disabling the stock lock screen and being unable to use fingerprint etc.
Try good lock. The app notistar within it might be close to what you are looking for
