Personally speaking I'm still using the Incredible S v2.0 (app2sd)
I prefer app2sd methods over data2ext or RAM builds such as this one.
The v2.0 build had 105 mb space left in internal storage just after flashing the ROM.
After setting up my accounts and installing about 35 apps including angry birds RIO, angry birds seasons, air attack HD and IGO (all moved to phone memory) Im left with 60 mb free which for me is more than satisfying.
I made this build for people who want a lot of space. (Internal storage space after flashing is 297mb). But I cant promise speed as app2sd ones...

Stuck now on first boot on Grenn HTC logo for a while

wipe full your device...than reflash withou any aditional updates.zip and than just reboot..and its go with 120mb recovery... for me its booted up

- How to use this build with CWM?
Download CWM version
- I've got "Damaged SD Card" problem!
Just format your SD card using Panasonic Data Formatter included. You can copy your data back after that.
- I want to de-rotate sense launcher!
Download rosie.portrait.rar included, replace Rosie.apk in system/app with downloaded one.
- Flash web pages closing browser!
Download and install Flash apk included.
- Should I format ext partition if i'm moving from another ext build?
You can try to boot without formatting, it should restore your apps and settings.
If something go wrong (FC, lags, etc) format partition and start from the beginning.
- I have low in-call volume!

Great news! I tried to figure out myself how to modify Desire HD builds to use ext partition on SD card, not the data.img file. But I'm terribly lacking experience.

so interesting, imilka, you are the first build v2.3.2 with Sense.~
Thanks imilka this is great. I'm really looking forward to playing around with this build today. Only problem so far is that the camera doesn't work (relax that's a joke, this is a known issue, lol but I'm surprised posts like that haven't started yet) I feel like this is a beta testing phase so I'm excited to try and find those hidden bugs. CWR Installation:

1.Download the rom zip and put in the root of you sdcard
2.Boot into Clockwork Recovery do a Nandroid Backup then wipe data/factory reset
3.Scroll down and select install zip from sdcard then choose the zip from sdcard
4.Reboot after install is complete

1.You need to have ext2/ext3/ext4 partition on your SD card
2.Flash CWR with partition system 150M
3.Flash Zip through CWR
4.Reboot
How to use Market Speedup script
1.Open and let market load completely
2.Close market and open Gscript Lite
3.Select menu and click on "ADD SCRIPT"
4.Select "LOAD FILE" and Click on "MARKETSPEEDUP.SH" then "SAVE"
5.If done correctly it will say " Script Added"
6.Now you will see MarketSpeedup below...Reboot Phone,List SD-Card,CPU information
7.Select MarketSpeedup from the menu and it will say "Press Back to Exit"

THANK YOU for this Rom Frank. What I did is use lgcamerapro instead of the HTC camera (deleted) and all is good even deleting pics/vidz.

You can give it a shot, I don't have a eu512 to test on, but you will have limited storage space. And will need apps2sd

Just in case anyone feels brave....I went from imilka's Vivo S build to this one without clearing data and it booted up fine.

It's ok cause this will format the system partition and should not cause issues with data not cleared, but I would wipe

Frankinstine, I've been testing this build since ur release, its incredible. With the desire HD roms my phone use to get hot after minutes of use, this Rom is super smooth. I come from your desire 1.8 Rom, this is the best update your line of roms could have. Thank you. By the way I've been getting 2-4 in standby, camera had a force close on its first use but then was ok, data is fast games feel great. Overall great build looking forward to seeing % in the battery. Thanks again Frankinstine, keep up the good work

These two problems are in each Rom with Froyo 2.2.1 on HD2
they can not by repair, but can live with them.
first off congrats on your release I'm sure people that are just getting their hd2 into android nand will benefit from this.... maybe!, but aren't we going backwards here???

Android froyo 2.2.1 with sense v2 is best for our HD2
every rom with Android 2.3... and sense 3.. is too heavy and too big for HD2
Can anyone provide a clk file with 130/5 partition, or point me to a guide to do this? I searched but all i found seems difficult...

Hi, I had 2 problems.
1. I can't see all my older apps in market. I read in another thread that the cache from market must be cleaned. How can I do this.
2. I have an big battery drain. Over night from full to half.

It's true, give an error when try to open the zip with winrar.
EDIT: using the repair tool inside winrar, seems that can repair the file and open it without error. When I test it, I know if it's true.
No file issues here
Perhaps a MD5 checksum would be nice to check?

I was testing these days MIUI builds and i don't know why in these builds camcorder works perfectly and on our sense 3.5 roms doesn't?
EDIT: I also downloaded corrupted zip file but downloading again with "down them all" (plugin for firefox) and downloaded all OK...

Arrrrgh, tried 4 or 5 times to download the file and it brokes the download constantly! What's the problem indeed?
Is the ROM bugged? My EU HD2 starts as in the instructions but at step 3 it hang for 20 minutes. After a Reset (Battery out) I get to the Sense Background and Taskbar but there the Device hangs. Any Solution?
