Let me introduces the changes which brings with the update 5.0:
For version 5.0, my theme includes the following modded apps to, so I made my the for other system apps...For request!:
Browser, Contacts, Dialer, Messages, and other can be expected soon!
For now, my theme theme will be avaible in two version: there will be a base theme and a full theme.
The base theme contains only the following system apps:
framework-res.apk, twframework-res.apk, framework.jar, android.policy.jar and SystemUI.apk. Of course, it isn't contains more apps...So it is just a frame of my theme.
The full theme contains the whole theme, with all the apps, which are modded! I would prefer the full version, it gives you a full theme experience!
Hundreds of new colored icons in the apps, so there are more black and white

If you haven't, flash a kernel with Odin, which contains CWM (On Gingerbread f.e. Voodoo)
Go to recovery, and install my zip file

Copy the SystemUI.apk file to system/app and the framework-res.apk and the android.policy files to the system/framework folder

Do you think that touching the left capacitive key the screen is unlocked? The answer is No, it isn't unlocking with the menu button...

But the in the notification area there are controls too, which are in the twframework-res.apk....Isn't it?
in some apps the menu text is black on semitransparent black background....so invisible
e.g: androirc menu/others...

3. Place the .zip file onto your INTERNAL sd card

I have gotten permission from pele (Original theme maker) to port this theme.
As I have now completed porting the "Gingerbread Theme" over from the SGS I decided to port another theme (Due to popular demand) This theme in my opinion is one of the best themes you can get for the SGS, but obviously we have SGS II's so I will be porting this theme as my next project. As you can see in the title bar, this is a work in progress so please bare with me as I start to port this theme, below is a list of things you need.

Thanks for the feedback mate and linking me the battery mod On the to do list is to change the dialer on the phone to "black" but I'm unsure how to do that :/

Great theme ! I love the Dialer. The only thing I would like if you kept the SGS2 icons I tried to change only the icons but I dont have skill to did this. Please make an addon pack with stock icons and modded dialer and contacts

One more thing. Maybe it's only me but one thing is really annoying. The HSDPA/3G icon on statusbar. It would be perfect if those arrows would be always visible. Like it is now, when they are only visible when there is a connection and that H or 3G just sits there it feels like a bug in framework. Make them always visible and they should change color when the connection is made. Light blue for download, dark blue for upload. That would make the theme pretty much perfect. Sorry for my complains, but be assured I would do this by myself if I had the knowledge, sadly I dont have it. I tried learning but really dont have the time or the patience to do this kind of work

I have fallen in love with your theme
The only thing that is not perfect is the animation when you unlock the screen with the Glass lockscreen (it pops to the original position before showing the desktop).

You can open a DialerTabActivity.apk and Contacts.apk using WinRAR or 7zip. Locate to /res/drawable-hdpi/ and find icons in that folder (Usually ic_launcher_xxx.png or icon.png itself just replace the icon with png of SGS2 having SAME NAME.

The only thing out of my taste is the battery percentage, i would prefer a circular one (actually going to try changing that through uot kitchen myself)!
EDIT: attempt cancelled fow now, i am on odexed JVU... Could you please take under consideration adding an odexed version too?

Installation Guide
Theme
Download and Install the theme. (make sure you have install from 'Unknown Sources' checked at Settings > Security)
Go to Settings > Themes
Set as System (Stock) Theme
Reboot!
Set as BOSS Theme
Reboot!
Lockscreen Add-on (please choose the correct version for your phone)
*Make a nandroid before flashing!
Install 'Zip Themer'" from Google Play
Open ZipThemer > menu > Update Edify
Click Browse > your ROM, then Configure (should be done everytime you install/update rom)
Put the lockscreen file into sdcard/ZipThemer
Open ZipThemer, and click "+Theme" and choose the file
Click 'Build It', and it'll create a flashable zip
Create a backup file when prompted (flash this later on to revert to the stock lockscreen)
Flash this created file (ie: BOSS-Lockscreen-update.zip) in CWM Recovery/TWRP, NOT the original file in sdcard/ZipThemer

No worries! Set the System (stock ICS) theme, reboot, and then follow the installation guide!
Is the theme missing assets for your screen?
Click 'Apply Anyway'
Something weird happen to your phone? Theme isn't showing up properly?
Try one of the following: Reboot phone, Restore nandroid backup, Flash the rom again. Make sure you're on an AOSP based rom (AOKP, CyanogenMod, Gummy, Rootbox etc) or it won't work. If it still doesn't work, try re-downloading the file and follow the steps carefully.
No circle battery mod? (as shown in the screenshots)
You're probably running a version of CyanogenMod. If you'd like, you can either change to a rom such as AOKP which has this features, or request your rom's developer to add them. sorry

It works but the pull down handle needs to be changed, looks odd on Jelly Bean.

I find that the text and number on the dialer is a little bit small compared to the default one so it's quite hard to read. It would be great if you can fix it.
Also the battery icon color seems to be darker than the rest (signal, wi-fi icons) is this intentional?

Circle mod is only for AOKP or other ROMs that have an option to switch to the circle battery. CM does not have this option so you get the stock styled battery.
This theme is great. Are you planing on updating it for cm10, so the statusbar gets aligned correctly?

It's normal that images used in hdpi devices will not fit in xhdpi resolution, and I'm pretty sure @ejatds doesn't "like the lockscreen to be" like the image I posted above, please see screenshots in 1st post for comparison :fingers-crossed:

Following on from my Blue Ginger Plus theme for the SGS2 I9100, I've now moved to the SGS3 I9300 and have put together Blue Ginger Themes for NeatROM 7.4, 7.3, 7.2 & 6.5
They should be flashed in Recovery over a clean install of NeatROM (i.e. no mods flashed before this) or, if you've flashed mods, flash the correct Revert to NeatROM zip first and then flash the theme.
They may well also work on other stock based deodexed UBUGNB1, XXUGNB6 or XXUGNA7 roms but there's no guarantees so...
Always take a Nandroid backup before you flashing these zips - even if you're running NeatROM!

Modified Power Menus for NeatROM
Following the guide by @tdunham, I've made modified Power Menus for NeatROM 7.4, 7.3, 7.2 & 6.5
They keep all of the original toggles and add three more:

You mean your layout grid?
That makes no difference to the theme - the stuff you see on the home screenshot is just my personalisation.
Take a full Nandroid and give it a try...

Thanks but I don't have the time or inclination to do anything green - getting rid of the green was the whole point of the theme!
Feel free to use this as a base to make your own though

TBH, I don't like them much (especially the level 0 ones which are green) but that's just my preference.
If you wanted to use the theme with those icons, just drop them into the zip to replace mine @ \vrtheme\system\app\SystemUI.apk\res\drawable-xhdpi before flashing it.

I've added a new version for NeatROM 7.2 to post #1
This includes the extended power menu and new 3D S5 style icons in settings.
There's also a revert zip so that you can remove the Blue Ginger theme and revert back to stock NeatROM 7.2
