[HELP] Need F180K ICS KDZ

Hi all,
Can someone upload a copy of any F180K10h to 10k, ICS KDZ. I need it really badly. If someone has a copy of it, I would really appreciate the upload since there I can't find a copy anymore. LG has removed already the ICS downloadable on their site. Thanks!

Hey guys, I just need the recovery.img from B513 but I don't want to download the complete 1.2 GB file with my 1Mbit/s internet connection.

I accidentally deleted mail.apk and native browser from the system. Is there a way i can get it back ? I could not find it in the stock firmware.
I would appreciate your help if you can point me the right direction or where i could get it

If you download a Sense based ROM and flash it, you should get it back.
