does anyone know where i can buy (if its an actual product) a screen protector that has the feel of iPhone? It's sort've a greasy nice slick feel. Neither anti-glare nor mirror, just want it for the slick feeling when i touch the screen.

Im looking for a antiglare screen / antifinger print screen protector for my thunderbolt. i dont like a crystal clear one's cause it attracts to much fingerprints and when im outside its really hard to see my phone.

I use the Steinheil protector. I came to the Thunderbolt from the iPhone and really missed the PowerSupport screen protectors. After trying about a half-dozen different ones I found the Steinheil to be the best equivalent, IMHO.

I hate my Invisi-Shield with the "orangepeel" texture. It also has a kind of tacky-feel to it. Avoid!
I bought my girlfriend a sonix (by Lenntex) screen protector 2-pack (clear and anti-glare) for her iPhone and they're great! The finish is really hard and super smooth. It feels just like the naked glass. I'm waiting for my Thunderbolt ones to deliver any day now.
Any body have any recommendations for a great screen protector applicable by wet-install? I have the greatest trouble applying dry-install screen protectors and I had a great experience installing my current Best Skins Ever screen protector, but it's not that great. It gets 'bruised' really easily.
Does anybody have any recommendations? Preferably those that don't break the bank :O

I had a ghost armor screen protector installed at a local mall and they did a good job. They give you a week to reinstall if you don't like the original install.
You can tell it is on there but seems like good quality and would rather have this than a scratch...

I've used Zagg with no big issues and can easily apply more solution if you need to adjust it. Not too bad if you don't mind the kinda orange peel look and feel.

Yeah that is terrible. Is there one that is more Matte-like? I was looking at the XO Skins one in YouTube, I like that it is wet-install, but the uploader said that it also gets dents on it like the one I have now if a fingernail or something similar puts pressure on it
I highly recommend Isheldz screen protector over Zagg or XO skins. The Ishieldz goes on and is crystal clear and feels just like glass. Both Zagg and XO are rubbery and attract more dirt and lint.

using a matte screen protector.. the screen quality is mediocre.. but i can live with that.. no finger prints and no issues with touch sensivity.. like this more than the glossy ones..

I've been using ZAGG screen protectors (wet application) with my devices and I've never gone back. They're glossy, but I can live with it because a wet application allows you to apply the screen protector flawlessly without any air bubbles every time.

I use ZAGG screen protectors as well. The wet application method really does work wonders to ensure there are no air bubbles or slip ups in the installation. The ZAGG screen protectors are also somewhat rubbery, so they actually PREVENT scratches, not just protect the screen in case they happen. Plus, if something does happen to them, you can just log on and request a warranty replacement for just the cost of shipping (~3.99) and receive a brand new one. I am thoroughly satisfied with ZAGG screen protectors and use them on ALL of my devices.

I don't need it for "screen protecting" purposes, I'm very careful with my phones. I just had one on my Sensation, and I loved the "flat" screen effect. It also offered less friction resistance.

All good. But if you want a matte screen protector to cover the whole screen. you're gonna have a hard time finding one.
I've order one that covers the whole screen but it lifts up on the edges.

I know its about personal preference but why would anyone want to put a matte or flat on a screen as beautiful this one? That is one of the best features of this device in my mind..simply amazing. I hate having to put a screen protector on period but I don't want to scratch the screen so I use a screen protector that is as clear as the screen or at least close to. Anyways just my point of view.
You should be able to find your type of screen protector on amazon and sgp may have one that suits your needs. I know I saw a couple at Verizon Wireless store

Yeah as much as i don't want to use a screen protector, i can't avoid it because my hands get sweaty at times and i hate it when my fingers stick to the screen. That's why i use anti glare sp. Swyping is annoying when my fingers are sweaty

because he prefers function over form. The matte screen protectors reduce glare and finger smudges. The plain glass smudges and can be hard to see with glare in certain situations

I've seen one on the 5 that i really liked, it doesn't makes the phone feel good, it makes the phone feel cheap instead, it has the rough feeling to it.
I like that, my fingers just glides across the screen, as to where those nice and fancy "film" protector, which i bought for all my devices, sticks my finger to the screen which makes swiping very difficult.
Is there a specific kind of these protector?
are they called "matte"? because there is 0% reflection or shine to them. Is that it?

I have a Spigen one from ebay which is rather good. They sell various ones with differing levels of anti-glare, fingerprint resistance etc.
I purchased the Zagg HD direct from Zagg, its much better than the standard Zagg if you object to the orange peel effect, and its almost impossible to see it when its on the screen.
I would say you can still feel it under you fingers but its much much less obvious than the original Zagg, very happy with it.
Other thing to say is that it was easier to install IMO and it hasnt yet gathered any rubbish on the edge of the skin which i have seen alot do.
... maybe i just did a good job of applying it this time.
