Has anybody been having any issues with the Market? All of sudden my downloads are all missing and I can seem to download any new apps.

Using ARHD 2.1, working brilliantly bar one small thing.. I would normally ask on the thread but it seems its a little heated in there with people desperately waiting for v3.0...
My Facebook sync doesn't seem to like syncing up any more. I tried flashing to LeeDroid 2.2.3, then tried Buzz 1.3.5 but no luck. When it does sync up, my FriendStream widget says 'no recent updates', my Handsent messaging also doesn't put Facebook names to numbers. So Im guessing the Facebook link or update function is buggy?
Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix?

I think this was reported in the news recently.
Google has withdrawn its support for Facebook, this is due to Facebook being able to collect loads of data about you via a Google API. But Facebook does not allow the opposite, as no API exists.
Where I read this mentioned that it was likely only to affect the Nexus S at first, due to it having the latest Android version.

Just curious if anyone is experiencing more ads within apps when using the new market. I've had ad-free for a while and has been working, but last night I downloaded words with friends and the ads are still there. Could it be something with the new market or just something built into words with friends and can't be blocked?
The new market definitely has more ads on it, but no it would not affect the apps that you download from it.
I know there are a couple of apps that have ads that adfree has not blocked yet.

hi i have recently got a galaxy note 8.0 and was wondering if anybody had any issues with it.
My particular problem is that when i try to search apps on google play store i cannot seem to find what i am looking for. for example some of the apps i have tried searching are whatsapp, viber, angry birds space and a few others and couldnt find any of thee. wen i press the search button, type whatsapp, the actual app does not come up but i get things like whatsapp wal paper, smileys, sounds etc.
anyone have any idea why this is and how to resolve it ?

Try deleting cache and delete your account, resign into Google play

So, there are similar threads about this issue but nothing concrete about whether there is or there is not a solution for the problem, which is not actually a problem but something that is real disgusting for users like me on M2-803L. I have tried an aplication named APTOIDE which is like a repository of many apks; i got the chance to download from this channel the APK named GMS for installing Google Gaaps, but no success as it retrieves like a security info that does not allow you to certificate is a certified apk for use. Well, with no more words; which method is the best for getting back Google Play Store or any google applications?
I use this tablet for Drone mapping and is getting me real crazy as the DJI apk is not running properly as same as facebook and other APKs I used to have when google was available!
Without those apks I am no one!
Hope there will be someone that have successfully found a cure for this cancer on this tablet!

Recently HBO and now Shazam are showing up in my Google Play search history and I've never looked these apps up.
Besides my OCD not being able to clear these, this is just a terrible idea.
In this day and age why would you want users thinking someone else is looking up stuff on their account?
