Flashing a CMYLXGO CWM ROM is now a very easy thing to do...
Download your favorite flavor of CMYLXGO ROM to your PC or directly to the SDCard on your phone
Reboot phone and hold down the Red/End/PWR button until the MAGLDR Boot menu appears
Scroll down to option 8. AD Recovery and hit Green/Send key
Phone will now boot into ClockworkMod Recovery Mode
Scroll down to 'install zip from sdcard' and hit Green/Send key
Scroll down to 'choose zip from sdcard' and hit Green/Send key
Scroll down to your favorite CMYLXGO ROM and hit Green/Send key
Scroll down to 'yes - install CMYLXGO...blah...blah...blach.zip' and hit Green/Send key
Sit back and wait approx 2-5min. Don't worry if the progress bar does not move
Once you get the rom flashing has completed message hit the back arrow key
Scroll down to 'reboot system now' and hit Green/Send key
All done! Let phone boot normally
Repeat these steps only for future CMYLXGO ROM flashing

On cm and gbx the home screen and app screens rotate. I did not see a place to do that in 1.1.5 sense Rom. I really miss that in the car. Does this Rom do that.

Edit 1: Got a few wierd FC's on initial setup but the setup completed okay. All my contacts and apps came through. I do keep getting a FC on nabservice (which I'm assuming is name and address book). Don't know why that's happening.
GPS got a lock on my location pretty fast. HATE the swype keyboard. Fortunately it has a decent alternative built in. Just long press on a text input field and select "input method" and select something other than swype, unless that's your thing haha. I'll post more as I learn more.
Edit 2: This needs the keyboard from your DHD Rom, with arrows.
Seems like high battery drain. I'll watch a bit longer tho. Still too much software, i.e. qik probably is not useful.
Love the dialer with vvm built in!
Overall very good for a first release though.

Glacier Roms are much faster, with more eye-candy and i think stability. But there's no htcsense.com for Glacier
About the newer device, i think the mytouch4g is newer than dhd.

played with it for about 45 min ,swype dosent work for me , says it was configured for another device ,streaming video dont work for me either (site espn), flash works ,root works and just about everything else , no 720 recording ...maybe one day , over all a very snappy rom

Good work brodie, No force close for me, no swype, video chat isnt working for me(may not be the case for everyone). Using 2.12 radio Im getting in the upward of 400-500 mA range, but it seems to be very responsive and quick. Im loving the biuld man. Good work, hope to report more on battery as I find very important.

Tried the new build and here are a few things I observed:
-Swype doesn't work.
-Camcorder and camera at first worked then force closed then black screen.
-Can't download apps from the Market. Also noticed that when it was trying to auto download apps, it was stuck in a download loop.
-GPS works fine.
-You Tube works fine.
-Nice theme and icons to use.
-Phone works fine. Really like the keypad. Wish this could be on your Desire build.
-Seems very smooth and snappy.
I am restoring your 1.1.5n build right now.

HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Download the packaged ROM (check above) and put it on your internal sdcard.
2. Download clockworkmod recovery from here. You need Clockworkmod, this won’t work with stock recovery.
3. Rename the clockworkmod recovery file to “update.zip” and put it on your internal sdcard.
4. If you had Voodoo installed prior to installing this ROM (eclair or froyo), make sure you still have the "disable lagfix" folder inside "/sdcard/Voodoo".
5. Shutdown phone, wait for it to power down, then boot the phone into recovery mode (press volume up, keep it pressed, then press home button, keep it pressed, then press power button, keep it pressed until you see the Galaxy S screen. Release all three buttons when you see it).
6. Select “apply sdcard:update.zip” (use volume rocker to move up and down, and home button to select). Clockworkmod recovery will boot now (you may have to do apply update.zip twice for Clockworkmod to show up).
7. Once in Clockworkmod, select “install zip from sdcard” (use volume rocker to move up and down and the back button to select).
8. Select “choose zip from sdcard” and then select the ROM zip package. Choose yes then.
9. The update will start (will take some 5 minutes) and during the flashing you will see some strange big characters on the screen, don’t worry, that’s normal. After the process finishes, you will be dropped back into Clockworkmod recovery. From there, choose go back, and then reboot phone.
11. The first boot will take some time as the ROM will deodex
12. After the phone boots up, shutdown phone again, and then boot into recovery. The phone will boot DIRECTLY into Clockworkmod. From there, select a "advanced ULK features", then "Lagfix options". You can select any of the lagfix schemes. I recommend NO-RFS advanced EXT4.
13. You can also enable some startup tweaks from the "Tweak options" menu.

I'm not much of a dev or anything special. But a few people on xda told me about optimizing apks and zipalipn or something like that and some changes to lib files
Nothing like that was done, it is the raw ROM, I dont have enough knowledge or time to do all of that.

I, and Team Villain, are proud to present you with the third major release of the SenseGinger ROM. This is completely rebased on the latest Vision RUU, so most if not everything should be working as well as you would expect from a Sense rom.
It also includes a couple of my own tweaks and fixes as illustrated below in the screenshots.

Hahaha, well, pushing keychar layouts from sense roms that do have all the keys mapped should work just fine.
I don't wanna write a book in this thread about it, but I googled it when I was learning and now I can always get my keyboard working on almost any rom..

[TUTORIAL] How To Install rom
Tutorial How To Install rom (recovery)
volume up - up, volume down - down, power - enter
1. Turn your Galaxy Tab off.
2. Turn your Galaxy Tab on into RECOVERY mode (Press Volume UP and Power On at the same time).
3. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
4. Select Yes, and wait for it to finish.
5. Select Wipe Cache Partition.
6. Select Yes, and wait for it to finish.
7. Go To Advanced.
8. Select Wipe Dalvik Cache.
9. Select Yes, and wait for it to finish.
10. Select Go Back.
11. Now, Select install zip from sdcard.
12. Select choose zip from sdcard.
13. Select the ROM zip you put on your SD Card earlier.
14. Select Yes, and wait for it to apply the ROM.
15. Select Go Back, to return to the Main Menu.
16. Select reboot system now.

Indeed, Im hoping alot of devs upgrade to the tab from the HD2, would be awesome to have as many devs here as there is over in HD2 section

Could we get a little more details on the rom itself though? I'm hesitant to test another 2.2 rom when 2.3 (CM7 by Technomancer - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=931857) and 3.0 (Honeycomb port by Spacemoose - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=977046) roms are currently being developed. What makes this one better/worse than the 3 (or so) 2.2 GSM roms we currently have to work with?

when trying to take a picture with the front camera the device freezes. and have to hold down the power button to turn off

Swype is not found and the device is getting freeze everynow and then
So far no problems, feels really fast and battery life did improved about 30 % compared to stock

A warning: if you need to scale keyboards, do close their hosts first (that is, if you have the keyboard running in chrome, close chrome, then attempt to change the size). Otherwise you run into caching problems. Also not that some keyboards use fixed layouts and others dont. Should one of your keyboards not scale, just leave it at PhoneUI/DPI and be happy about those that do scale.

1) Download Lights Library Config
2) Flash zip in recovery
3) Launch terminal or any linux shell application
4) Gain root permissions by executing 'su'
5) Execute 'liblights.sh'
6) Follow on-screen instructions

Initial response.. Nice!! Going to dig deep inside and use as I would on any other rom.. I flashed aeroevan's latest CM9 kernel and so far so good.. Going to put it through the paces no doubt!! Only thing I noticed so far was auto-brightness seems to be brighter than other roms but shouldn't be an issue.. I'm sure that can be adjusted.. THANKS!!

I'm running on aero's kernel now.. v10.5 BFS
my phone keeps displaying the roaming icon, other than that no issues yet
Camera works, but flash does not.
Camcorder shows preview and zooms in and out, but does not record.
Gallery works when showing folder thumbnails, but FC's when you pic a picture to look at.
Not complaining, just reporting.
