but when this "Mode" Fast boot is turn off my mobile phones enter in the recovery, and in the fastboot mode i read the s-off
it possible solution at my problem? thanks at all

you need to turn off fastboot, because its not properly turning off your phone if you use it

thanks
yes but this fast boot if ****ing **** thanks for the reply

That HTC "fast boot" is something that might make some users happy. It certainly "looked cool" on some demo videos where people thought it was really booting that quickly. But of course it wasn't booting at all, just un-suspending from a sleep mode.
If you want to get into the hboot "fastboot" mode or recovery, etc, then you will need to shut down properly, and turn off HTC's suspending stuff, at least temporarily.
No need for the bad language though.

You can enter fastboot by connecting your phone and running
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
And to boot into recovery
Code:
adb reboot recovery

Problem when i tryed "one click to root" (black screen with HTC Desire and "/!\")
Hello,
I tryed to root my phone using "unrevoked".
I installed HTC Sync to have the drivers, and then, i removed it.
Unrevoked asked me to connect my phone to the PC. I did it. It printed a "warning window" (as often), and i pressed ok.
It rebooted my phone on fastboot mode, and the window on my PC says "Waiting for bootloader mode".
This was not written on the tuto that i was looking for, and then, i tryed to reboot on recovery, to reboot the phone normally.
Now, it dosen't want to boot, and print a black screen with a HTC Desire and "/!\" this red sign.
Any help please ? :/

Thanks for the link but there is no the same situation as mine. :/
It says that we have to boot in hboot mode, but i tryed to boot on recovery after this step to reboot my phone "normally". And now i have this black screen with a picture of HTC Desire and "/!\", and i don't know what to do now. :/
What happens if you hold volume down and press power button you do this from Fastboot not recovery
When I press volume down and power at the same time on this "black screen with HTC Desire picture and /!\", nothing happens.
What happens if i remove the battery ? Brick ?
Press volume up and power. What happens then?

The phone has to be switched off to get into fast boot menu you won't get the menu if the phone is switched on
That screen is the one you get before you actually enter recovery by pressing vol up and power at the same time. Can you show us a picture of the screen? It's ok if you cant

If the power button doesn't do it yes
As long as you can get into fastboot menu you can root the phone with unrevoked
But do it properly!
Install drivers from here
unrEVOked modified USB driver
http://unrevoked.com/rootwiki/doku.php/public/windows_hboot_driver_install
After installing driver
In Device Manager
make sure Android Bootloader Interface is listed under Android Phone. (Drivers installed on PC)
Fastboot phone ( Volume down then power button)
Select Hboot menu
Connect Phone to PC confirm phone says "HBOOT USB PLUG"
Run Unrevoked as admin phone rooted
Then if you have a backup restore that or install new rom as recovery should now be working
Ok thanks, i'll try.
I'll remove the battery because it don't turn off with power button.
When i'll try to boot, have I to root in now, or can i boot in "normal mode", and try to root it tomorrow ?
Thanks for your help.

Plug it on usb, download the fastboot exe and put it in the platform tools folder in android sdk. Open a cmd there and type:
fastboot reboot
There is the power off option in the fastboot menu

Recovery Not Working? Phone Reboots Instead?

Hi,
I had a problem with my HTC One X after rooting and installing a custom rom.
Problem:
Attempt to reboot device into recovery mode (Clockwork)
Phone Turns off and begins restart
HTC logo and then vibration and the logo again and the device started normally without booting into recovery!
After hours of playing around and re-flashing recoveries and trying different recoveries the actual solution was very simple!
SOLUTION:
ENTER FASTBOOT MODE (hold vol down and power button and wait for white screen with colored text, then select fastboot with the vol keys and the power button)
ON PC:
run cmd
"cd c:/XXXXX" XXXXX is the location of your fastboot ADB folder
"fastboot erase cache"
.........
........
THEN once back in hboot i could access the CWM Recovery no problems and install my new ROM!!
if this helps anybody at all, please let me know
hazzahex

i have done it several times but i am sure this one matches my phone but....
i tried to erase cache it says command not allowed
I don't know huawei phones ! Don't know if it matches or not. Its clear that its def not a HTC one x ! Did anyone ever confirmed this working on a Huawei phone anyway ?
And a command not allowed indicates something is not unlocked, that error report on a genuine hox is because the bootloader is locked.

[BRICK] HTC One X Stuck on recovery

Hello guys,
I just pretty much *****d my new HTC One X forever.
I write this in case superman appears and gives me a hand:
What I did is to flash a recovery image onto the boot memory, this is:
fastboot flash boot recovery.img
I know, stupid mistake that is going to cost me a lot of money
So now, my phone keeps trying to start, but as it has recovery information instead of boot, it keeps showing the error (a black screen with a phone with a red exclamation mark on it) and restarting for the years to come.
I know it may not have a solution, but just in case... I know there are absolute genious round here...
Thanks for your precious work.
Did you tried reflash? Like; "fastboot flash boot boot.img" ?

Is it not possible to go back to bootloader and flash a proper recovery/boot.img?
No, because bootloader info has been substituted by another info (recovery, in this case), so the phone tries to start in bootloader but all it does is to find the recovery data and executes recovery.
I have no control of the phone so far, not even holding power button for 7 secs...
Oh, and if I try any fastboot commands (as the disaster guide suggests), all I get is <waiting for device>, because the phone is not in fastboot mode and cannot receive any commands from the USB
You should be able to get into fastboot still.
Hold power till it switches off, then hold VOL down and press power.

If there's no one with another idea, all I can suggest ist to try via Jtag, if that's possible on the HOX.
Why did you fastboot flash boot recovery.img
Should have done fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Try setting up adb
adb reboot-bootloader see if it reboots to bootloader.

One X stuck in RUU-mode I think - blackscreen

Hey, got a big probleme here:
while I tried to update my hboot from 1.36 to 1.39 the phone now stays at a black screen. It happened after it tried to go into RUU-mode. No silver HTC Logo will come up and when I unplug the USB cable and plug it again I can hear the Windows 7 sound for a new device.
What can I do now? Can't get into the bootloader with the normal "power + vol down" or anything else. I think I got enough battery because I've used the wall-charger for about an hour or more. Then suddenly the display won't turn on again while on my ROM. So I tried to reflash the boot.img and the ROM again but nothing seemed to help to get the phone booting into Android again.
I decided to try an hboot update with re- / and -unlocking to see if it helps. After re-locking and trying to get into RUU-mode I got the disaster I'm talking about.
Really appreciating your help here.
regards

Thank you for your support, but Win 7 only shows the device as "unknown" in the USB devices and I can't see it in the list after executing both commands.
I thought I could try to let the battery die ?
By keeping the power button held for up to 20 seconds a battery pull is simulated. If this does nothing then something is seriously messed up with the bootloader as that is where the simulation for holding power is.
If you cannot get it to reboot this way then there is likely nothing you can do to resurrect your device.
Though it is weird that it is still been detected as a USB device
