Just a heads up. Anyone looking for a leather case. I am using the mot855, which is the original vz case for the droid. It can be found for $9 shipped. Its a great compact case that clips onto your belt.

i use the verizon leather pouch i got with my droidx. works great with my bolt.
I'm using the x case too.... seems to work ok, but I would like a better one when someone makes one.
I used to have SME leather cases on all my previous smartphones. But since I got the droid x and now thunderbolt, I don't feel like carrying such a big case on my belt. I just put it in my pocket.

Can anyone recommend a good horizontal leather pouch for the Captivate? Something not too bulky preferably.

Have an old Krussell case that I bought for my 8125, and also used with my Fuze. Works ok with no skin on the captivate, but won't fit with a silicone skin on it.

I have been using my blackberry bold holster for the phone since I got it. It doesn't fit super tight but it works. The reason I have been using that holster over something that samsung has put out so far is it has the quick connect rotatable clip which I love.
Does anyone know where I can buy a Nexus one style pouch that would fit the Atrix, either neoprene or even leather. I love my N1 pouch and its probably the one accesory I mifss the most since switching to the Atrix
I feel exactly the same way. Unfortunately I haven't found one so I'm having someone make one for me.
I have the official nexus one pouch in front of me and it fits the atrix just fine. Guessing the knock-offs on ebay (which look and feel exactly the same) fit fine also

I'm actually using my N1 pouch for my Atrix. It stretches pretty well.

i also using my nexus one's pouch, fits snugly.
I tried out the VZW gel case but it felt too slippery (+too expensive!) so I returned it.
I am looking for that style of case but something with a little more grippage.
Is anyone using something they could recommend?

Hey. I don't have this case in my possession just yet, but the Xoom case Genius by Zoogue was my definite choice! Its leather, so not may have the grippyness you prefer, but it looks amazing! It can be used as a stand, a full body cover, car head rest mount, and has a strap so you can wrap it around your hand. I preordered a while back and should have it soon. This brand has high praise for their genius cases.

I had one of the above holders for my iPhone 4 that had a d3o rubber case on it. The sides are adjustable so fit iPhones with bumpers or cases on them.
Since selling the iPhone, I've used the same holder on a bold 9900 and desire s that have had cases on them.
I've no started using it with the one x, initially with a tpu case and now with a case mate tough case on.
Its not a perfect fit, but its almost there and to be honest can save a few bucks for those like me who change their phone a lot.
Maybe worth a look.

Coming from a thunderbolt I am really interested in a thin case which has a kickstand, but I always use my phones naked in a holster which clips on my belt.

I have this same case style for my HTC Rezound. It is a great case, very strong but super light and thin. The kickstand is a good design that works. When you have it folded you can not even tell it's there. Well thought out. I will get one for the SGS3 as well.

I've currently got a Qmadix for my GNex but the version they have for the S3 is not very attractive in a professional setting.
Just ordered the one I posted in the OP, I hope the quality is good as there are no reviews, but I need a case for this when it comes in
I don't care for this one because of the exposed top part of the case. Seidio (http://www.seidioonline.com/category-s/8156.htm) has several cases with holsters -- one of which has a kickstand. I had the Surface version for my S2 and it worked great. Even dropped it a couple of times from about waist high onto the lovely slab concrete hallway at work and fully protected my phone.
