BTW, rat has already made a beta for the mini to use the weather forecast and LG Clocks. It works great and hopefully he will release soon

Problems with this clock :
1. Replaces original wallpaper and creates problems. See attached pics. Please make one with the original wallpaper
2. Can't see the purpouse of the little profile indicator icon except that it is not placed well on the wall. Doesn't look good please remove.

I don't get the wallpaper that is on your first post. That is the issue.
Youre not supposed to get the wallpaper, just the clock.

Hi, guys.
This is a WM 6.5 lockscreen tweaked to resemble the Manila home tab (to the extent that this is possible). Almost all the hard stuff (the clock font, the clock background, etc) were taken from torsergey's excellent mod, made for Leo (HD2) - available here. Thanks, torsergey.
What I did was the slider, the green bullets on the sliiders, some small alignment stuff, etc..
Warning:
When uninstalling you might loose the default WM 6.5 lockscreen. To avoid that, please make sure that you backup your original /Windows/LockScreen directory and restore it after you uninstall this mod.
Notes:
This was tested with Miri's latest ROMs - it should work with any ROM that contains the HTC modifications to the lockscreen.

Well, yes and no. The clock is displayed using a combination of 3 layers:
Background image
Time text rendered with a special font (thanks again, torsergey)
Overlay thst adds the 'shading' to the clock
As long as you can provide these 3 elements (background, clock font, shading) it's doable - probably the clock font is the hardest part.
Yes ... I understand it is just too difficult for me ... jet.
I have found one small bug ....
It is with appointments.
The problem is that the Lockscreen is showing appointment even if I don't have one that day ... instead it is showing my yesterdays appointment from standard calendar. It is showing it even when I delete the appointment!
Hmmm... that's interesting, as this is only a skin, it should display exactly the same information as the standard lockscreen displays - I don't have a clue why is this happening ...

Probably there's something different in the original (HTC) lock screen customization in your ROM - if I'll find time I'll compile a standalone lockscreen - that doesn't depend on stuff already on the device.

Is WM 6.5 Manila-like lockscreen works on WM 6.1 or this lockscreen for WM6.5 only?

Also for me when I install the cab I get only the old WM 6.1 "lock screen".
I am on WM 6.5.5 with sense 2.1.
Hope you can bring us a fix soon. Really nice skin for the lockscreen.

Check the lock settings if it is set to "Windows Default" or "Windows Classic". That might work.

The cookie Home tab is installed on HTC sense, so is not CHT vs Sense because you must use both. I don´t know exactly but I begin after soft reset, with CHT installed and another software about 110 o 111 mb free. Good luck

You must install the rss widget first, here the link:

After install push and hold over the main screen, add (elemento- I have it in spanish) but is the first line on pop up menu, and select the rss widget.
Then if you want install the skin, but it´s no necessary, only if you like it.
Does not fit on the screen!

You are not using the correct widget. You must install the Poyensa for HVGA version. Good Lucks

I was able to transform 3D glass chrome clock home of HD2 for our Mini, the cab file also contains the slider, and now to try it!

Great work... It be a lot easier if you joined CHT, then you would have to adapt much less because you can use a lot of HD2 mods on the mini with CHT
I´ll install the slider and some other things... and use the original HD2 file for CHT.
Slider needs to be from Mini, but clocks, and most home elements of CHT HD2 will work 100 % on the Mini
And if you used CHT with CHTS, you could easily switch themes within seconds during the day, so we could enjoy all your themes...

Ciao Keko, it´s very easy... the only thing to bear in mind is the "install routine", or the installation order and soft resets for the mini, but I can assist you
If you want, you should first read the posts in Co0kie's Home Tab HVGA Port v2.0.0 and find out a little about the special things with CHT on our Minis and download, but not install at the beginning
Then read very carefully and download CHT from Co0kie's Home Tab v2.0.0 - Final Released
Also very good and needed is CoOkie´s Home Tab Editor CHTEditor v2.0.0.0 - Final Released
and last, but not least, the perfect Skinner & Themer Tool as well as CHT Scheduler CHTS 2.20 & Loco - Sense+CHT with many Features and Profiling
This will give you many more options for "changing" the looks of the Mini, and will save you a lot of time skinning, since you could really concentrate on the files needed especifically for the Mini´s other Tabs and not the Home Tab
