Music player app with EQ - Desire HD Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello, I've been attempting to find a music player on Android which can provide equalizer, not having much luck are there any available? Or is it simply not possible for the DHD?
Thanks for reading!

What ROM are you using? If your using CM6-7 then there is DSP Manager. Sadly its not on the market

PowerAmp is awesome, and has EQ

Using revo HD, wouldn't really want to change ROMs just for EQ though lol is there another way? I seem to remember stock 2.1 had that app?

Thanks ! Will give that s go.

Hi,
Unfortunately poweramp is also a no goer, are there any alternatives?
Thanks!

PlayerPro + DSP pack
best thing you can get in my opinion. I think i tried all major music player apps and this is the one i like most.

Is there any way I can get dsp manager on my sense rom? I am using jokerdroid 4.2

DPS manager requires Gingerbread
There's a music player called PowerAMP that has an equalizer if you want that.
Thats wrong... I found the original dsp manager and some mods. Search with google. I would tell you the links, but i deleted my bookmarks... sorry.

Here it is

But it is for desire hd. Don't know if it works with wildfire.
Sent from my HTC Wildfire using XDA App
It depends of libaudioflinger.so library, and this have to be optimized to the framework (or vice-versa). I tried to install the version of desire, but the phone doesnt boot with that lib.
It's the one of two things from CM that I miss in jokerdroid. The other is jit.
Thanks for the help, so I cannot get dsp manager on my rom

Beats audio on Desire Hd

Do you think it's possible to incorporate the beats audio software on our beloved Desire Hd?
That would be awesome......

Got this in fb.
Capy ported it already, and the beats engine seems like working.

Damn i would get crazy, if the beats software would run on the desire hd. The SRS feature isn't working with sense 3.0. One of my biggest arguments, not using those roms without a fix for the old sense player.
DAMMN i hope our geniuses in xda will port this feature
what beats have of special that makes people to love it? sorry to be ignorant
Listening to music on my dhd right now with beats audio. All thanks to capy ofc
Have to say I'm impressed so far and I really didn't have a good thing to say about beats before. Brings music that sounded dead alive.

All thanks go to capychimp for this amazing ROM. Hopefully you will like it as much as I do.
are you sure it is a release with the beats audio? can't find any information in the changelog.
So what exactly is beats audio? Is it exclusive to beat headphones or you notice a boost in any headphone?

That release has beats audio I'm 100% sure due to the fact I'm using it

It's not exclusive to beat headphones and you will notice a very big difference in whichever ones you use.
On my phone atm so can't provide a link, but if you youtube "htc to use beats audio " it should answer all your questions

I use the free version of Mixzing. I like the music identification, album art pull, and tag editing features. I don't use the recommendation feature, but I hear it's pretty good.

Tried it kind of annoying to always have to turn it on. Also no option to do just a single long press is kind of annoying.

10$ to whoever can do this in an Google Edition ROM without using tweakbox/xposed...
