Stock 2.0 is based on latest Telius WWE 1.84 and uses 2 partitions.
Gloss Blue HD is STILL v1.0 with 4 partitions, and based on 1.72.
First build has stock HTC theme, second is based on beautiful Gloss Blue HD Theme by alexdiaz
I've included detailed instructions to reducee chance of wrong installation
I'm using same archive for TMOUS and EU in 2.0 Stock. Gloss Blue is still only for EU!

CWR Recovery flashed with 400MB system layout
FAT32+EXT2/3/4 partition on SDCARD for EU users, TMOUS can still install without it, it will be detected automatically

Copy zip to SD card and flash via CWR.
Reboot, enjoy
TMOUS users can flash MMS fix if they want, look download section
INSTALLATION FOR 1.0 GLOSS BLUE
Make sure you have 4 partitions on SD card (EU). Read detailed information above.
Make sure you have CWR Recovery flashed with 250M+ system size
Turn on device and hold power button to enter MAGLDR
Enter recovery by pressing BOOT AD SD
Enter Mounts and Storage and press Mount Storage
Upload .zip archive to SD Card
Press power button to enter Recovery home
Enter Flash zip from sd card -> select zip and select .zip you have uploaded
Wait
You may experience some bootloops during first boot. It can boot for around 10-15 minutes cause it's moving some files to setup data2ext.
If you can't boot - read troubleshooting section below.

If you're experiencing some problems like:
You're stuck at Green HTC logo on black screen
You're experiencing bootloops for more than 20 minutes and can't boot even after rebooting
Else
What you should do:
Remove all ext partitions on SD card
Create partitions again as it's described above
Reflash build using CWR
If this won't work - try another EXT type, maybe EXT2/EXT3
If you still can't boot, report.
What you should mention:

Screenshot with your setup partition, and description what you've done during setup
adb logcat log would be nice
also would be nice if you run

Oops first attempt didn't work out for me.
Found i was using my previous CWR setup using 180m+,
so started over with 250m+.
Also changed the partition setup to
#1 FAT32 - remaining space
#2 Ext4 - 1Gb
#3 Ext4 - 350Mb
#4 Swap - 180Mb
As mentioned above.
Booting now, fingers crossed................
Edit2:
First boot took less than 5 minutes and things are running pretty smooth
Now to setup all acounts and install all apps, wonder how it will keep running.

First boot doesn't see fat32 partition and if you set something (widgets for instance) after reboot you'll lose that forever. Just restart without setting anything. After third restart everything is working OK. ROM speed is OK, but I was expected more. I will try MDJ kernel.
zip update packages
everything was running smooth until i tried updating framework-res using the supplied package.
Noticed an error saying this update method isn't suported anymore and update canceled.
After reboot my device only gave boot loops.
Now flashing the build again to see what will happen.
To early to tell about performance, however i did get through setting up my accounts and installing my apps in no time.
On request to make:
Will you be able to supply an update zip for battery percents using the stock non circulare battery icon?

Since the DL Desire ARA v1.1 was disclosed in this thread, in order not to cause more confusion, have to release it before my plan.
v2.0 is based on Desire HD 1.72, and themed similar to Coredroid.
v1.0 is based on Desire HD 1.84, pure stock version, and actually, the base is much newer and advance than v2.0
Btw, my focus is still on desire z, if you want prompt support or have problem with this build, suggest you try rafpigna or markinus or imilka's, they are all excellent dhd builds.
If you have problem, please post to my test place or ask my testers, I may not be able to visit this thread frequently.

Features:
All my new builds have the following features:
1. All in one package, can be flashed to Nand or boot from SD or Load from Magldr.
2. All the build is squashed, once set the swap_mode=2, can delete the squashed.sqsh file from /system to release 160M space from system, but you must keep the swap_mode=2 untouched.
3. All the build can use Update_DL to update or change anything you want.
4. Equipped with DL Data2SD/Ext4 v3.0 developed by myself and freak, with following features:
-- auto detect and make use of your 2nd and 3rd partitions with high performance
-- auto convert the system.img to system.ext2 for SD/MAGLDR
-- auto partitioning your SD Card once set the format_ext4=9 (need test).
-- format 2nd partition with proper block size of ext4 with format_ext4=1, which is used for data partition
-- change ppp/rmnet with ppp_mode=0 or 1.
-- set you gps zone with gps_zone="your country code"
-- can use Update_DL to update system incrementally, all the Update_DL plugin I previous published(backup/restore, secue) is still applicable
-- the backup/restore can backup and then restore your whole system including: settings, sms, email, etc, you even can use this to migrate your data.img to ext4(set data_img=1 to use data.img and do the backup, and then set the data_img=0 to use the ext4 and do the restore.)
-- once you encounter the boot loop and FC, you can use the rescue plugin to rescue your system.
-- we are now testing the next version of our Data2SD/Ext4 which is more intelligent, can even detect where the system is loaded from(nand, magldr or sd), and your mobile type(EU modal or Tmous) to choose the best settings automatically.
Actually, many builds in this forum adopt part or full of our initrd to provide the high performance ext4 support.

How to install
For Nand:
just extract the Desire_DL and Update_DL(for upgrade) folder from the package to the root of your SDCard, flash.
change the config.txt.nand to config.txt and modify the config in it.
For SD/MAGLDR:
just extract the Desire_DL and Update_DL(for upgrade) folder from the package to the root of your SDCard, answer yes when ask for overwrite.
change the config.txt.sd to config.txt and modify the config in it. (Nand)
or change the config.txt.magldr to config.txt and modify the config in it. (Magldr)
If you encounter mobile data issue, please check here
The first boot will take a very long time, especially for SD/MAGLDR due to system will convert the system.img to system.ext2, need 10-20 mins depends on the speed of your SDCard.
After the install, please reboot your system at lease twice to let the system settle down.
Suggestion changing the kernel to gpc if you encounter any issue.

How to upgrade or change kernel or customize the system
1. more kernel can be found here,
--a. For Nand, just extract the Update_DL folder to the root of your sdcard, boot twice.
--b. For SD, extract the Update_DL folder to the root of your sdcard, and copy the zImage file from /Update_DL/update/kernel_files to Desire_DL, boot.
--c. You can also use the same kernel package, but replace the kernel file with your own under /Update_DL/update/kernel_files. (for SD/Magldr version, the zImage file should be put under Desire_DL)
2. for system upgrade or bugfix, extract the Update_DL folder from a update package to the root of your sdcard, reboot.
3. if you intend to replace any file from the system, use rootexplorer to delete the target file first, then put the file to /Update_DL/root/system..., e.g, if you want to change the framework.res, just delete the origin file from /system/framework, then, put your own file under /Update_DL/root/system/framework, boot.

1.32 is froyo 2.2
1.72 and above are all 2.2.1
1.84 and 1.83 were just released by HTC last week or the week before.

So if i get it right you dont need to partition your SD because the install will make it by itself
The SD version didn't work for me. I chose AD SD in magldr options and pressed the green button and it said kernel failed open.
The only thing I didn't understand clearly from your install instructions was:
"change the config.txt.sd to config.txt and modify the config in it."
I changed the text file entitled "config.txt.sd" by deleting the ".sd" and it changed to "config" rather than "config.txt". And then I didn't understand what to modify inside the text file.

can someone explain me the excitment about DHD builds comparing to desire z ones since they are 99% the same? the only difference i can spot is the rotation being available in desire z.

CWR Recovery flashed with 130MB system layout (you can change system partition size to 130M inside flash.cfg)
PRIMARY EXT2/3/4 partition on sdcard (about 1.0 gb size)

Enter bootloader and connect device to the computer
Open folder cLK 1.4 system 150M and execute CustomRUU.exe (this will flash cLK with 150M partition)
Phone will reboot and and last line should read "fastboot: processing commands"
Open folder cLK CWM recovery 3.0.2.5 and execute cmd.exe
type the following:
fastboot flash recovery cLK_recovery_3.0.2.5.img and hit enter (this will flash the CWM recovery)
fastboot reboot then hold HOME button immediately (to enter CWM recovery)
Copy the ZIP file to the SD-card
wipe data/factory reset

Thanks, I would try it but while imilka's a2sd method allows a lot of nand space, it leads many apps to FC, whether they are installed on ext or nand. Try Football Kicks, Cordy, Earth, etc...

Im not gamer myself, but i just tried air attack HD and cordy and they are working. The initrd used is imillak's new one

Hello egyptdvd its nice to be back i was very busy the past few months with my masters.
In general app2sd is much better smoother, faster and more stable than data2ext.
There is no really big difference between both builds. Both are froyo 2.2 with sense 2.0
I really recommend this one especially the cLK version.
I did not remove anything except e-reader so yes htc locations is present.

You should consider trying cLK bootloader, its a whole new experience
How are you finding internet using clk. I have tried other roms and it is not quite as good as rmnet? What do you think?

3 OPTIONS TO AUTO-CONFIG MEGA INITRD:
1- Install ROM without nothing in SD. It autoconfig alone for work in NAND.
2- Install ROM without EXT4, is necessary to create a folder Desire_DL, this autocreate a data.img with config for best performance (1gb + 16mb RAM).
3- If you have EXT4 so install ROM and do nothing because this it autoconfig to best performance.
FOR CONFIG MANUALLY TO CHOOSE DATA.IMG OR EXT4:
1- Create a file config.txt in folder Desire_DL with this configurations:
FOR NAND AND SD:
data_img=1/0 (1= use DATA.IMG, 0=NO DATA
data_size=xxxx (size to data.img, for example 1024, max 4gb)
ram_data=1/11 (1=move dalvik cache to ram to best performance, 11=no move dalvik cache)
ram_size=xx (size to ram data, 32 is good)
sd_boost=1/0 (to best data interchange between SD and NAND, especially if using EXT4)

FOR NAND AND EXT4:
format_ext4 = 1 To format ext4, if you have EXT3 it should to change to EXT4. Is necessary for 1th install
format_ext4 = 9 to create 3 partitions automatically: ext4, DATA.IMG y tirdh partition to system optimization. BE CAREFULL WITH THIS COMMAND
swap_mode=1 will create a interchange file vfat for best performance if dont exist 3d partition
swap_mode=2 to move some system files to partition data for free space in system.
swap_mode=3 to create a cache space in nand, if you have a slow download in market you can test this option.
nand_data=1 this command will use the partition NAND for optimization system.
actually i recommend to use DATA.img option because is faster

Flashed it and so far from first impressions it boots QUICK. Nice and smooth just like what i saw with the SD build. I do see some chinese text lingering within the ROM though; is there a recommended english language pack we need to flash after flashing the ROM? I know people often refer to the Nexus One pack - but is this what you would also recommend?

I see it on some applications (themes and file manager for example). It's also present in the sms menu (tabs at the top). I also noticed a bit of Spanish text being displayed in the notification bar.

Installation:
If you are a pro and already have cLK and CWM installed, you know the drill (partition 300-5 since v0.5). If you are new to Android flashing on the HD2, I recommend stirkac's excellent tutorial. All necessary files can be found in HotMod utilities.
1. Download ROM and copy zip file to your SD Card.
2. Download HotMod utilities v0.2. Extract the zip file.
Flash cLK
1. Enter SPL by holding VOL DOWN while switching on the phone
2. Flash with CustomRUU.exe from HotMod utilities.
Install CWM Recovery
1a. Power up your phone while holding BACK key
1b. Plug in USB cable. Driver is located in folder HotMod utilities/google-usb_driver, if necessary.
2. On command prompt, switch to HotMod utilites folder and type:
fastboot flash recovery recovery_leo4014.img
3. Reboot (type fastboot reboot or manually)
Install ROM
4. While powering on, hold HOME key
5. Select "install zip from sdcard"
6. Select HotMod_vX.X.zip
7. Confirm, relax, reboot, enjoy
MAGLDR:
To use MAGLDR, download HotMod_MAGLDR__utilities_[partition_+_cwm_4.0.1.4]_v0.2 and HotMod_MAGLDR_patch_v0.1. Copy rom and patch to sd card.
Install MAGLDR 1.13.
Install CWM 4.0.1.4 and partition layout using DAF.exe from zip.
Install rom via CWM, don't reboot yet.

EU Users: Memory on NAND is low. Prepare your sd card by creating 1 gig ext3/4 partition. Install Apps2SD for HotMod via CWM. Transfer dalvik to sd.
Known issues:
robotic voice on first call. Solutions: a) Disable "Audible touch tones" from Settings / Audio. b) Enable + disable speaker during robotic call. c) Hang up. b + c will work until reboot.
Low incall volume: if incall volume is too low for you, delete /system/etc/firmware/htcleo.acdb. This will make you suffer from high mic gain...

Everything is stock, thats why I made no screenshots. Maybe I should include some tomorrow. I removed some HTC widgets that I never use, but the important stuff is there. If something is deeply missed, I will add it again.
It should work for the EU model, but I couldn't test as I only posses the TMoUS model.
It is Multilanguage, and especially German is working just fine gps.conf is already set to Germany, so enjoy!

No problem bro, maybe it's even better, "all" who workrd on Sense rom goes to Ginger with a 2.1 but with all due respect for their hard work i can't stand on it more than two, three days. Glitches, camcorder, power menu and the rest smaller bugs it's still, even after big progress, too much for me. After many many task29 I would like to have fully working, daily using and whatevering rom, sense rom, for more than three days:-D and

PS: But that doesen't mean that I will not try a new Pyramid 1.8 from Dung also:-D

You exactly described the purpose of this rom. This is meant to be the fully working daily driver. Camera and camcorder are working perfectly and there are no graphic glitches. Hope you like it. If there are any bugs, let me know.

No, not at the moment. You could try, probably it will boot, but there won't be RMNET, the only feature that you are missing with cLK. I could deliver that, but I think you should try the original (see first post).
